- Niamh (7/5): good value and perfect for 1 night stay in Napoli, beds were comfortable and located close to lots of restaurants, shops - Really great location, walking distance to main train station (Garibaldi) and around the corner from a fun street full of bars, restaurants, gelato shops etc Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but was cleaned within a couple of hours. Bathroom is tiny

- Stefania (6/5): Pleasant - Very quiet with a good location. Easy access to the old town in Napoli with lots of restaurants nearby. Shared kitchen was cute and clean. Spacious and had air conditioning. The shower didn't look very clean - the sealant was dark brown in places. The pictures made it seem like the room we chose had a big balcony with sun loungers but it most definitely didn't. I'm not sure if this was available for another room of where exactly the access point was for it. We had a small balcony with a view to the inside of the building.
- Lieve (5/5): No clear check-in, irritated owner and no service/wifi - The location is nice. Airconditioning works well. When we wanted to check in the appartement, there was no clear explanation. We called the owner multiple times and he didn’t respond. We arrived in the dark and although the alley is typical for Napoli it didn’t give the best feeling of being there alone in the dark without response from the owner. After calling multiple times he finally answered but sounded irritated. He was still not clear on how to check in and hung up. We waited for 20min before we called again. He sounded irritated but finally gave a clear explanation. This start didn’t feel right. The room felt smudgy, there was no trashcan. There is no mobile service in the room and the WiFi didn’t work.
- Alina (7/5): It’s good for one night - as there’s no chance to take a shower, it’s not super clean and the facilities are half broken - Center of the city. Beautiful vintage design inside, we felt like we’re in Italian cinema. Not possible to find it - I texted the owner in advance to get the directions and was told to go to the pizzeria (?). When we got there, I texted again asking for precise instructions. Anyway it took a long walk with 2 suitcases to find it. No signs anywhere. We came at 2 pm but the room was not ready, he just started to clean so we had to leave our bags and go. Then we realized that there were no hot water, plus the shower looks dirty, we did not want to take it. The bidet was completely broken
- Rosismar (1/5): Tourist TRAP Don't Go! - Nothing, the room was small with a bed smell and they didn't answer the call. It's literally a trap. All was dirt and it was dangerous. Don't go there it is a trap. The bathroom in the shower is not draining the water. My wife has an asthma attack and the bedroom has a lot of hair and some dirty marks in the sheets.

- Azhati (3/5): Mouldy room for a hobbit. - Location this location is near the city center. Location, the location of this hotel is very hidden, in a very dark small alley. Looks scary . The room is very small, looks like a studio type accommodation. Its moldy, not only you can smell it , you can also see it. The bed is upstairs, the headroom is almost none. Me and my wife bumped our heads at least 3,4 times there. The bed is too short, I am 1.80 m , my feet are outside. They put a boiler next to the bed. When are other rooms in this accommodation using water. That boiler is starting to make noise next to us. We planned 3 nights there. We barely made 2 and escaped. The owner refused to refund our last day. According to him, it's a good deal that we paid like 80 euro per day. I would say that the room is worth a maximum of 30 euros . If you prefer that kind of experience please go there. I don't know how this place is rated that high.
- Georgina (10/5): Great location! - Location was amazing, you're just at the bottom of Spaccanapoli which had a great vibe to it. Shower was fab and air con was greatly appreciated in 37° heat. Beds were comfortable and the host was lovely- good communication and catered for whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Naples. We could have used an extra bin in the room as there was only a small one in the bathroom.
- Pradeep (9/5): Lovely homely appartment - The amiable host showed us everything around. He gave us pointers on how to visit things around and arranged a very reasonable taxi for us for the airport too.Loved the big shared kitchen..It is a good place for a big family to visit. The main attractions were closeby. Lovely family type.restaurants and super markets were right below the accommodation. Initially thought it was a poky location. But it turned out to be a family type neighborhood. People went out of the way to lead us tot he neighborhood.

- Reda (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, close to the station, you can easily get anywhere. There is a gym within 5 mins walking, many food shops around where you can do the daily shopping. There is a share kitchen, kitchenware provided if you wanna have a healthy breakfast at home. Safe & quiet area, rustic beautiful place, and the host was very helpful as well.
- Utsav (8/5): Great location & stay for solo traveller - Great location, big room with high ceiling. Payment was cash only. The apartment was difficult to find, fortunately the neighbours in the opposite building know about this rental so they helped. The main gate to the apartment complex is tricky to open, you have to use the key and pull/twist the door knob at the same time for it to open. Again, the neighbour showed me the way.
- Miklos (9/5): Superb, perfect, would and want return any time!!! - Gianni and his team are perfect hosts, extremely helpful, friendly and quick if it comes to any possible problem solving (like changing the fridge which did not work upon our arrival). The location is excellent and the apartment is spacious, quiet, clean and perfect for any kind of stay! We also highly recommend the Salumeria downstairs, literally beneath our window. There was one slight misunderstanding during our stay. The apartment consist of 3 separate (lockable, equipped private bathroom) bedrooms of which we occupied 2 as it had originally been discussed. Upon our arrival we were infiormed that the third room will not be used by any other guests during our 3-night stay, however, in the last minute the room got booked so we finally had neighbours on the first and second nights without us knowing it which was not a problem for us at all but it turned out that we disturbed them with our normal, reguar "noise" which was not at all intentional as we thought we are on our own. It was more inconvenient for them and poor Gianni and we apologize again for that. Apart from that, gaian, all is 5-star!!
