• Shaun Hinds (8/5): Brilliant little hotel, very well located, friendly team and good value. - Great location, easy walk to the two main lifts (Super Morzine for Avoriaz and Pleney for Morzine and Les Gets) and into town, literally 1 minute for dinner and shopping etc. Large free car park if you are driving with easy access from parking to rooms and boot room etc. Breakfast very good, quite a selection and always well presented. Friendly staff, always eager to help. Things to improve would be the Wifi, perfectly good when working, but mildly complicated to get online with the codes etc. The hotel rooms are quite warm at night and so if you open the outside door to the balcony, being on the main road, it can be noisy, especially if it's snowing and the ploughs are out. Although it says there is a bar, there isn't really and so the social side of the hotel is limited to breakfast really.

The hotel has a very nice feel to it, very well managed and in a great location. The facilities are very good and well looked after. It is a welcoming place after a hard days skiing. It would have been nice if the breakfast maintained a wide choice of hot foods.
• Aize (9/5): Top! - Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vriendelijke ontvangst, netjes en schoon en perfecte ligging. We hadden niet de juiste laadpas voor de opladers onder het gebouw. Gelukkig was er bij het postkantoor een publieke snellader.

I think it would have been great to have instructions on how to use the sauna because I saw people not using a towel in the sauna and just sweating directly on the wood. pretty disgusting. since there were no instructions, maybe they did not know how to use it? also I saw people with plastic slippers in the sauna on the wood.

• Josh (10/5): Perfect place to stay to enjoy Morzine to its fullest. - Amazing location allowing a short walk to the main lifts. Very close to the town centre and all the beautiful shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Relaxing spa which was great to unwind after a big day on the mountain. Some guests arriving back to the hotel after hours were a little noisy, however I’m a very light sleeper and they didn’t carry on once inside.

• German (7/5): Nice location. A bit overpriced for what you get. - Great location - walkable distance to all the central things and lifts to the mountain. In the room there are external blinds which ensure complete darkness at night. - due to the outdoor temperature (26 degrees) it was very hot in the room. There’s no AC. If you open the window, there’s a road right outside so you get the noise. So sleeping was uncomfortable. Perhaps a problem only during hot summer - the breakfast was very basic - the walls are thin or maybe it’s because the building is mostly wooden, but I can hear neighbours using the bathroom or talking in the hallway. I was woken up at night due to this - the hosts seem to be lovely at first through initial emails. In reality talking to them wasn’t so pleasant, I was denied late checkout even by 1 hour (checkout is at 10, and I needed at 11), and they didn’t even say they are sorry. They did suggest leaving the luggage and using the gym shower, to be fair.

Location couldn’t have been better - steps away from Super Morzine lift, bus stops, restaurants, bars & shops. The whole place on the doorstep. We will without doubt, be back again and again. There was no fridge in the room & the hairdryer was a bit meh.

Good parking at the hotel. Main road in front of the hotel, little bit noisy traffic at rush hours, at least on that one side of the hotel.
