Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Alison (10/5): A shiny, clean, welcoming, spacious home for family and extended family to stay. - The property was big, new, clean, well resourced. Like a home away from home (but much neater and cleaner than home!) Nothing. It was great.

Allan (6/5): - Home away from home, it was spacious, reasonaby clean and central to everything. Advised to pack your own sheets, pillowcases and towels by owners which is more than fare otherwise its a $30 charge per bed for linen. Even though the linen closest is unlocked with cleaning products on the floor. Scuff marks on the walls, peanut shells behind the lounge retreat recliner (my wife has a peanut allergy and was shocked to see this), a Cadbury Favourite chocolate under the leg rest of the recliner (which we cleaned up before our children ate it). Dining room chairs had stains on them. The linen closest is unlocked and all cleaning products are at floor level, which I had to close several times to prevent my child from touching them. No remote for garage door, which you had to go through via inside and press a button on the roller itself. Dryer in garage ill-balanced on a bar fridge, which has the potential to fall.

Angela (7/5): Lovely home for a short stay. - Lovely cozy family home. Close to shops and attractions. The WiFi, poor connection, reception. No aircons in the two back rooms. Fans were supplied but no long extensions chords to plug it away from the beds.
