• Alan (9/5): - Great location,we walked to everywhere, attractions, shops, restaurant, very close to train station too! Nice building,high ceilings,very charismatic.Spacious bedroom, suit for family. Beds are comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. And all other facilities are there, easy to use. Host is very friendly and informative, good communication timely. We all love this place and will try again in the future.

• Sylvie (9/5): - Anfitriã simpática e responsiva, respondeu a todas as perguntas feitas durante a estadia. Cozinha bem equipada com panelas para cozinhar. Gostamos da casa, tinha todas as comodidades necessárias para a nossa estadia. Apenas sugeria tentarem colocar mosquiteiras nas janelas e talvez uns puffs para poderem estar mais pessoas na sala ao mesmo tempo, visto que o sofá apenas dá para 3 pessoas.

• Man-Mei (9/5): If you look for budget price for 5 people, it is good price. - I like three rooms which make families member to live quietly. Only one bath/toilet has not convenience for 5 people.

• Katerine (10/5): Florencia y su encanto - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, con zonas de Parqueo público azul (de pago) cerca. En Italia en general todos son excelentes anfitriones, esta casa está decorada con antigüedades muy bonitas, la cocina muy bien equipada, con algunos alimentos como café, azúcar, sal pimienta y aceites. La lavadora funciona muy bien y tiene elementos para lavar. En el patio se secan muy rápido. En general es muy excelente. Como en muchos hospedajes europeos no hay ascensor, pero las escaleras son espaciosas. Lo recomiendo mucho Nada. Todo fue perfecto
• Laurent (9/5): - Spacieux, très bien situé, confortable, climatisé. La propriétaire nous a gentiment permis de laisser nos valises jusqu’à 14h ce qui nous a évité de chercher une bagagerie. Pas d’ascenseur, fatigant en cas de forte chaleur. Mais c’était précisé dans l’annonce et cela n’a pas posé de problèmes.

• Marie (8/5): Pleasant stay with a great cafe just steps away, the mercato 10min walk - Location & space. Stairs, a lot of stairs. No lift. The bed felt like I was going to roll off.
• Mee (10/5): Spacious, Clean, Close to Attractions & Responsive Host - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful rustic furnishings & a well equipped kitchen overlooking a courtyard. It's clean & within walking distance to all the attractions. The host is very attentive, helpful, and responsive to all messages. Climbing 3 flights of stairs as there's no elevator, but the lovely apartment is worth the climb😅.
• Lorenna (8/5): Great apartment - 3 spacious bedrooms, great for groups. Good size shower. Cozy kitchen and lounge area. Washing machine and clothes line was great. Even though it was a busy street, noise wasn’t a problem as there were shutters. Excellent communication from host. Beds were very firm but that is a matter of preference. More coffee pods needed to be provided, we only got 3 but we were a group of 4. The apartment is on the top floor with no lift, so only book if you are fit!
• Bonnie (10/5): We had a really fun time in Florence thanks to La Fortezza! Grazie! - The location is very good. Short walk to most of the most popular attractions in Firenze (Florence) and a lot of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores and a gelateria right near by (same block or very short walk). The value for the money is really good. Very well stocked kitchen that is easy to use, with a regular size refrigerator. The furniture is comfortable. Wifi was good and reliable. Host is very communicative and easy to work with. There is an individual a/c / heat unit in each room (except the kitchen) so everyone can set to their own preferences. None of these would stop me from staying here again: It is located right on a major auto route that is noisy. The 4 flights of stairs will help you burn off all the yummy Florentine food you will eat! Some of the outlets are a little wonky, it takes a couple tries to find the ones that work. More seats in the sitting area, instead of one big couch would make it nicer to watch TV or talk in the common area.
• Richard (9/5): Very nice apartment in a great location - Three large bedrooms, spacious bathroom, great location (10 minute walk from the train station and historical centre), a very nice and clean apartment. Sitting out on the balcony was not possible due to the air conditioning unit blowing out hot air, the weather was very hot (38⁰+) so maybe that was a factor.

• Chrissy (9/5): We found that this apartment was close enough for us to get to where ever we needed. Trains, buses and trams easily acce - Well positioned to restaurants, markets and train. Very quiet. Spacious bedrooms, good size washing machine, ability to cook meals and aircon in lounge and bed rooms. Paola was extremely helpful and accommodating, by allowing us to drop our bags off. Paola is very friendly and did everything she could to help make our stay a great one There wasn’t anything we disliked about the property.

(We knew this but it is the only thing we didn't like. Lol) The key to get in always gave us issues and we never could figure out what we did that eventually got us in the door.

• Corina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy apartment in walking distance from the city center and restaurants. The furniture in the room was not really my stile, it gave me chills but I understand it's a matter of taste.
• Soichiro (5/5): Good except 1st day experience - Good location. Rooms were not cleaned up yet when we checked in. We were asked by cleaning staff to go out for 2 hours until rooms were ready. We’ve just arrived from Asia, already so tired, however we were not able to take a rest in rooms until evening which was not acceptable.
• Tessonja (10/5): Fantastic location for walking - The location was so perfect for walking to all the tourist destinations, museums, and food! The host communicated promptly with us when we had questions and was great at explaining everything in the apartment. It was cozy and the air conditioning kept is nice and cool!
• Tabitha (9/5): Perfect location, wonderful hosts and huge apartment. - The location was perfect and central to all restaurants, attractions, and the train station. Also, the hosts were so helpful with restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself was clean and had a lot of space.
• Toni (9/5): Loved Florence and enjoyed coming home to a lovely unit. - Well equipped with washing machine and 3 large bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was clean, light and airy. It was hot so we enjoyed the air-conditioned comfort. Paolo is just lovely. Do be aware there are stairs to climb for this property. Once you are in the apartment you feel safe and it’s quiet at night.
• Magda (10/5): Exceptional - This is a spacious, fully air-conditioned apartment close to amenities and to Florence City Centre. The apartment has everything you need and I particularly liked the vintage wardrobes in the bedrooms - a very nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. The host was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you! The only thing I thought could improve was the free toiletries as I thought there weren't enough for 3-4 days stay.

• Francisca (9/5): Clean, well equipped apartment in excellent residential location - Clean, well equipped apartment in a very convenient location for the train station. Easy check-in process . Good communication with host who is responsive and attentive. Would recommend to families or groups that wish to have that extra bit of room to socialise and chat in the evenings. I don’t have any dislikes but would have welcome some warning about the fact that it is on the 3rd floor without lift as we were travelling with an older relative
