• Guest (6/5): Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings muss einem bewusst sein, das an Schlaf ohne Ohrstöpsel nur schwe - Eine gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung, mit Föhn, Küche, Adapter usw., zudem ist die Lage auch sehr zentral, man kann viel von Neapel zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, sowohl tagsüber, aber vor allem nachts bekommt man jedes Gespräch vom Innenhof und aus den Nachbarwohnungen mit. Gerade nachts ist an schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht zu denken, nach 3 Nächten mit wenig Schlaf überschattet der Lärm aus dem Innenhof und von den Nachbarn dann die positiven Dinge an der Wohnung, da man nachts ständig aufschreckt, was einfach nur nervt irgendwann.

• Johanna (1/5): Disappointing – severe mould, water damage, no support, no refund. - Unfortunately, nothing – the stay was a disaster from the very beginning. We have never had such a terrible experience with a holiday rental before. The apartment was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival: it smelled strongly musty, had only a tiny window, and noise from the busy courtyard and street was clearly audible—even with the door closed. On top of that, water was leaking from the ceiling directly onto the bed, soaking both the bed and the floor upstairs. When we contacted the host about the leak, she showed no surprise and no willingness to help; her only suggestion was that we sleep on the couch. She made no effort to find a real solution. When we set up the sofa, we discovered the source of the bad smell: the wall behind it was heavily infested with black mold (see attached photos). For health and safety reasons, we left the apartment the same night and booked a hotel at our own expense—at 00:30! The following day, our reservation was cancelled on Booking.com without our consent, with the host falsely claiming we never showed up. Despite providing proof (photos and video) to Booking.com, we were only offered a very small travel credit. Customer service was unhelpful, repeatedly redirecting us to the host, who then stopped responding entirely. This experience was extremely frustrating, and we strongly advise against booking this property. It is absolutely not recommended—neither because of its condition nor the way guests are treated.

• Daniela (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is excellent in terms of location. It is very close to the center of Naples, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the place is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the noise from the neighbors, who would often shout in the middle of the night, and all the noise could be heard inside the accommodation. If not for this, the experience would have been perfect.
• Ho (5/5): No sound proof in the accommodation. - There is literally very little to no sound proof in the accommodation. You can hear all the neighbours comes and goes, chatting outside it. There was the sewage near the bedroom and you could hear every time the neighbour used it. We found it very disturbing.
• Kateryna (9/5): Superb - The location is great, on the main street with shops and restaurants. The communication with the host was easy. It's a small cozy apartment with everything you need. At night it was cold (mid October).
• Cristian (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness, the location right in the historic center, close to the main tourist attractions, the apartment is equipped with all facilities, good kitchen, excellent bed. Although the apartment is OK and the host very nice, the excessive humidity, smell, lack of ventilation and the infernal noise made by the neighbors after 10 pm until around 1 am must be mentioned.
• Dorota (9/5): We recommend - Francesca the owner was really nice and helpful, we could leave our baggage earlier without any problem. The apartament was very clean, fresh, airco was working. Very good localization in centrum, close to the shopping, restaurants etc. 15 min drive to the airport. Be aware that to go there, around 5 min walking is needed from the main street becuause the street is very dense. The people who are leaving there nearby are very loud especially in the evening/night. Take earplugs;)
• Rachael (8/5): Great! - This property was conveniently located in the city, close to main streets and in walking distance from the port and central station. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished, with air conditioning and a kitchenette. Francesca was a lovely host who looked after us and we had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. Just beware the walls/roof/door were very thin. The property is off a courtyard with many other apartments/neighbours that are quite loud all through the night. Can hear everything. Bring earplugs :)
• Jesper (7/5): If you’re into bang for the buck deals with amazing pizza around the corner - this is the place for you. - Great location in centro storico, with some of the best pizza in Naples just around the corner. Very clean and tidy, with a warm and welcoming hostess. The side street where the apartment is located might be experienced as slighly rough, especially during nighttime. However, there is a gate that closes from the evening onward. Slight smell of mold, but nothing disturbing.
• Valentini (9/5): Amazing location, lovely stay! - Exactly as seen in photos, spacious, clean, comfy and the location is the best- right at the heart of the historic centre and walking distance to all tourist attractions. Has everything you need, plus complimentary tea and coffee facilities, fast WiFi and TVs with Netflix. Neighbourhood was friendly and lively and host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Humidity can be an issue but we visited in the summer so it was fine for us. Neighbourhood is a bit loud which we didn't mind at all we actually liked how lively it was but if you have trouble sleeping then this should be something to consider.
