• Nancy (2/5): Wat een ontgoocheling! - De accomodatie is prima en rustig gelegen. De accomodatie had ook een fijn terrasje. Ondanks een gepland verblijf van 6 nachten zijn we na 1 nacht vertrokken. In de inkomhal staat een stinkende grijze afvalcontainer. Er is een lift, maar die is gevaarlijk: je raakt geklemd tussen de deuren door de missende detectiestrip. Het verblijf rook onfris en vochtig, in de linnenmand vonden we een stinkende zak hondeneten (!); een heel bijzondere ontdekking in een verblijf waar geen huisdieren toegelaten zijn! De bedlakens waren groezelig, er waren 2 handdoekjes voorzien per persoon voor 6 nachten wat erg weinig is. In de keukenkast stond een restje koffie dat 2 jaar vervallen is. Het verblijf is afgeleefd en niet goed onderhouden (zonnewering werkt niet, slot van de terrasdeur is stuk).

• claudia (9/5): schön und zentral - eine sehr nette Dame wartetet zur Schlüsselübergabe auf uns und erklärte uns die Wohnung auf Spanisch. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin über whatsapp war sehr gut. Sie antwortete innerhalb kurzer Zeit und gab wertvolle Informationen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa, welches man ausziehen kann. Das Schlafsofa befindet sich in der Wohnküche. Das Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über aussreichend Abstellfläche. Die Terasse ist groß und hat ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Im Haus gibt es einen Lift. Die Entfernung zur Kathetrale beträgt 5 Gehminuten. Die angeboteten Bettdecken sollten für die Wintermonate etwas wärmer sein.

• Simon (8/5): Very good - Superb location (12 miutes to best local beach (Sta Maria del Mar), 6 minutes to train station, 2 minutes to main square. Fantastic views over the rooftops of Cadiz - I counted 24 of the famous watch towers from the roof and you could even just about see the sea at the harbour. The flat and the terrace face north.northwest. This means there is not much sun on the terrace but it also keeps the flat cool. The bedroom opens onto an internal corridor hext to the courtyard, so it does not have an external window. Howwver, this arrangement keeps it cool. Apart from the church bells (only to be expected because the cathedral and local churches are nearby), the flat was quiet. Wifi signal fine but check the router for the password. Owner was quick and responsive eg when we found mould on cushions or the lift stopped working and the cleaning lady lives close by. The furniture felt a bit worn - more like an elderly relative's flat than a top modern show home.
