Easy to hop on the tram/s to explore the city, especially the D Line as sightseeing base. Functional and modern apartment in housing block with perfect room for us 4 adults plus 2 kids. • TANcestuje (9/5): Bright and cheery flat with excellent public transportation options - Excellent location, near the tram D which took us to almost every location we wanted in the center, plus other trams to get to the metro quickly. The flat had 3 bedrooms (2 had large double beds and tables for 4-5 people. One had a small double bed and table for 2 people). Very high ceilings made it feel spacious. A great deal of storage space. The kitchen was small but well equipped and had a small table and some staple items like coffee, tea, cooking oil. It was good value for money and I would stay there again. Supermarkets nearby as well. Beds were very comfortable. The flat is on the 4th floor with no lift. This was no problem for us and it was known ahead of time, I simply point it out for others in case it would be a concern for your group.

• Δοδολερη (9/5): Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και ευρύχωρο διαμερισμα - Ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, και εξαιρετικά καλά εξοπλισμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν πολύ καλή. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Βιέννης με τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Το μόνο που λίγο μας δυσκόλεψε ήταν ότι βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ, αλλά έτσι είναι πολλα σπίτια σε πολλές πόλεις.
• Norbert (9/5): Super Basis für Wien-Sightseeing: Sehr ruhig und gut ausgestattet, Tram vorm Haus - Die Ferienwohnung liegt 5 Minuten mit der Trambahn entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof - trotzdem absolut ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Neue, dichte Fenster, eine warme Heizung, bequeme Betten und ruhige Nachbarn machten es möglich. Die zwar schmale Küche ist bestens mit neuen Geräten ausgestattet (v.a. der Geschirrspüler spart viel Zeit, Tabs waren da) und man kann auch für 6 Personen richtig kochen. Großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine (und einige Kapseln), Wasserkocher (und einige Teebeutel), Backofen, 2 schnelle Induktionskochplatten, genug Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, frisches Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülutensilien... - alles da! Es gibt zwei große, runde Tische mit je vier bequemen Stühlen, aber sechs Leute passen noch gut um einen Tisch. Gut auch die helle Beleuchtung, so dass man am Tisch abends problemlos Spiele spielen oder lesen kann. (Es gibt keinen Fernseher, super! Filme über's Netz auf eigenen Geräten kann man aber natürlich schauen.) Wir hatten einige sehr schöne Tage in Wien! Die Wohnung war eine super Basis, da man mit den Öffis in 20-30 Minuten die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht und auch notfalls für eine Erholung zwischendurch nochmal schnell heimfahren kann. Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt. Danke, Michael! Wir buchen die Wohnung gerne wieder! Es war alles super! Wie in der Beschreibung steht: Man muss zu Fuß in den 4. Stock gehen, es gibt keinen Lift. Unsere beiden Senioren mit über 85 Jahren haben es aber auch geschafft. Das WC ist zwar abgetrennt, aber nur durch das Badezimmer zu erreichen. Wer allein im Bad sein will, blockiert also auch das WC. Aber das wäre ja auch so, wenn das WC im Bad wäre. Braucht bei 6 Personen also einfach mehr Zeit.

• Martina (10/5): - The apartment was nice and clean with a really good connection to the city center by tram. The host was really kind and after calling, we were allowed to check in one hour earlier because the apartment was ready. We really appreciated that The only minor thing is that there is only one key for the apartment. It would be nice to have at least two to make it easier for groups staying in the apartment. But it is only a suggestion for improvement, not something we wouldn’t like:)
• Lilianna (10/5): Idealne dla dużej grupy, w pełni wyposażone. - Bardzo ładne, przestronne mieszkanie, idealne dla większej grupy osób. Są dostępne 3 pokoje. Jeden mniejszy (z oknem na korytarz w kamienicy), w dwóch dostępne stoły i krzesła, więc brak takiego typowego salonu. W kuchni wszystko co potrzeba, pełne wyposażenie, zostawione także kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy. Bardzo duża łazienka, z dwoma umywalkami. Sama lokalizacja raczej nudna. Dobra komunikacja z dworca oraz do centrum.

• Vallant (10/5): - Die Wohnung hat genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern entsprochen. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhof und die Straßenbahn befindet sich direkt im Nahbereich. Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke zu finden. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und modern, und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in Wien benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem mit hochwertigen Bettdecken und Pölstern. Das große Bad und die Küche sind top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Wohnung und können sie mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

• YAJUAN (8/5): 我们对最后一天的退房事宜有点失望，其它还好。 - 地理位置好，出行方便。 1. 标准退房时间是01：00～11：00，但是我们跟房东沟通后，他说新房客14：00到，同意我们把行李放到13：00拿走，并没有说明行李需要完全打包并放在一起，当我们在12：45到达公寓时，发现我们的行李已全部被拿到了门口的走廊上，有的行李箱还是开着的状态。我们感谢房东给我们寄存行李，但他如果需要足够的时间打扫卫生以迎接下一波客人，他应该早点说明，而不是把我们的行李简单粗暴地放在外面而没有提前通知我们。 2. 房间没有通风设备，我们入住的4晚房间里太闷了。

• Andrea (10/5): - We had a fantastic time at the apartmant, it was clean, very well equiped, good size. Can easily accomodate 5 people (2 double and 1 single bed). Easy to reach it from the city centre and also from Hauptbahnhof. Can only recommend it.

It was spacious, clean and really good location with a 1 minute walk to the closest tram station and 2 minute walk to the closest supermarket. The instructions were very clear and Michael was a great host. There was no lift but the 4 flights of stairs were worth it.

• Iva (8/5): - Blízko nádraží i tramvaje. Snadná dostupnost kamkoliv po městě. Pokoje krásně, jednoduše a účelně zařízené, vše potřebné k dispozici. Všude čisto, ideální i pro delší pobyty. K dispozici je pračka, sušák i žehlička, pokud je potřeba. Velké plus jsou i velké hrnky na čaj, které často v ubytování nejsou k vidění. Jeden z pokojů (ten nejmenší) měl bohužel okno na společnou chodbu domu, kam chodí ostatní nájemníci kouřit. Bohužel se to dostane i do pokoje a ten není možné kvalitně vyvětrat. To byla jediná moucha na celém pobytu.
• Jan (9/5): - Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr günstige Lage. Die Heizung funktionierte tadellos so dass wir es gemütlich warm hatten (wichtig da Reisezeit Ende Oktober). Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht.
• Ursula (8/5): - Gute Anbindung per Straßenbahn, schöne große Wohnung, 2 große und ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ruhige Lage, Supermarkt 3 Minuten entfernt. Schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters bei Rückfragen. Abfluss in der Küche war verstopft und wurde sofort repariert. Tür schließt nur mit Schlüssel, d.h. wenn einer früher lisgeht, muss einer von den anderen aufstehen, um die Tür wieder von innen zu schließen.

• Breixo (10/5): MUY BUENA ESTANCIA - Apartamento espacioso, muy cómodo y limpio. Está ubicado al lado de dos paradas de tranvía por lo que la comunicación con el centro y el aeropuerto es excelente. Hay dos supermercados a cinco minutos. Sólo cuenta con un baño y no tiene ascensor.

Nada, solo he de decir que quizás esta un poco lejos del centro, pero muy bien comunicado ya que la parada del tranvia está prácticamente frente al apartamento.

Das Treppenhaus war schon so sehr fordernd, obwohl ich selber auch in einer dritten Etage lebe und täglich Treppen steige. Problematisch war es die Koffer hoch zutragen

Good option for the price. Suitable for the family as us (2 adults + 2 kids). I could stay again. Parking around is too expensive. There is not much room in the kitchen annex. 4 floor without lift can be demanding for eldery people.
