• Pieter v.d. Born (9/5): Top appartement. - Een heerlijk, groot appartement. Goed gelegen aan de rand van de oude wijken. Prima bedden, fijne badkamer en een fijne ontbijt gelegenheid beneden. Het dakterras om te borrelen of te ontbijten. Echt top! O ja en het was fijn dat we onze was konden doen. Er was geen kurkentrekker. En er was maar 1.vaatwastablet, terwijl we voor vier nachten geboekt hadden.

Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby! Nearly impossible to fault this apartment itself was exceptional, perhaps just an iron to use.

• Evert J. Niemeijer (9/5): Top appartement - Groot appartement. Goed ingericht. Menige persoon zou willen om zo te mogen wonen. Goede ligging ten opzichte van de oude stad en het Place de Espana. Aardig personeel aan de telefoon en de huishouding. Het dakterras is top. Lekker in het zonnetje en vanaf 16.00 uur ook wat schaduw plekken. Minimale details: Spiegel in de badkamer hangt niet handig. Koffiezetapparaat lekte een beetje.

• Alison (7/5): - Very clean and spacious, great location on edge of old town had to download an app to pre register which was a pain and only got sent door code at 3 pm day of arrival, for those reasons wouldn't stay again, some of their communication could have been better. We were put in a accessible room which meant shower water went all round toilet and over bathroom floor, no tea towel to wipe anything up. Bring ear plugs, very noisy on main road.

• Sylvia (9/5): Tolles Apartment in einer wundervollen Stadt - Großes Apartment, schöne Dachterrasse, tolle Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier, da es uns letztes Jahr so gut gefallen hat. Leider haben wir, trotz Anfrage, nicht dasselbe Apartment bekommen wie letztes Jahr, aber dafür lag das Schlafzimmer diesmal nicht direkt an der Straße :) Eine Parkgarage gibt es gegenüber, diese kostete 30€ pro Tag! Die Bäckerei im Haus ist wirklich toll und ein Geschäft zum Einkaufen nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

• Anna (9/5): - L'appartamento è bello grande, pulitissimo. Affaccia su una strada grande ma chiudendo la porta della camera non abbiamo sentito rumori esterni. Idem per la luminosità, è oscurata bene. Il materasso è comodissimo ed anche i cuscini. Il check-in si fa da remoto e così la gestione della porta dell'immobile e della camera avviene tramite codici, niente chiavi o tessere. Se ci fosse la colazione sarebbe perfetto.
• Alessandra (8/5): Ottimo - Posizione perfetta per visitare Siviglia a piedi, davvero comodo. la struttura è davvero ben tenuta, curata e moderna, inoltre la pulizia giornaliera ( benché minima) è un grandissimo plus molto apprezzato. L’unica pecca davvero importante è il rumore che si sente, la strada che si trova lì sotto è estremamente trafficata e proprio sotto sono presenti locali che ci hanno tenuti svegli per parecchio tempo. È abbastanza impegnativo

Είχαμε ένα θέμα με το πιστολάκι μαλλιών που χάλασε και έξω μας έφερε άλλο ο υπάλληλος δεν μας το έδωσε και γενικά φαινόταν νευριασμένος με εμάς. Παρόλα αυτά την άλλη ημέρα επικοινώνησα με την υποδοχή και το πρόβλημα λύθηκε, αφήνοντας μας ικανοποιημένους.

Replenished coffee pods would have been nice. There is some road noise but it's easily overcome with ear plugs and by the second night you zone out the mopeds.

• Franz Josef (10/5): - Absolut zu empfehlen, sehr grosses Appartement, Lage an Hauptstrasse nur bei geöffneten Fenstern störend, sehr schöne Dachterrasse, tolle Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto gibt es eine kleine öffentliche Tiefgarage 100m diagonal gegenüber vom Hotel. Evtl. Wartezeit bei der Einfahrt sollte man in Kauf nehmen. Kommunikation über what's app problemlos. Einmal wurde der Appartement Zugangscode vertauscht. Das Problem wurde sofort gelöst und es gab neue Codes.
• Maria-Loredana (10/5): Absolutely perfect - The place really exceeded my expectations - the apartment was bright, extremely clean, well furnished, comfortable and modern, with great amenities and kitchen equipment, and an amazing view of the town. Although it is centrally located on a main road, once you close your windows the place is very quiet and I had no issues getting a restful sleep. It is close to all main attractions, great restaurants and shops. Even though there is no reception, the staff was very helpful and communicative via text and the lovely cleaning team was incredibly helpful and kind. As a solo traveller I also felt very safe the whole time and overall I really enjoyed my stay, definitely coming back.

• Németh (9/5): Kitűnő elhelyezkedés, szép lakás, kár, hogy a fürdőszobánál az elhelyezés nem a funkciónak megfelelően történt, ami korr - A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletes, minden látnivaló jól megközelíthető gyalog. A reptéri busz megállója is 8-10 perc sétára található. A fürdőszoba funkcionálisan nem átgondolt. Pl a mosdó felett nincs tükör, keskeny tükör a mosdótól jobbra került elhelyezésre, míg a falra szerelt hajszárító a bal oldalon helyezkedik el, a kábel pedig rövid, így nem ér át a tükrös oldalra.
