Possibilité de garer la voiture (l'hôte nous a même autorisé à la laisser sur place pendant que nous partions 2j !). Le matin nous devions partir tôt, alors on a même eu droit à un sandwich à emporter au lieu du petit déjeuner. Merci beaucoup !

Was super lekker! Fijn dat er mogelijkheid is om de fietsen te lenen. De gordijnen mochten verduisterend zijn.

• Tiphaine (10/5): - We stayed at Hotel Aleks for one night and absolutely loved it. We received such a warm welcome, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and incredibly clean. The location is great, and we were so happy to be offered free bikes for the 5-minute ride to the center. To top it off, we had a lovely breakfast on the balcony in the morning. Everything was perfect, we would highly recommend this place!

• Christoph (10/5): Freundlich und Zuvorkommend, kostenlose Fahrräder - Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Zimmer war äußerst sauber und sehr gepflegt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ein besonderes Plus war für uns, dass man uns sogar eine Lunchbox vorbereitet hat, als wir früh zu einem Ausflug aufgebrochen sind– dieser Service ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Ihr könnt kostenlos Fahrräder leihen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Hosts haben uns auch spontan morgens zum Treffpunkt für einen Ausflug gefahren und wollten nix dafür haben. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Nichts 😉

The room was spacious and very clean and we were also able to take some bikes for the day for free! We are even going back for a second night:)

• Asim (1/5): Refused the room and lied about the payment - The property allowed to pay by card online My friend lost his wallet and he was under stress. I have booked for him the accommodation as it allowed to pay by card. When he arrived owner said that it is not possible to pay by card via booking which is not true. I have contacted booking support, than owner said he looked sick and (his health condition was not right). For sure, as he was under stress, without money at 23:00 hours, not allowed to sleep. I do not know if this accommodation is good or not, however on the humane side it should be avoided. I have booked another accommodation via booking and they charged my card. This accommodation and owner should be ashamed!

Ze hebben gratis fietsen beschikbaar om naar de stad te fietsen ( 6 minuten) . Ze gaven druiven uit eigen tuin. Ze regelde dagtrip shala river met daarbij vervoer vanaf appartement. En gewoon heerlijk gekletst dmv Google translate en Engels. Ze stonden voor ons om 5.30 uur op om ons uit te zwaaien (na eerst nog koffie gezet te hebben) Het was super schoon, goede bedden. Kamer ( 3 losse bedden) was erg ruim. Buiten had je zitje.. De auto kan achter het hek veilig op eigen terrein geparkeerd worden. Niks alles was super

• Cora (10/5): - Very easy to locate, we were able to park inside the gates, otherwise parking on the street would probably also be available. The hosts very really lovely and have good suggestions for restaurants and activities and were really helpful. It is only a short walk to the old town and town centre, still it was located in a quiet street. The bed is really comfortable so overall it was a really great stay! Would definitly stay here again!

They gave us a lot of fresh figs (directly from their garden) as a welcome treat, helped us organising our transport to Valbona and provided free parking and safe luggage storage during our multi-day hike in the mountains. We also enjoyed the free bike rental to explore the city. Impressive cleanliness, exceptional helpfulness. Best hotel of our three-week journey through Albania!

The hotel was easy to find, down a dead end road so it was quiet. With a gated parking area it felt secure. It was family run and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was great to have a small fridge in the room, which was huge. Good wifi and a lovely shower too! It's a little way outside the main streets, but I prefer that as it's quieter. Nothing

Ein Parkplatz war inklusive, was sehr praktisch war. Neben den tollen Zimmern hat man sich durch die ganze Familie, die das Hotel betreibt, wie zu Hause gefühlt. Aleks hat uns beim Check-In großartig betreut, und alle unsere Fragen wurden durch alle Angehörigen immer sofort beantwortet. Der gratis morgendliche Kaffee war ebenfalls toll. Außerdem konnte man sich kostenlos Fahrräder leihen, um ins Zentrum zu fahren (circa 5 Minuten), zu Fuß 15 Minuten.
• Mohammad (10/5): Best stay in Shkodër - Absolutely unforgettable experience at this place. Aleks Hotel in Skhodar is 10/10. The rooms are perfectly clean, spacious, tidy and cozy. The family who’s running to hotel is so hospitable and friendly and helpful. They made sure to made our stay beautiful as possible. We could rent a bike free of charge to tour around the city, had fresh brewed coffee every morning, freshly picked figs from their garden and they organised a tour for us to a Shala River. The location is only a 15 minute walk from the city Center, so it’s central but still a very quiet and cozy. It felt like staying with friends and family. We would highly recommend this place and surely will come back in the future. None

• marc (10/5): Exceptionnel - On a aimé la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la générosité des hôtes. L’emplacement est top pour visiter à pieds le centre ville (10 min à pieds) et on a même une place de parking privée. Les hôtes se sont même occupé de notre réservation au lac de koman et le bus est passé devant l’hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse avec la vue sur les montagnes et avec un beau balcon. Le quartier est très calme et Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la chambre. Le nettoyage est parfait c’est propre. L’accueil des hôtes est parfait avec une petite boisson. Nous recommandons cet établissement ! Le manque de volets et de parois de douche (mais comme dans tous les logements en Albanie). Le vrai regret a été de partir !
• Tor (10/5): 1 - An excellent stay at Hotel Aleksi. The family-ran hotel really goes above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The free use of bikes really made the city available, from swimming at Shiroka to the Mesi Bridge. When we came back from our excursions, they always met us with a smile, and even with refreshments. The rooms were spacious and clean and looked brand new. They helped us with arranging transport to and from Theth, and saw us on our way with a coffee on the day of departure. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! If you are planning a trip to Shkodër - stay at hotel Aleksi!
• Stéphan (10/5): - Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel familial idéalement situé à deux pas du centre de Shkodër. L’endroit est très propre, calme, et les chambres sont spacieuses. L’accueil a été exceptionnel : chaque matin, nous partagions un café avec la famille, et même un raki avec le père ! Ils nous ont aussi aidés à organiser nos excursions dans la région. Les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement sont un vrai plus pour explorer la ville. Un lieu plein de charme et de gentillesse que nous recommandons vivement aux couples ou à toute personne de passage à Shkodër.

• Jessie (10/5): Memorabel - We voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment heel erg welkom en behandeld als vrienden. Een ontzettend warm, gastvrij gezin! Niet eerder hebben wij zoiets ervaren, wat het nog specialer maakt. Totaal niet geforceerd, dit is gewoon hoe dit gezin is. Ik was jarig tijdens ons verblijf en ik werd verrast met een taartje. De locatie is op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer is nieuw en netjes. 1000% aan te raden hier te verblijven!

• Agata Kulesza (10/5): - Bardzo polecam, gospodarze są bardzo mili i pomocni. Pokoje duze, nowe i nowoczesne z balkonem. Dostalismy rowerki bezpłatnie do zwiedzania Szkodry i jeziora szkoderskiego. W Szkodrze jest bardzo dużo ścieżek rowerowych wiec jest bezpieczne zwiedzadzanie na 2 kołach. Dodatkowo Julian z samego rana zaserwował mam pyszna kawę z expresu. Było bardzo miło i jeśli wybierasz się na wycieczkę do Koman z rana to, to jest super miejsce na nocleg bo jest na wylocie z miasta. Dodatkowym atutem jest prywatny parking. Droga dojazdowa do obiektu, o której wspominali poprzedni goście jest już wyremontowana , także nie powinno być już utrudnień.

We were able to borrow bikes, meaning we could easily get to the nearby lake to swim. Always available for advice on where to visit, and able to arrange an organised trip to Komani Lake for the day. I'm SO looking forward to returning, hopefully to do some hiking next time. Just nothing - Hotel Aleks was pretty close to perfect

The bikes they offer for free are very nice, it gives you the opportunity to explore the lake and other small towns around. The free coffee in the morning is just a little gift but so nice before starting your day outside. The room and facilities are perfect; all new, clean and everything works. This family will help you with everything you need. To visit the bars and restaurants you have to walk for just 10 minutes. Not a problem at all, but maybe if you are not able to you should take a taxi.
