• juana (7/5): Correcto - El apartamento es muy completo , hay de todo en la cocina y está muy limpio . No me gustó la ubicación , si es cierto que está a 4 km de la ciudad, pero en horas punta en coche se tarda en llegar más de 15 minutos , aunque si pudimos aparcar gratis fácilmente , pero no tiene vistas ni a las montañas ni a ningún lugar de interés , solo a un pequeño jardin y se oye el tren , está pegado a unas vías . Como no tomé ningún transporte público no opino sobre eso . Las indicaciones para entrar en el apartamento fueron claras.

• Janusz (7/5): Große Wg., Matratze schlecht - Der Besitzer ist absolut nett und kommt entgegen. Die Busverbindung zum Zentrum funktioniert sehr gut. Hier schreibe ich nur das was jedem klar sein soll: 1. die Wohnung ist nur wenige Meter von Zug Gleisen entfernt wo Züge auch in der Nacht fahren. 2. Das große Bett hat eine Matratze die für mich das Schlafen unmöglich macht. Es erinnert an Schaum, wenn ein mal gedruckt ist, bleibt dann so verformt.

No es tan cerca del centro histórico pero está bien conectado por el tren y se puede ir caminando al borde del río. Supermercado al lado, buenísimo para comprar todo lo necesario Las almohadas estaban un poco viajas. En el living room falta black outs.. los que duermen en ese ambiente se despiertan con el sol en la cara

We specifically went to Salzburg for the Christmas markets and managed to travel to and from the markets with ease using public transport from this property. The owner came to introduce himself to us and was kind enough to recommend sightseeing in Salzburg. We had a great time staying here . Danke Rudi.

• Francesco (10/5): A nice place, amazing owner. Great experience. - I truly loved the owner's empathy and how nice he was to us. He gave us many incredibly useful tips on the city. Plus, the place was just perfect for what we needed and well linked to the City Center.
• Claudia (10/5): - L'appartamento di Rudi è veramente comodo e confortevole, con tutte le comodità: cucina completa di forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. Bagno con lavatrice. Stoviglie e macchina del caffè. Pulizia ottima. Vicino ci sono negozi e supermercati e con l' autobus (fermata a pochi passi), in 10 minuti si va in centro. Si può andare anche con una comoda strada pedonale lungo il fiume. Rudi è molto gentile e ospitale. Tutto perfetto!

Proprietarul foarte amabil, in timpul zilei prezent la locatie va ajuta cu sfaturi si sugestii de locuri de vizitat. M-as intoarce oricand cu placere.
• Marie-Louise (8/5): Très bon compromis pour Salzbourg - Très propre, neuf et bien équipé dans l’ensemble. Lave-linge. Machine Nespresso avec capsules. Pas de bouilloire en revanche. Spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2/3 enfants. Appréciable l’emplacement de stationnement dans le patio. Nous étions de passage et pouvoir arriver tard en Autriche était un plus non négligeable. Il faut être motorisé car excentré. L’emplacement près de la route.

• Sounak Dey (10/5): City Apartment Amadeus proudly hosted by Rudi, and rightly so - The apartment was very spacious with a big living-cum-dining room, a big bedroom, bathroom being of decent size, with a private small garden where you can have your cup of tea or coffee. Rudi was one of the best hosts among all my travels worldwide. The Salzburg Aigen station is just adjacent along with 3 departmental stores to the left and right of the building. Above all, one of my best stay experiences ever. I liked everything.

Szuper parkolási lehetőség. 2 személynek tökéletes, 4 személynek 1-2 éjszakára ajánlom. A nappaliban levő egyik matrac nagyon puha, besüpped, a másik ágy kényelmes, de nyikorog.

• Peter (10/5): Great base for exploring Salzburg - Really nice location, 10 min bus ride from the center. We arrived by car and didn't need to use it once in 3 days. Everything very amenable in the appt, nice outside table which we didn't even use. Highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to explore Salzburg for a few days If I'm picky, then there's a railway right behind the appt with frequent trains going past, which might possibly be bad for light sleepers. Fine for us, though.

• Martina (9/5): Apartmento recomendable - Propietario encantador. Apartamento moderno y muy completo. Parking delante de la puerta. Supermercados grandes al lado. Está un poco alejado del centro, 20 - 25 minutos caminando alrededor del río para llegar al centro de Salzburgo. Aunque no ha sido un gran inconveniente, no se gestionó la Salzburg card, (tarjeta para la gratuidad de transporte público).
• Dirkjan (7/5): Good for short stay - Facilities were good. Although not expected for our city trip Salzburg, the apartment has a good location for nature hike. You can hear the trains from the nearby station. Also out of walking distance to Salzburg old city, especially for children.

• Radim (9/5): - The owner is very pleasant, helpful and nice person. Communication with the owner is quick and easy, he will give you tips for walks and trips. The accomodation is located near the shop and the train station. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We were very satisfied. I can recommend accomodation here. The proximity to the train station of course means noise from passing trains, but it wasn’t too bad. After a while you don’t even notice it anymore.
• Setyo (10/5): Strategic location of apartment for family - Warm personal greeting from the owner on our arrival, despite the check in info that have been provided to us. The location is only a walking distance from the train station. Very nice and clean room completed with amenities I.e. Coffee machine, microwave, oven etc. There is a shop next to the apartment where you can easily find basic stuff like water, food etc. Overall it was nice stay and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg. If only the fence is not too high so that we can have a view to the mountain. But we understand that this is probably for noise reduction purposes.

• Natalie (10/5): Amazing stay and very kind host! - Our stay was wonderful! I went with my parents, brother, and partner and it had everything we needed. The sofa bed was comfortable and my family enjoyed the bedroom with the king sized bed and single bed. The host was wonderful, greeted us upon arrival, gave recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a supermarket a few steps away where we got breakfast and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The bathroom was pristine and huge with a very nice shower. We did fine even with 5 people sharing it. Some people have complained about noise from the trains but honestly no one in my family was bothered or even noticed too much. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment! Nothing!

Fantastic location with just a short bus ride or stroll to the old town, lovely and personable host Rudi who gave us great recommendations for activities for our family. It is very convenient having a big supermarket right next door, and great that there was parking available even though it’s so close to the centre! The apartment had everything we needed plus more!!

The host is extremely nett and responsive! Some people expressed their concerns about the near train station, but it didn’t worry us, moreover our Kids were very excited and joyful to watch the trains…

• Bec (8/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment with great host. - The owner is lovely and very helpful, the accommodation is spacious and comfortable with private parking and plus and right beside a supermarket. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater. We were glad we had a car as the weather was inclement. The TV has Netflix and You Tube which made our 14 y.o very happy. A little bit of a damp smell in the apartment but all good with the windows open.
• Kian (10/5): Good apertment with best location and great host. - Cozy room and comfortable beds. Was initially worried about the nearby train tracks and noises from trains, but that turned out to be not a problem for us as the apartment windows and doors have excellent noise insulation; after we closed all doors and windows the external train noise just disappeared. With short walking distance to train station, bus stops and grocery stores, the apartment location is perfect for us as tourist. The warm hearted host Mr. Rudi was very helpful in guiding us on how to visit Salzburg attractions.

• Michal (8/5): Few improvements and would be great - Spacious apartment with brand new furniture, facilities and really great shower. Host was super nice and welcoming. Kitchen is really small to prepare any food - some additional kitchen table and also new pans would be great. Property is near train tracks which was audible during night, but nothing to wake you up. Matresses were too hard for us. Apartment is in ground floor so there were a lot of bugs coming through windows from terrace flowers and walking through apartment. We killed more than 20 of them and it spoiled our stay in otherwise nice and clean apartment. Window nets against bugs or some insecticide could solve this.
