• Michaela (9/5): Beautiful getaway with a charm and proximity tothe ocean as well as fossils. - The proximity to Joggins Foss il museum, also the decoration and quiet, although the place is next to a road. Fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds. The host was very caring. The side entrance is a bit run down, but no big deal. Unfortunately, we arrived at the time of wood fires, so we were not ale to explore the woods behind the house. But this was not the host's making. And we would certainly do so next time. Other than that we had wonderful time there and will gladly come back.

• clara (4/5): Disappointed of this stay, was expecting way better conditions for the amount charged. - House was conveniently located close to the Joggins fossil centre. Had two bedrooms and full kitchen. The overall impression of the house is that it will fall on you. The inside is not as bad as it looks from the outside. The general areas seemed clean, bed sheets seemed ok as well, however there is persistent smell of mildew. Even with windows opened for hours, it will not go away. A deep cleaning of the house is needed as well as basic repairs. Please change the shower curtain, it seems to be few years old and is gross- they sell them for few $ at the dollar store. There was a broken window at the dining room that we were not informed of when booking the place or anytime before arriving. Spare bedsheets were piled in disarray in one of the closets. Bunch of broken items left in the entrance closet, like camping chairs. We couldn't even hang the jackets. There is a firepit in the yard but there is no outside furniture, the few camping chairs left in the house were broken, there was no wood to use, therefore can't be used.

• Sheryl (6/5): Nice affordable place. Nice host. - Location as there is not much to do in the area (Joggins). A little curb appeal would be more welcoming. The interior was adorable.

• Monica (8/5): Would recommend - We booked this one after a cancellation of another booking. Loved the space, and wished we had stayed a few more nights. Had to call host for address, and she was very friendly and accommodating. Location was further from our travel venue than expected, but that was probably my own doing.
