• BETYSV (8/5): Justo lo que necesitábamos - Era justo lo que necesitábamos para pasar la noche, y en el sitio justo para nosotros.
• Amaia (7/5): - La persona que me recibió fue muy amable. A la noche tuve un problema y tras escribirle lo solucionó así que ningún problema por esa parte. Se trata de una habitación segregada del piso de al lado, bastante oscura y pequeña. Hay bastante ruido porque la cama está justo al otro lado de la puerta del descansillo general, y al lado del ascensor de los pisos. Pasé calor también.

• Renato (10/5): Tranquilidade e bem recepcionado. - A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, muito fácil andar por lá. Tem mercado, shopping, bancos, muitos restarutantes, fácil para sair de metro ou onibus realmente um local incrivel. Vale a pena estar. A Graça uma pessoa fantástica, educada e sempre com muita atenção.

• Miguel (6/5): - Ubicación excepcional cerca de zona comercial, restaurantes, etc y con buena conexión. Es una habitación independiente, con baño propio, muy bien decorada y con entrada independiente. La cama es incómoda pues la ropa de cama es para una cama de 90 cm tanto la sábana como la manta. Igualmente la propietaria nos facilito una sábana adecuada en cuanto lo pedimos. Si llegas más tarde de las 15.00 h tiene un suplemento que no consta en las condiciones. El segundo día no pudimos regular la temperatura de la habitación porque no funcionaba el aire.

• Marko (5/5): Nice and clean apartment in a good building, but not very comfortable for longer stays due to noise and limited space. - The entrance and the whole building are clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was also clean and tidy. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The apartment is not very comfortable — it’s basically a converted room with a private bathroom, suitable only for short stays (1–2 nights). There’s not much fresh air inside. During our two nights, a dog in the neighborhood barked for hours around midnight, which made it hard to sleep. Above the bed, there’s a small window facing a neighbor’s laundry area, and you can hear the washing machine noise from there. The bathroom window also faces the same area, so there’s not much privacy. The walls are quite thin, and you can hear noises from the hallway.
• Fernando (3/5): No acorde al precio que pide. - Lo único que nos gustó es la ubicación ya que lo teníamos cerca del lugar que queríamos ir a visitar. Lo primero no nos atendió nadie que corresponde al piso ya que la persona que vino fue el conserje por tanto no tenía ni idea de nada solo nos entregó las llaves y da gracias , además esto nos vamos ya que el mismo nos dijo que no sabía nada solo que nos tenía que entregar las llaves como un favor que le pidieron. Segundo un calor infernal porque no tiene ventanas al exterior y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, por tanto una noche horrible en una habitación minúscula con 27 grados. Tercero al llegar a la estancia llame a la dueña ya que nos retrasemos 10 min, en ningún momento se puso en contacto ni pregunto si habíamos llegado,si que se preocupó para la hora de la salida. A parte de esto que ya es importante aclarar también está la mínima inversión ya que para dos personas no ponen casi gel ni champú. La cama como somos dos personas de estatura un poco más que la media fue horrible dormir ahí ya que no entrábamos. Por último y no menos importante durante la noche nos costó conciliar el sueño ya que el perro de la propia dueña estuvo toda la noche ladrando. Por qué digo que es la dueña, lo digo por que pertenece al mismo sitio ya que está dividió por una mampara de cristal transparente y así es como divide la habitación que alquila con su propia casa. Por tanto a sido una experiencia bastante mala por no decir otro tipo de adjetivo. Lo que tenemos claro esque nunca volveremos a ir por ese precio que no es comparable con lo que ofrece.

• Donald (8/5): Nice small place to stay. - Quite, good location and places to eat. Just a couple of suggestions really. If you have a kettle on maybe some cups would be nice. A little oil on the bathroom hinges might stop the squeak door waking guest up a night.

• Mallesh (1/5): Dangerous, irresponsible, overpriced and fake apartment - The accommodation is a small en-suite room, not an apartment. It lacks proper lighting and has no windows. There is a balcony adjacent to the room; however, it is part of the neighboring property. At night, the noise from someone opening the balcony door can be heard, and they can see and possibly enter the room through the bathroom window. The toilet seat was missing upon arrival, and despite promises to fix it by morning, it remained unrepaired.
• Astrid (2/5): Stressful and not a good start to our holiday. - The location was ok. Due to no windows out to the street it was very dark and no outside noise. You could however hear the people living next door talking and the dog barking. Room was too small for an adult couple, only ok for one person. The bath towels were as thin as paper. There was no bath mat. Room had a bad smell. A/C seemed to be on a timer and started blowing cold air in the middle of the night. Communication was not good. When we got there could not work out how to get to the unit. We were lucky that the entrance door downstairs was left open due to work being done and a guy took us to floor 6 to get the key from a guy in the next door unit.
