• Marta (10/5): Estancia de 10 - Toda la estancia ha sido inmejorable, desde la atención de Franko y su amabilidad, a la limpieza, comodidad y ubicación del alojamiento. ¡Volveríamos sin duda! También mencionar el super desayuno que nos han preparado. Muchas gracias por todo 😊 .
• Nataša (10/5): Excellent accomodation in Berat - Vila Franko is really nice place. It is located in the walking distance to the old town, very easy to find. The owner help us with parking our car just outside the house. The house is new, beautiful equipment, very comfortable and clean. We ate breakfast on the terrace with castle view. The owner is very friendly, kind and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. He also gave us useful information for visiting Osumi Canyon and waterfall nearby. We would definitely come again, if we visit Berat. Thank you for everything. There is nothing bad.

• Yvonne (8/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank für alles !! - Superfreundlich, schön eingerichtet, mit Kühlschrank im Zimmer, perfekte Lage, nur knapp 10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt, Parkplatz vorhanden und absolut wunderbares Frühstück inklusive Mir war das Bett zu hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache, Dusche hat leider keine Glasscheibe oÄ, nach dem Duschen ist das Bad immer einigermaßen nass

• Bruce (10/5): An Excellent stay in Berat. - I spent three weeks in Albania and Villa Franko was by far my favorite place to stay. The area is quiet yet a four minute walk to Old Town and a large number of restaurants and coffee shops. A supermarket is around the corner. The bus terminal was 1k away and you can walk to the Castle. The thing that made Villa Franko so great was the help and guidance that the whole family gave. Everyday at breakfast they were there to answer any questions you might have and make suggestions about places to see. Berat is a great town and Villa Franko is the best place to stay. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. That I had to leave.
• Cerha (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very pleasant stay at the family-run brandnew and modern Villa Franco app.1 km far from the Old Town. The family was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite rich. Highlight was an excursion in Franco's car to the phantastic Osumi Canyon with far out views. We can highly recommend this place.

• Catherine (10/5): Best guesthouse with a helpful and friendly host - Franko is an excellent host and the accommodation is new and extremely comfortable. We loved the location - a very short walk to the start of the old town and the paths up to the castle, but in a more 'normal' area. Locals out in the parks in the evening, hanging out in cafes and bars, getting a haircut etc... The terrace for breakfast is lovely, as was the coffee! Nothing

• Alona (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was excellent overall. The owner was very friendly and helped us with parking, which was a great advantage. The room was new, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Additionally, there was a lovely terrace with a bar on the top floor, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The only minor drawback was that our room faced the road, so we could hear the noise of passing cars, especially at night.

• Sofia (10/5): Clean, quiet and comfortable - Vila Franko was our best choice for our trip to Berat. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and recently renovated everything inside was new and modern but the bed and the pillows were my favorite thing in the room they were extremely comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was simple but very good and delicious. The breakfast area was in the second floor in an open space with a breathtaking view. The family was extremely friendly and helpful during our staying there.

Franko went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best. The room was spotless, fluffy towels and clean bedding, a small fridge and what I’d call a fancy bathroom! Breakfast was a big local spread 🙌🏼 on the rooftop was lovely! I liked that it was a 10-15min walk from old town as there were heaps to see on the walk there, and was away from the tourist area! 10/10 would recommend Franko’s place for any length of stay! Listings photos reflect the whole place!
