• Daniela (9/5): Recommend if you want to enjoy your stay. - The place was very nice, had everything you needed, close to metro stations, stores. The area was very quiet, not noise. We enjoyed staying there. Not necessary.
• CHIH CHANG (10/5): - 公寓內應有盡有，冷氣空調吹整晚，隔天一早鼻子也不會有不舒服的感覺，代表冷氣空調有做好清潔。不管往北走或往東南走，約500公尺都可以搭到電車，交通算是便捷，兩邊的車站走出來也都有超市，但只開到晚上10點。天下茶屋車站四周也有許多餐廳與藥妝店。 提供的洗衣球僅5顆，垃圾袋也僅有兩個，因為我們住十天，根本就不夠使用。公寓的管理員要求長期住宿者要自己去買，但誰會買去？ 若用不完的洗衣球與垃圾袋再帶回我們自己國家嗎？

• Tetiana (10/5): - Everything was clean and practical - all necessary things for comfortable stay. I found a charger for my phone. It was extremely helpful because my charger didn't work (the sockets in Japan are different). Also, I got extra-blanket and extra-pillows for me in the wardrobe.

• YAN WEN (9/5): - 室內空間優秀，1主臥、1沙發、1餐桌、1廚房電磁灶台、1張額外雙人床，衛浴含洗衣機，陽台空間大，方便曬衣服；離天下茶屋車站步行約5分鐘，車站附近餐飲店、藥妝店俱全，下樓1分鐘內可到達最近的Famima、Lawson，以性價比來說PR85以上。 清潔部分有待加強，餐桌積灰、餐具有汙垢、前一組房客留下的垃圾未清走。
• 珮文 (9/5): 整體來說還是推薦 - 地理位置佳，離天下茶屋站很近，大約走路五到十分鐘 車站一出來一邊有他們當地的商店街還有大國藥局、便利商店，另一邊有三四間餐廳還有當地超市，超好買又便宜！回家前會跑去買個草莓、水和食物，斜對面還有業務超市可以購買！超方便！ 從飯店出來一邊有lawson 另一邊有全家（走路都幾分鐘）全家方向出去也蠻多餐廳可以選擇的 房間在日本來說算蠻大的，但我覺得有點微微的有灰塵（微微的但還是算蠻乾淨的）水壓夠熱水也快，餐具和調味粉還有電磁爐、微波爐和洗衣機和洗衣球、熨斗、吸塵器、衣物除臭劑等等，真的算是很齊全！ 有提供四個衣架和一個曬衣服的小架子和夾襪子的那種小衣架，我們是選擇開浴室的乾燥功能來曬衣服，你也可以曬陽台（陽台蠻大的），但建議大家可以自備幾個衣架 附近都是民宅晚上很安靜，電視有Netflix 那些串流平台可以自行登入，選擇算多的。 整體來說是蠻推薦的，價格便宜cp值高 我們這次住九天八夜只有附四顆洗衣球，不夠的就自己跑去買 然後入住期間是不提供打掃的，這可以理解但至少要多備一兩個垃圾袋給我們，不然垃圾真的很多，所以我們又自己跑去買垃圾袋😌 再來就是衣架真的太少了⋯⋯如果拿來曬衣服就沒辦法掛外套，拿來掛外套就沒辦法曬衣服….也只能每天洗衣服不然衣架根本不夠用

Dobro povezan, nalazi se na oko 5 minuta hoda od stanice Tengačaja (JR, metro) i na oko 10 minuta od stanice Hazonočo (metro). Those appartments are clean, have great beds and generally everything is very well thought out by the company regarding amenities etc. Communication with the company's representatives that do customer support is top as well. Highly recommended.

• Chloé (7/5): - C'était assez spacieux et le logement était bien fournis en équipement. J'étais seule, mais il y avait techniquement de la place pour 4 personnes. J'ai également aimé le fais que tout soit automatisé et que j'aie pu faire le check in sans stress. Le quartier est très louche, c'est de loin l'endroit où je me suis sentie le moins en sécurité de tout mon séjour au Japon. Les alentours sont beaucoup moins propres que ce à quoi le reste du pays m'avait habitué et je me sentais épié à chaque fois que je sortais de l'établissement. Une fois, je me suis fais crié après sans provocation et j'avais vraiment l'impression que s'il décidait de m'attaquer personne n'allais l'en empêcher. C'est donc un facteur plutôt important à prendre en considération.

The difference between check in and check out time, 4pm and 10am is 1/4th of a day. It's a professionally run apartment service with many properties under the brand in the area and that would mean that they have a little bit more flexibility with check-in and check-out. We have booked 3 rooms and they were all on different floors, with FDS having multiple rooms in the property alocation on the same floor would have been better. Recommendation on cheapest parking lot around the property would have been much appreciated. We figured it out ourselves but
