• Zdornova (5/5): - Прекрасное расположение рядом с Девичьей башней. Потрясающий исторический дом, в котором останавливался сам Шарль де Голль. 5 минут ходьбы до Площади Фонтанов. Шикарный вид из окна. Очень грязно. До того, что даже оставлено полное ведро мусора. Ходить босиком страшно. Ванна в плесени. Постельное как будто осталось от бабушки. В шкафах лежат какие-то странные вещи, больше похожие на мусор. Ремонту лет 30. Очень жаль, что такая шикарная квартира в таком виде. Если бы хотя бы все там отмыть и отгенералить без ремонта, было бы уже неплохо. Но увы.

• Zico (9/5): - У нас осталось очень хорошее впечатление от проживания. Место отличное, и за такую цену найти что-то лучше, наверное, будет сложно. Дом старый, красивый и с особой атмосферой. В квартире есть всё, что нужно. Да, где-то всё не новое и не идеально, но это нормально для такого старинного дома. Для нас это вообще не было минусом. Единственное — рядом довольно шумная дорога, поэтому тем, кто чутко спит, лучше взять беруши. И отдельно спасибо Фариду — очень приятный и отзывчивый хозяин, всегда помогал и быстро отвечал на все вопросы.

• Лариса (8/5): - Нас встретил очень радушный молодой человек Фарид, квартира оказалась далека от наших представлений, необходимо понимать что это старый дом без центрального отопления, в марте в Баку очень холодно , поэтому жить в этой квартире невозможно! Однако, если это лето и жара и вы хотите сэкономить и жить прямо у ворот старого города и рядом с набережной, то вполне можно жить. При нашем заезде была уборщица и было действительно чисто, но ремонт и окна старые, это ну сильно эконом вариант. Мы отказались и попросили другой вариант, Фарид очень быстро нашел нам другую квартиру, теплую с нормальным ремонтом, подороже конечно. Мы жили там неделю, Фарид очень оперативно решал наши вопросы (часто отключали воду, но это вопросы к системе водоснабжения в Баку). Баку прекрасный и красивый город, люди очень доброжелательные и спасибо Фариду!
• luigi (2/5): - Il mio soggiorno ha avuto alcuni aspetti positivi, ma anche diverse difficoltà che ritengo utile segnalare. L’host mi ha avvisato in anticipo che, a causa di lavori alla rete idrica cittadina, l’acqua non sarebbe stata disponibile. Capisco che si tratti di un imprevisto non dipendente dalla struttura, ma per due giorni ho dovuto lavarmi con bottiglie d’acqua. Quando l’acqua è tornata, in bagno non funzionava l’acqua calda, mentre in cucina sì. Ho inviato un video all’host, che inizialmente ha risposto, ma poi non ho più ricevuto aggiornamenti. Quello che ho percepito è stata una certa mancanza di attenzione: un contatto quotidiano per verificare la situazione o per chiedere se avessi bisogno di supporto sarebbe stato molto apprezzato. Anche la temperatura interna era piuttosto bassa (circa 15°C). L’host mi ha fornito una piccola stufa elettrica, utile ma insufficiente per scaldare un appartamento così grande. Mi sarei aspettato il corretto funzionamento del riscaldamento. Infine, l’alloggio è spazioso e ha potenziale, ma necessita di manutenzione: alcune prese sono parzialmente staccate dal muro e il rubinetto della cucina non è ben fissato. Credo che, con maggiore attenzione verso l’ospite e qualche intervento di manutenzione, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente.
• Oxana (5/5): Очень понравился Баку. Красивый, с любовью ухоженный, город. Гармонично сочетание исторической застройки с современными - Прекрасное расположение, у самой Девичьей Башни, рядом с набережной и старым городом. Просторная квартира из четырех комнат с потолками четырех с лишним метров в красивом старинном доме. Встретил дружелюбный Фарид, он же четко организовал трансфер от и до аэропорта. Обстановка в квартире очень заношенная, а многое откровенно грязное. Постельное белье ,как минимум, непростиранное, если не хуже. И точно не глаженное. Холодно, единственный стационарный кондиционер больше гудит, чем греет. А для маленького переносного подходит только одна розетка. Было около 15 градусов. На кухне отмыла пару чашек, а так пользоваться не решились. Кроме того, на следующий день после приезда в квартире пропала и так и не появилась до отъезда вода. Поэтому фен, который не принесли после запроса, в общем и не понадобился.

• Jinwen (10/5): nice的房东，一切都非常好。 - 公寓位于老城区域，离地铁站步行2、3分钟。离周围景点也非常近，步行可达。我们一家三口住宿很宽敞，房屋很新很干净也很大。房东非常好，在深夜我们无法使用app打车的时候，亲自来接我们，最后还送我们去西格纳吉的汽车站。房东推荐的餐厅LAKUKU也非常好吃，里面的树莓饮料是我喝到的在阿塞拜疆和格鲁吉亚最好喝的。我们自己在宫殿附近找的餐厅XANLIQ，烧烤和啤酒也很好吃。当地有个特色啤酒叫“XIRDALAN”很好喝。还有个MUSE餐厅在隔壁，味道都差不多，总之这是一次很好的旅行，当地人也很友好。 枕头如果再舒适一点会更好～

• Olga (9/5): Great location, communication and value for money - highly recommend! - When we arrived in Baku, we were very unlucky with the first choice of accommodation - everything was different from the description, so I quickly booked this place. Even though we had to wait quite a bit due to the last minute booking, the apartment was clean and ready for our family, and the host stayed in touch the whole time. In real life it looks exactly like on the photos. The location was exceptional, close to the metro, easy to get around through the Old Town, and walkable distance to Flame towers, Fountain Square and the boulevard. It had everything we could possibly need for a stay with a child, even a panini press 😁 Thank you for saving our holiday in Baku! We had a great stay.

• Mojtaba (10/5): Great host and a great place in old city Baku. - Good location with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Clean and well maintained apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Elchin is a great host, he picked us up from the airport and was available for anything that we needed during our stay. Really like an old friend. Old city Baku is great but can be challenging for people with mobility issues. Accessibility is a challenge due to up and downs, stairs and narrow streets.

Now coming to the property...location 10/10-right inside icheri shehr everything is walkable from here , metro station right outside the gate, apartment 10/10-excellent property, it looks just the way you see it in pictures, absolutely clean with all said amenities. Please book this property if you want to save money on outside food and want to stay at a home outside home.
• John (10/5): Best host ever - The host Elchin is the nicest and most generous host I have ever encountered. Including driving first my partner and then me (two weeks later) to the airport at 2am. Extraordinary service, and a super friendly and lovely person. You should be aware that there is little natural light in the apartment (as per the photos).
• Abena (10/5): Beautiful and clean apartment perfectly placed in the Old Town - Elchin was the most amazing host and I would definitely choose the apartment again and recommend it to anyone I know. He was very hospitable and I appreciate everything he did for me. He would check in and see if I needed anything which was much appreciated especially as I travelled solo. The apartment reflected the pictures and was very spacious and clean. It is a hidden gem in the beautiful Old Town and in the perfect location for exploring the city. The windows and walls are a bit thin but I still slept soundly. Not a negative but just a heads up that the payment is in cash.
• Daniel (8/5): Nice for exploring the old town - Perfect location for exploring the city. Modern and spacious. Not necessarily a negative, but be aware that the ‘bookable without a credit card’ actually means that you cannot pay with a card, you must have cash. Luckily, we did.
• Valeriya (10/5): warm and hospitable stay - the host was incredibly hospitable, was always in touch before and during the stay, showed my parents around and even gave a souvenir! the location of the apartment was fantastic too! we were there during the F1 race but even with all the road closures, it was easy to get around.

• Rauf (10/5): Good location, clean apartment - The host was really friendly and allowed us to keep our luggage for a few more hours after check-out. They were always willing to help us. The building is historical and 700 years old but the apartment itself is well repaired and the location is really good and there are some markets and restaurants around. Having AC was really useful in this hot summer😁
