• Lee (4/5): Won’t be back - Its location and the helpful staff The bath over shower sprayed water all over floor and toilet . I nearly fell over this morning on the wet tiles, from showering the previous evening. A simple shower curtain would lessen the risk of injuries to your patrons and more comfort when going to use a soaking wet toilet….The Air conditioning unit heater was working poorly, it blew cool air most of the night. And no instructions on how to use I had to google it. All of the crockery and cutlery was filthy and had to be cleaned before use. Whilst most crockery was in doubles there was only one dinner plate and a singular coffee cup provided for a deluxe cabin sleeping two guests. Come on guys really, you could present your facilities alot better.

• Julie (10/5): Friendly, relaxed stay - I enjoy a relaxed stay at Highlander, always consistent quality and value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I could stay at more expensive hotels, but I like the independence of having a kitchen. A 5 am wake up when a large noisey ute left the grounds early in the morning. But I just went back to sleep.

• wiggos (5/5): - Quiet & easy access location. Comfy bed. Awkward bathroom basin to use with no head space under overhead shelf 🤔 Soap dispenser didn't work. Security sliding door inoperable and unlockable. Air con remote needed batteries. 1 bedroom IS NOT set up as main bedroom. 🤪 *Threat of $50 cleaning fee if rubbish was not taken to their coucil bin!! or any dishes were left unwashed. (Next customer's therefore not guaranteed any hygienic utensils!!) We always wash up with a quick rinse onto sink & expect a full, hygienic follow-up. 😮

• Allison (10/5): - Couldn't believe how nice and spacious the cabin was for what we paid, staff were helpful with arranging check in at an unknown time. Everything we needed was there. Nice, quiet location. We were only passing thorough but I love the area and when I bring my family back for a longer trip, I'll be choosing Highlander Van Village again. I liked everything.

• Daniel (3/5): Pretty ordinary!! - It was nice and quite and the amenities were nice as well used them due the shower in the cabin being so tiny We started in cabin 5 it was very small and very dirty!! I had to rewash played and cutlery before we used them as they were dirty! I the windows of the bunks we found rubbish even and half drank milk who’s knows how long it was there for! The blankets had a smell to them it was just very rundown and not nice at all!! Tbh I really should of asked do my money back and went some where else

• Kelly (8/5): Simple yet comfortable enough. - As we were there for the State Championship, everything was within 10minutes Cutlery was incomplete. Some of the glassware and dishes were not cleaned properly. Needs more dishwashing liquid and a sponge/scourer to be able to clean everything.

• Eileen (9/5): Highlander Stay - Love that it's so quiet. Love that it has a kitchen because that certainly saves money as you can make your own meals instead of getting takeaway and also having tle & chairs and a lounge made it very relaxing That the Air Conditioners didn't work so was absolutely melting because opening the windows made the blinds clang which were annoying and pulling the blinds up made it too bright and hard to watch tv. And the tv could have been bigger lol

• Lee-Ann (8/5): Good overnight stay with spa - The room had a spa bath, which is what I was looking for. The room was clean and had air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. Would have liked a separate shower, rather than it being over the spa bath. I was alittle confused about where to park, and it was a bit tight parking inbetween the cabins.

There was no WIFI access and some of the cutlery and plates had dried food on them and had to be washed before we could use them.
