• Milena (10/5): The metro station is just a few minutes away. The carrefour express is also close to the property. - Location is good. The water was draining slowly under the shower. I wish there was one more single bed there. We were a group of four so it wasn’t that comfy to sleep on the sofa for two people.
• ANASTASIIA (2/5): - For 5 days of stay, 2 towels were allocated: one micro for hands and the second for the body. They wrote off an extra 35€ for some incomprehensible insurance, when I checked in, they said that it was non-refundable, although it should have already been included in the price list. When asked to return the money, which was not registered anywhere, and even more so as non-refundable, I was refused. The intercom opens very simple - just to press the button,, but at the rings in the apartment, so apparently everyone knew about it and from early morning to 12 at night they opened the door through the intercom, I woke up several times at half past 7 in the morning because of this. I’m afraid to even imagine how many times they called during the day.

• Amedee (5/5): Unfortunately, all the comforts were missing for a house, second shower, cold water - The apartment is in a good position;p Unfortunately the house is very cold
• Cornel (5/5): The most unpleasant stay in the last 25 yrs since we extensively travel the world! - Very quiet building and neighbors . Apartment closed to major attractions , 20 mins walk to the Duomo and EV gallery. When we arrive at the apartment ( around 4:30 PM) the cleaning was not yet done , even though check in was at 3PM. Around 3:15 PM we called the hostess in regards to how to get access in the apartment and she didn’t mention to us about the apartment not being cleaned and ready for us. Once we arrived and got inside the apartment, we found beds not made, towels thrown on beds, sofa and shower. Dirty dishes every where in the kitchen and dining table, pots full of food, sink full of dirty dishes. We took plenty of pictures to send to booking.com. To say we were shocked it’s an understatement. We called the hostess right away to inform her about the deplorable situation and she told us that in Milan was raining the whole day , the. cleaning person is very late and we have to leave the apartment for 1 1/2 hr so he can clean it. We told her that it’s absolutely unacceptable what happens and her answer was “ will return back to you the cleaning fee”. We had no choice but to leave and came back almost 2 hrs later. It was a very negative experience to say the least. We want to mention that we are WAITING for the cleaning fees to be refunded as PROMISED!!! That evening , we had to go and eat out , even though we didn’t have it in plan so it’s only fair to get the cleaning fees refunded .
• John (9/5): Enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly stay at the appartment again - Firstly the customer service was excellent, always responding quickly by email to any queries and made the appartment available early so we could drop our cases off as we arrived lunchtime. Good security access to the building and coded entrance to the appartment with clear instructions provided. Comfortable twin beds and a good size sofa bed. Nice kitchen area and a lovely little terrace at the rear. Complimentary coffee and teas provided. Great location. In a quiet area even though there was a college opposite. Very nearby were a couple of small cafes, bar and mini markets and just a few minutes from a Metro station. Only 15 minutes walk from the appartment to the Duomo di Milano and its bustling square. There was nothing that me and my daughter didn't like but we would like to make a couple of recommendations: 1. In addition to the green and flavoured tea bags kindly provided which we were happy to drink, we would recommend, if possible, that you also provide a few English/Breakfast tea bags. 2. In addition to the long mirror for dressing on the wall next to the doorway in the bedroom, we recommend providing a mirror on the shelf area in the bedroom, or fixed to the wall above the shelf next to the picture. My daughter used the shelf area as a dressing table and it would have been ideal to have a mirror opposite when she was applying her make-up etc.
