- Florent (8/5): Appartement très sympa, très bien pour visiter Istanbul sur plusieurs jours - Appartement très sympathique dans un quartier agréable et bien placé. L'appartement est confortable, bien organisé et fonctionnel. Le petit bow-window sur la rue est très chouette. Échanges très simples avec l'hôte qui est très réactif/ réactive. Plusieurs appartement sont disponible. Nous étions au premier étage : la rue peut-être bruyante le week-end car des bars sont à proximité. LA chambre est sur la cour, donc as de souci. Un peu plus gênant pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon.

- Emily (10/5): If you want an authentic and comfy stay, here is the place! - I love this authentic apartment. The location is wonderful—fast walk to metro lines, easy stroll down an artsy street to the Istanbul Modern Museum and 20 minute stroll to Karakoy … the bed is comfy and the bedroom despite being in an area with lively nightlife is very quiet. Kitchen is stocked with anything you need to make or store food or coffee or tea. Price point was unbeatable. Host was beyond helpful. I will return and do recommend.
- Yuliia (10/5): Great choice for your Istanbul adventure - The owner was really helpful and available, he assisted us several times with different minor things. The location is good, around 7 minutes away from the tram station, and there are many good restaurants on the street. We felt very comfortable and welcomed during our stay. No major things. There is no elevator, which is of course mentioned in the description. If you have big luggage, it might be difficult to go up and down. But actually, the owner helped me with the luggage, on the last day. Thank you very much for this!

- Susan (8/5): Comfortable, homey no-frills apartment - Fatih gets a 10 as a host, the space itself a 7-7.5. Fatih is an outstanding host, he really lives up to all the positive reviews. Very friendly and accommodating, super responsive to all requests and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. The apartment is a good size and kitchen is very well equipped, I cooked at home a lot. Location is great, easy to walk to Istiklal Street, Taksim and Tophane tram stop, and the neighborhood is chill. The bedroom is located away from the street side and very quiet for sleeping. Dual shower heads are amazing. I especially appreciated being able to check in early, as I arrived on an early morning flight. Checkin was easy with clear instructions. The biggest disappointment was there is no balcony as advertised (this is my most important requirement). Air circulation is a problem, the living room is always warm. The bedroom has AC, but somehow the cool air will not travel to the living room. Fatih provided a fan upon request, but it didn’t help much. The bathroom is very small, only a narrow ledge for products. The kitchen is also small and the sink is awkwardly placed in the corner. The bed is not very comfortable and the bedding was not typical. There were some problems with the washing machine which were fixed, but it’s a little testy. Also the TV is very finicky. Also surprised there’s no cleaning service when I stayed more than 2 weeks.

Important for us was availability of kitchen, washing machine for we could cook something at the morning and wash our clothes after hot day👌 Good wi-fi👍 smart TV💯 Location is very good: 500m from Taxim Square, Istiklal street, Galata, 800m to Bosforus❤️ The Owner is very helpful and pleasant person. - Cooke (10/5): This was a wonderful stay, the host Fatih was great and so was the flat.would definiteley stay again - The location of the flat was great, close to many restaurants, within walking distance or many sites, and the space itself was very nice and comfortable. Additionally, the host Fatih was wonderful. He was very communicative and provided helpful recommendations and suggestions. He was also very accommodating and very friendly.
- Onais (10/5): Exceptional - The host Mr. Fatih is really a nice guy, he's helpful and resourceful. The apartment was beyond my expectations. it was very clean, modern, cozy and comfy. If I'm going to visit Istanbul again, definitely Mr.Fatih's apartment is my first choice. The booking was stating that there are a free parking, but I paid 250 TL/day to park my car. when I asked Mr.Fatih about that, he told me "there was a confusion because he knows a little English, and he was new in Booking app", and he offered to pay the half price for the parking.
