• Sabrina (10/5): Perfekter Gastgeber - Alles war perfekt! Gemma hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist eim absolutes Highlight, da er dauerhaft beheizt ist, sodass man auch bei kühleren Tagen schwimmen gehen kann. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Wir wurden von Gemma sehr herzlich empfangen, die Villa hat eine perfekte, sehr zentrale Lage und wirkt wie eine ruhige und komfortable Oase. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt mit beheizten Pool, einem Grill und einem schönen Essbereich. Ich kann die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen! -

• Lotte (10/5): Super leuke vakantie gehad in de villa. - Alles was perfect verzorgd en schoon bij aankomst. Wat mij vooral beviel, was de rust en privacy. De inrichting was stijlvol en comfortabel. Ook de ligging was top: mooi rustig maar toch overal dichtbij. Het eigen zwembad was wel het hoogtepunt. Ook het personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. -
• Alexandra (10/5): Wir kommen wieder 🫶🏼 - Einfach wow! Tolle Ausstattung, tolle Einrichtung, sehr gute Lage! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Schade, dass man keine 9. Person auswählen konnte, auf der Couch könnte man super schlafen.

• Lucie (10/5): Best place to stay in Mallorca - This was definitely the best accommodation we have experienced so far. The Vila is beautiful, very comfortable, located very close to the main beach of Palma, close to restaurants and bars, but still in a quiet street. Gemma and Jose were unbelievably helpful and kind. Highly recommended!
• Christine (10/5): Luxurious and new perfect vacation villa steps away from the beach! - Everything! The property was comfortable, beautiful, nice, clean, and new! New and high quality linens and towels. The yard is beautiful with pool, nice seating, even lovely lime and lemon trees. Gemma and Jose were very attentive and informative. The house has all the kitchen appliances, pots pans plates utensils, clothing washer with drying rack, all different coffee options, Netflix enabled TVs in every room, even a Sun umbrella and beach towels for the beach which is a quick walk down the block. Many small groceries around with a large one 15 min walk away (bring a cart!). Also they can share info for local taxi to take you back to the airport that is cheaper than other airport transfers. The only thing to manage was that there were a bunch of mosquitos that came with the beautiful yard and outdoor space, but Gemma provided a very effective insect bite gel! Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Close to the beach (3 min walk ) and restaurants but still calm and private. Jose and Gemma took amazingly good care of us as guests and of the house. Maintenance amazing.
