La presentación personal de Andres el responsable de Casa Bianca fue desaliñado, en chanclas y en fin su presentación fue nada profesional o que se notará laborando. Por otro lado, fue grosero, no estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada ni de nuestra estancia. Luego, nos escribió que si quería nos devolvía el dinero y no fue capaz de sostener una comunicación asertiva y resolutiva sobre el uso del baño.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and large rooms, good Wifi, kitchen with free coffee, yard and coworking space - everything you need. Plus an adorable cat. Only thing that could be better is the bathroom facilities. Toilet takes a VERY long time to fill up between flushes, and the shower is lukewarm at best

Functional kitchen Quiet location close to shops and restaurants and it's an easy walk to the botanical garden. It's a big house with rooms on 3 floors, but even with most rooms full it doesn't feel crowded. 4 bathrooms helps with that. This place does not feel like a hostel, despite the shared facilities. It would have been nice with warmer water in the showers and better lighting for shaving...

The kitchen was the best equipped I've used in 4 months of travelling, including salt, pepper, sugar, oil and spices for free, and an oven as well as 6 hobs. The bed was comfortable and shared bathrooms spacious. Very friendly and responsive staff, and many shops nearby. Lovely to have a back garden as well! There was nothing I didn't like.
