Bonzi (8/5): Casa ottima per la posizione! - Ottima posizione se si vuole vivere la spiaggia, inoltre si trova vicino a varie fermate dei mezzi ed è quindi semplice spostarsi per tutta Valencia. I proprietari sono stati sempre disponibili e tempestivi nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Ottima la presenza dell'ombrellone. Sono anche presenti due condizionatori regolabili, un terrazzo che da verso l'interno della palazzina per stendere e varie apparecchiature per cucinare, come tostapane e microonde. Le foto caricate su booking non rappresentano al meglio quella che è davvero la casa, all'arrivo si rimane siddisfatti della scelta. La casa si presenta pulita generalmente, ma si nota sporicizia nelle zone meno esposte, sopratutto negli armadi della cucina. Inoltre si nota subito che si tratta di una casa abitata da altri, probabilmente in periodo non estivo. Non che sia un problema di base, ma molti spazi restano occupati dagli oggetti di chi ci abita, ad esempio armadi, la doccia, gli scaffali nel freezer, eccetera. Infine la doccia ha un problema col doccino, che spesso cade al minimo tocco assieme al tubo a cui si collega.
