Eher weniger geeignet für längere Aufenthalte im der Wohnun - Sehr zentral im schönem Viertel Prati gelegen, unweit des Vatikan. Sehr sauber. Außerhalb der verkehrsbeschränkten Zone (ZTL) Die Küche ist nicht Teil des eigenen Appartement, sondern wird mit den beiden anderen geteilt. Durch ein paar Bilder an den Wänden hätte es noch wohnlicher gewirkt. Leider floss das Wasser im Abfluss der Dusche nur sehr langsam ab. Es gab keinen Tisch, an dem man sich hätte setzen können.

• Melania (10/5): - Die Lage ist super, nur 11 Gehminuten zum Vatikan, ca. 30 Gehminuten zum Trevi Brunnen und nur zum Kolosseum mussten wir einen Bus nehmen. Außerdem befinden sich in direkter Nähe viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Zimmern waren sauber. Modern eingerichtet und auch das Bad hatte alles was man brauchte. Können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Next time, your hotel will be m - I liked the atmosphere of our room; it was fresh and pleasant. Additionally, the hotel has an excellent location that is easily accessible from anywhere. There was nothing that I did not like.

• Eduardo (10/5): Best place in Rome! - Everything was so great! All Clean and new, with great bathroom. But the high point is the location! Really near to the Vatican and a lot of restaurants near. Nothing to say.
• Madalina (8/5): Very good - The neighborhood is nice and quiet, many restaurants in the area, 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station and a 30 minutes walk to the historical center. The room is spacious enough to enjoy a comfortable stay. The bed is not that comfortable, it squeaks at every move. The daily cleaning slot is predefined at 10:00 am, so unless you leave the room available for that specific interval, it won’t get cleaned. For additional towels you have to pay a 15 euros tax, otherwise they get changed after 4 days.

Kitchen has salt and pepper 1. communal kitchen needs more tissues, same with the room - facial tissues could be nice and hand soap. There was no hand soap just a bar of soap and body soap 2. you are only given 1 towel per person and have to pay 15 euro's if you want more. So if you are staying there for a few days (like we did) - we had to wipe our selves with damp towels each day!

• Paulina (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place in Rome. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Location fantastic. Very convenient to have a shared kitchen with fridge, hobs and coffee machine. Nothing, everything is perfect.

• Kyung (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect for Vatican as well as main spots in the historical area. Reasonable price and easy self check in even after midnight and comfortable mattress. Small but useful elevator for big luggages. Very Responsive staffs. There were some other guests who spoke loud in the common area where we could cook simple meals. We couldn’t take a rest from jet lag due to their loud noise. It could have been much better the area remains quiet zone for all guests.

Shops, cafés, and a small market with fresh fruits and vegetables are nearby—very convenient for a comfortable stay. We stayed as a family of three and especially appreciated that the rooms are separate, making our stay even cozier. We slept wonderfully—there were no unpleasant odors or noise from neighbors, which is rare for central locations and historic buildings. Maybe we were just lucky, but it was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen is small but cozy, and the host thoughtfully provides coffee. It is shared between three apartments, but during our stay, we never encountered anyone there. Perhaps it was just good timing, but it felt very private and comfortable. If this detail is important to you, it’s best to check with the host in advance. Check-in is done online—quick and convenient. All important details, such as towel changes and other specifics, are provided during the check-in process. If something is particularly important, you can discuss it with the host in advance. Fabrizio is always available and happy to assist with any requests.The apartment is on the second floor, with an elevator for easy access. A parking lot is just a two-minute walk away, but it’s best to reserve a spot in advance, as availability may be limited. We were very satisfied and would love to return!

• Ruby (10/5): I will definitely be back! AMAZING! - I can confidently say this has been one of the nicest stays I’ve had in Rome. The apartment is centrally located, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The self-check-in process was easy and smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided. I stayed in Room 1, ‘Tiberia,’ which was clean, smelled great, and was very comfortable. I slept wonderfully during my stay. The property is new, and the decor is beautiful, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Having a kitchen with coffee and tea available was a lovely touch. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. I could reach a lot of attractions on foot, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. I also recommend the Balestrari restaurant downstairs – a perfect place for lunch or dinner with authentic, well-priced food. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends visiting Rome in the future.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Loved our stay! - Our stay here was amazing. It was easy to self check-in, the kitchen was clean, and the room was exactly like the photos. The hosts also made themselves available when we had questions and provided great instructions for how to manage the building and get any add on experiences. Overall, we picked this place because of its location and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We saw some information online that said the metro line near here was closed until end of the year, but we had no issues (apparently the closures are only after 9 pm, but we saw no disruptions). The area is great to just walk around and explore, plus it’s walking distance to major sites. Nothing.
• Dinesh (4/5): Ok.. not as expected - Stove was not working and we had to spend good amt for food outside for 4 of us... Also for the 2nd room.. 2 sofa cum bed were very uneven and both kids had a very uncomfortable sleep for 2 nights

• Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, you can walk into the centre of Rome but there are some lovely restaurants literally a stone’s throw from the apartment. Beautiful rooms with great facilities. Very clean and such a comfortable sleep was had by all! Would stay here again for sure. My only issue was that we had booked a double and a twin but the twin room was 2 beds pushed together under one duvet, which wasn’t ideal for 2 teenagers!
