- Cengiz (3/5): Disappointment. - The interior of the house is newly decorated and modern. The furnishings inside the house, the bathroom and toilet, are nice. The balcony view is beautiful. The apartment owner is completely unhelpful and unwelcoming. You cannot reach her either at check-in or check-out. She occasionally texts us through booking.com to give us instructions. We had a lot of difficulties finding the key in the dark at night. We couldn't reach her on WhatsApp or by phone. She wouldn't have cared if we couldn't get in and were left out of home. The apartment itself and its interior are very old. There's no photo of the apartment exterior in the photos. From the outside, you'd never even guess you will stay there. If she'd included a photo of the apartment exterior, it would have been easier to find the key and the apartment. I am uploading 1 photo for you so that you do not experience the problems I experienced. The elevator is so old, you're afraid to use it. Since the apartment is on the sixth floor, you have to take it. Our accomodation was a completely disappointment.
