• Jeison (8/5): - La relación calidad precio, ubicación y la entrada independiente. Al ser un piso bajo se escucha todo hacia la calle, el internet no funcionaba y por estar diagonal a los botes de basura habían algunas 🪳

• Lucia (4/5): Anfitrión desagradable - El anfitrión no me dijo cómo ni cuándo recoger las llaves hasta el propio día en el que iba a entrar al apartamento. Estuve 2 horas esperando para que me dieran las llaves, sin responder los mensajes ni las llamadas. El apartamento estaba limpio y era cómodo pero el trato recibido por parte del anfitrión fue pésimo.

• Kevin (1/5): Calidad precio , es caro - Se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle , no había gel para ducharte , las toallas huelen a húmedo ya que las lavan y las tienden allí en una habitación sin ventilación . Cama muy incómoda , sofá quemado y deteriorado … deja mucho que desear por desgracia .

• Dario Nahin (5/5): Mucho que desear - El alojamiento no es lo que parecía y al entrar se puede notar un fuerte olor a humedad el cual no desaparece con el tiempo, ya que hay una habitación en la cual está cerrada y la utilizan para tender ropa, hay que recalcar que es una planta baja y se escucha todo el ruido de fuera encima de nosotros, había un perro que por la noche se le escuchaba caminar y ladrar y el sitio no es que estuviera muy limpio ya que se notaba que simplemente le habían pasado algo por encima y ya está. Es verdad que hay comentarios sobre cucarachas pero en ningún momento vimos ninguna pero no da mucha fiabilidad el sitio

• Adriana (4/5): Wouldn't stay there again - Aunque el apartamento inicialmente parecía moderno y bien presentado, nuestra estancia fue decepcionante debido a varios problemas. Vimos cucarachas en el suelo en diferentes partes del apartamento, lo que inmediatamente nos hizo preocuparnos por la higiene. La limpieza general no estaba a la altura, y los cubiertos proporcionados no se habían limpiado adecuadamente. Solo había dos toallas disponibles, y solo una de ellas no tenía olor a moho. Una de las habitaciones interiores tenía ropa tendida dentro, y el olor era extremadamente desagradable —húmedo y a moho— sin ventilación en el espacio. El apartamento en sí no tenía ventanas que pudiésemos abrir para ventilar, lo que empeoraba el olor y la humedad. Al estar en la planta baja justo al lado de la calle, el ruido del tráfico era muy notable durante todo el día y la noche. Además, había un perro en el piso de arriba que ladraba con frecuencia. -------------------- Although the apartment initially appeared modern and well-presented, our stay was disappointing due to several issues. We noticed cockroaches on the floor in different parts of the apartment, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. The general cleanliness was not up to standard, and the cutlery provided had not been properly cleaned. There were only two towels available, and just one of them didn’t smell of mildew. One of the interior rooms had clothes drying inside, and the smell was extremely unpleasant — damp and mouldy — with no ventilation in the space. The apartment itself didn’t have any windows we could open to air it out, which made the smell and dampness worse. Being on the ground floor right next to the street meant that road noise was very noticeable throughout the day and night. On top of that, there was a dog in the flat above that barked frequently, which added to the disruption. Overall, while the apartment looked good at first glance, the cleanliness, ventilation and noise issues significantly affected our stay.
• MENDEZ (5/5): Crítica constructiva. - El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, además está bien equipado. No nos gustó que es un bajo comercial convertido a vivienda y la fachada son dos escaparates de cristal opaco por los que pasa todo el ruido de la avenida contigua, se oye todo el tráfico rodado que es muy abundante y pasa a velocidad, se oye a todas las personas que pasan por la calle y además entra toda la luz de las farolas externas, con lo cual es casi imposible pegar ojo. Deberían insonorizar y colocar cortinas obscurecedoras.

• Alvaro (8/5): - Bonito, limpio, buena ubicación para ir al ciutat de Valencia. Si no se sube la persiana hasta arriba el aire no enfría. Y si no te das cuenta te asas. Pero una vez subida la persiana, muy bien.
• Kateryna (9/5): A decent place for a short stay, with some small inconveniences but great communication with the host. - The check-in went smoothly and even earlier than scheduled. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay. The host was helpful and communicative, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, despite the squeaking. The apartment looks different from the pictures – an update of the photos would be helpful. Towels were hidden in the closet, which was inconvenient after showering, especially since there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang them. The shower gel was almost empty and came in a large bottle, which isn’t very user-friendly – maybe refillable dispensers would work better. Wi-Fi was turned off and we couldn’t get it to work. Also, the cutlery and dishes were stored in a cabinet on the opposite side of the kitchen, which made them harder to access – placing them closer would be more practical.

• Raluca (5/5): Okay - The host was very nice, always helped with any questions we had. The apartment is spacious but located on the ground floor, with the entrance directly off the street, which can be quite noisy. At night, you can see the shadows of people passing by, which isn’t very pleasant. The noise from the neighbors above, especially their dog, is very noticeable, and the boiler in the bathroom makes a loud sound whenever the water is turned on or the toilet is flushed. I even recorded videos of the noises we could hear from bed, though I can only attach photos, not videos. When we arrived early, we were allowed to drop off our luggage, but when we checked in later, we noticed the same bedsheets from earlier, raising concerns about whether they had been changed. Additionally, one set of towels had an unpleasant smell, so we had to wash them ourselves. We also noticed some bugs in the apartment—not sure where they came from or what kind they were, but they weren’t cockroaches. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was having to pass through Cami de Montcada to get to the city center. The street felt unsafe, with buildings in disrepair and people sleeping inside. We ended up trying to find different routes to avoid it.
