• Anna (10/5): Very spacious flat in a great location, perfect for couples, though cleanliness could be improved - The apartment is exceptionally spacious, and having two separate bathrooms for two couples was a huge convenience. The location is excellent—just a few steps from the shore and a pleasant walk to the Old Town and the main beach. We also appreciated the seamless check-in, the basic pantry supplies provided, and the large wardrobes that made unpacking very easy. The second bedroom facing the inner courtyard (the "well") is noisier and has a less comfortable bed. We also had concerns about cleanliness, specifically the outside windowsills and the laundry rack, which was too dusty to use. Additionally, it would be better to provide more than just one dishwasher and laundry capsule for a three-night stay.

• Paula (8/5): Queremos volver! - El apartamento es cómodo y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario y está muy cerca de la playa. Tuvimos un problema con el termo, que se estropeó, pero nos lo cambiaron en tiempo récord y fueron muy atentos con nosotras. Tuvimos mala suerte y se nos estropeó el termo pero se preocuparon en solucionarlo rápido y todo lo demás fue genial.

• Ana Isabel (8/5): Turismo por San Sebastián - La atención de la propietaria. Uno de los baños es un aseo, no tiene ducha. Pero en la información del apartamento se detallan 2 baños.
• Mirjam (9/5): Fijn apppartement - Een fijn appartment, alles netjes en fris! Aan alles is gedacht en is aanwezig. De bedden zijn heerlijk, we hebben goed geslapen. Zeker met 4 volwassenen was het prettig in een 2e badkamer (met wc en badmeubel) te hebben. Het appartement ligt aan het einde van een straatje, het is er rustig. Eigenlijk viel niets tegen! We wisten dat het op enige afstand lag op het oude centrum. Voor ons is dit geen probleem. In 15 tot 20 minuten lopen langs de boulevard ben je in het oude centrum.

• Steph (8/5): Great stay and host, whose communication and restaurant recommendations were outstanding! - Light, airy, comfy beds, new kitchen and appliances, spacious and well located. Only a tiny problem with the shower door not closing together properly so some water got out every time.

• Deborah (6/5): Pleasant - It was cute and the location was good. There wasn't good airflow and no fan. The kitchen was not well stocked...not even any sugar. The knives were poor quality. It would have been helpful to know about the elevator going down to the beach.
• Graham (8/5): Very good - A spacious apartment within walking distance of the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants are available on Zabaleta Kalea, which is just a few minutes walk away. Clean and comfortable. While the apartment has two bathrooms, neither is en-suite, so they lack the privacy of the more normal en-suite set up. Also, only one of them has a shower, with the other having just a toilet and wash hand basin.

• Niall (10/5): Exceptional - Nerea was very helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean and tidy with all the facilities a family could want: shower, 2 toilets, kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine. The beach is fantastic and only 4 minutes walk away. Secure parking, for a fee, is about a 7 minute walk away. This apartment was an excellent base from which to explore Sansebastien and it's old town. Thank you again Nerea.
