• Lea (10/5): Sehr angenehmes und sauberes Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen - Sehr sauber, super freundliche Inhaberin die einem Insidertipps für gute Restaurants gibt, sehr gute Lage mit direkter Metro Anbindung vor der Tür, Kolosseum in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, Kostenloser Kaffee und gefiltertes Wasser Einziges kleines Manko war die Hellhörigkeit. Man hat immer gehört, wenn jemand kommt oder geht.

• Olha (4/5): Overpriced - The location good, close to Termini station First of all, our room was without a window 🫠 It felt like we were living in a basement, no fresh air at all. When I asked if we could change rooms, the woman said there were no more places, although I checked through Booking.com and the next day I received a message that a room was available. Also the whole shower was covered in black mold, it was horrible. I don’t recommend to come here, specially with a child, because the soundproofing is terrible, you can literally hear people breathing behind the wall, it's impossible to sleep peacefully.

• DIMITRIOS (9/5): - IT WAS NEXT TO METRO STATION & A PARK. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD THE SOFA BED WAS A LITTLE NARROW FOR 2 PERSONS (1 TEENAGER & 1 CHILD). THERE WAS A SMELL OF COOKING WHEN OPENING THE WINDOW.

• Ken (5/5): Would not return - The location was close to the main train station. The lady who met us at the location was very nice and pleasant. The area around the B&B is somewhat sketchy with homeless people sleeping on the street outside the location. This a situation that the owners of the business have no control. over. However, we had to leave at 5am to catch a train and it was little disconcerting walking past on the way to the train station. We found that there were many homeless people sleeping on the streets surrounding the train station.

• Fabiana (8/5): Acomodação Muito BOA - Muito bom - Voltaria e indico a acomodação. - A Milena nos recepcionou com muita atenção e gentileza, conduzindo nosso Check in; - Limpeza - OK - Roupa de cama e de banho - OK - Ar condicionado - OK - Cozinha compartilhada com máquina de água e café/chá disponível - Muito bom! - Localização, acomodação fica em um prédio, mas a área externa é um pouco esquisita, o que nos deixou receosos, mas não tivemos nenhuma problema durante nossa estadia, inclusive em uma das noites chegamos mais de 22hs e foi tranquilo o acesso. - Voltaria pela acomodação, mas teria um certo receio pela localização; - Muito perto da estação Roma Termini, o que facilita bastante caso vá fazer deslocamento de Trem. • Isabel (9/5): - El trato de Milena fue impecable, siempre está disponible si la necesitas. Todo súper limpio. La zona del alojamiento puede dar algo de miedo por la noche.
• Ángela De Toro Martín (6/5): Barato y céntrico, pero zona no segura para ir solo - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, ya que está al lado del metro Vittorio Emanuele, y a 20 minutos andando del Coliseo. Hay una zona común para todos los huéspedes de las habitaciones con cafetera, frigorífico... La anfitriona es muy simpática. No es una zona para estar seguro cuando es de noche, es sucia y hay mucho carterista y gente que vive en la calle. Hay que tener mucho cuidado. El secador de la habitación no sirve para nada y las almohadas son finitas.

• Yanislav (9/5): - Стаята беше добре обзаведена и прекарахме 5 дневния си престой добре. Общите помещения и станцията за безплатно кафе и вода ни харесаха много. По време на престоя ни имахме и безплатна смяна на спално бельо, хавлии и почистване, което беше хубаво. Милена е много мила и отзивчива. Посрещна ни и ни каза за супермаркетите наблизо. Колизеумът се намира на 20-25 минути пеша от стаята. На 2 Мин има метростанция Не ни хареса това, че имаше допълнително плащане няколко дни преди да пристигнем, което не беше написано никъде. Цената за престоя включва градска такса, но не включва тази допълнителна “застраховка”, която беше около 50€. Районът, в който се намира е неприятен. Под фасадата на сградата всяка вечер спят бездомници и съмнителни хора се навъртат там, което води до чувство за несигурност. Също така беше странно, че имаше само един малък прозорец до тавана и не влизаше никаква естествена светлина. Сутрин не можехме да видим какво е времето и как да се облечем за деня.

• Sandra (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hatte alles, was man braucht. Die kleine Küche war für uns ausreichend ausgestattet. Einige Kaffeekapseln gab es inkl. Die Betreuung durch Milena war sehr herzlich. Unser Zimmer lag zum Hof und bei geöffnetem Fenster roch es immer nach Essen.

• De La Rosa (10/5): Excelente estadia cerca de Termini - Muy buena host! Nos esperó y se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos cada cosa al detalle. Tambien agradezco que nos haya enviado recomendaciones de sitios y supermercados a los que ir. En cuanto a la habitación, tambien estuvo muy comoda y bonita. Se ve moderno, limpio y funcional. El cuarto tenia su baño privado, su closet y aire acondicionado / calefacción. Ademas hay un area comun de cocina y una parte donde puedes hacer café y tomar agua. Super conveniente. Verdaderamente una estadía super recomendada. Cosas menores pero que pudieron haber hecho nuestra estadia mejor. Primero, podiamos escuchar a las personas que estaban en las areas comunes. Normalmente no me importa esto, pero otras personas que se estaban alojando al mismo tiempo que nosotros se levantaban y cocinaban antes de las 7am. Otra cosa es que la luz del pasillo siempre se mantiene prendida y algo de luz se filtra por las rendijas de la puerta.

• Jixin (10/5): 我和朋友在这里度过了愉快的3天。到达的那天因为火车问题的delay，我们比预想时间晚了check in，我们到的时候已经22:30了。Mily依然在公寓里等待我们，依然非常热情，和我们介绍整个公寓的设施。第二天还很热情地发给我一些当地的美食 - 接待人员真的非常热情，公共设施也非常齐全。

• CATERINA (8/5): - La posizione nei pressi della Stazione Termini, vicinissima alla Metro LINEA A (Vittorio Emanuele) che va un pò dappertutto nei luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico. La camera Betulla ha 2 letti matrimoniali separati da una parete ed è molto silenziosa. Carino anche l'angolo delle bevande da colazione, quindi con la possibilità di farsi una tisana, un tè, un caffè con le cialde ecc, il tutto in ambiente moderno, spazioso e rilassante. Per le mie abitudini da "boomer", troppe formalità tecnologiche legate sia alla prenotazione (check-in), che all'entrata nella struttura (troppa dipendenza da codici e smartphone), che stride un pò con il mondo esterno, in quanto il portone si trova sotto un portico molto sporco, che la sera diventa un dormitorio per extracomunitari, ecc. Del resto siamo vicini alla stazione, non dico che sia normale, ma oramai purtroppo è così in molte città italiane (sob!).

• AYAKO (8/5): 最新の設備、快適な宿泊施設 - テルミニ駅からも近く、空港バス乗り場も至近。 部屋は若干狭いが何より部屋が綺麗。 水回りが綺麗なのもよい。 無料のコーヒーやウォーターサーバーもある。 スタッフの方が親切だったのも良い。 施設前の通り沿いにはホームレスがいるので少し怖い。テルミにから来る時は線路沿いの道を使ったほうが安心。
• MANUELA (10/5): Gradevole e gentile accoglienza, ottima disponibilità e cortesia. - Moderna è sicuramente rinnovata di recente, offre una mini cucina fornita di tutto e erogatori acqua e bevande con cialde messe a disposizione. Spazio snack e caricatori per cellulari. Luce della camera da una finestra che dà su un cavedio attrezzato con un salottino comodo sicuramente in estate ma buio in inverno. In compenso non vi sono rumori di traffico.

• Zuzana (10/5): Doporučuji k návštěvě, nebudete zklamaní. Poloha blízko Kolosea i metra je skvělá👍 - Velmi čisté a prostorné ubytování ve velmi výhodné pozici. K dispozici velké množství hygienických prostředků, ale i káva a sdílená čistá lednice. Možnost si načepovat filtrovanou vodu včetně perlivé jsme uvítali.

• SAİD (10/5): Mükemmel - Eski bir taş bina içerisinde yüksek tavanlı ve konforlu bir konaklama noktasıydı. Kahve makinesi, arıtma su imkanı çok iyiydi. Bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda çalışanlara rahatlıkla ulaşabildik. Biz kullanmadık ama metro da çok yakındı. Termini’den ulaşım da çok yakındı. Buzdolabı ve mutfak imkanı da mutlu etti. Teşekkürler Odalar arasında fark olabiliyor.

El establecimiento tiene buenas condiciones, limpio, tiene una cocina y un sector de cafe libres que esta muy bueno. La ubicación es muy buena, caminando un par de minutos llegas a muchos lugares y tambien tenes el acceso al metro o la terminal muy cerca.
