• Joey (7/5): Good location and nice outside facilities - Good location and nice outside facilities TV is difficult to use, we had poor weather so was in side a fair bit. Could do with providing some blankets to make it a bit comfortable. As it was windy the outside doors rattled a lot.

• Suzanne (7/5): Lovely villa and outside space but needs better upkeep of facilities and furniture - Lovely outdoor area. Nice size villa which is close to supermarket and near to the main area without hearing the noise from it We’ve stayed in the villa before and liked the features which is why we returned. In the whole it’s still good but has become very worn since our last stay with the outdoor furniture now being very shabby or broken or missing. There’s very limited items in the kitchen, there was only one bowl and limited other items. Seems things must have got broken or lost from previous guests and not replaced. Missing chairs outside and ripped sun loungers, missing gazebo and missing tiles from pool. The pool was cleaned this time but pool cleaner just let them themselves in when we were there without warning or notice so was an infringement of privacy
• Carol (9/5): Great!!! Will definitely be back. - This is an excellent property, contrary to previous reviews the wifi was good and there was air conditioning in each of the bedrooms. The inside communal area is good, however we hardly spent in time inside apart from to sleep as the outside space is so good you really can spend all day and evening out there. Plenty of sitting space, both for dining or relaxing and the pool is a great size and gets the sun for most of the day. The location is excellent, so unusual to get a private apartment with your own pool so close to everything. Christian was so helpful with the details on how to access the apartment and also with any queries we had. I will definitely be looking to book this property again.

• Edu (5/5): I wouldn't recomend - Location is good From the photos I expected a completely different thing. There was not dinner table inside! Just a coffee table and an open kitchen with two stools. We were 6 so we had to eat either outside (cold) or taking turns in. The hot water had no pressure, so we had to shower cold. There were weird things like a room we had no acces grom inside but outside the patio there was a door. Like it could be rented separately. Also really creepy that at the garage there were people leaving with a door with acces to the patio.... I didn't feel in peace.
• Rooney (8/5): Wish we could have stayed longer. - It was a lovely villa. For the time of year, pool was very cold and we are not cold water swimmers. But lovely to be able to sit outside and get the sun. All you would need in the kitchen for cooking. Christian was very quick to respond to texts. And so accommodating that we got in earlier than the check in date having started travelling at 1:30 that night ! Just a short walk to the main strip and spar shop just down the road. Lidl was within walking distance too. Nothing

• Ireta (10/5): Missing this place already - Perfect location. Not too far from everything. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. I have two children with special needs and it was perfect for them. Not too loud Not too much. Just perfect. We will definitely be rebooking. It was like a little luxurious home from home We had a lot of WiFi issues but communication with the host Christian was very easy and he was always responsive and extremely helpful

• Ian (2/5): I feel totally rippped of paying for a Villa when it’s an apartment - Good outside space and location Being lied to it was a Villa when it’s an apartment , also having to urinate in a pint glass at night so I wouldn’t wake my mum up going to toilet as has to walk through her bedroom to get to the toilet as the two bedrooms adjoin at the back of the “”” Villa”””

• Angela (9/5): Great area to stay, ideal for everthing. - Location was ideal, five minutes walk and you are on the strip. Spar supermarket a few minutes down the hill for all you need. Apartment was nice and clean and the beds were so comfy to sleep in. Pool was amazing and clean and lovely seating area as well. Christian the host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would highly recommend this apartment to stay at and will return. I thought i was going to a villa but it was more like an apartment with huge pool and gardens. This is no fault of the hosts as it was bookin.com who advertised it as a villa. Also its a 3 bedroom but you have to go through one bedroom to get to the one at back. There was only two of us so it was no problem but if its a family holiday could cause a hassle.

• Suzanne (6/5): Good location with a great outside pool area - Villa is in a great location, not far from the main road with shops and restaurants and really close to local shop for supplies. Has a great outdoor space with a lovely pool (if cleaned) and a lot of room outside. Whilst we had a number of issues, the management company were keen to resolve and helpful and despite a number of property disadvantages, would still recommend and would stay again This isn’t an air conditioned villa as advertised, only one room has AC, when working. The advertised ceiling fan also doesn’t work. We had a number of issues with various things, though most got resolved but took a week. Needs more maintenance, upkeep and cleaning. Note for the twin room, you have to walk through one of the bedrooms, it does not have its own door. Also you do not have the whole house, it is only one part and though you have sole use of pool area, you are overlooked by upstairs and the residents of the upstairs and accommodation under the pool area are pretty noisy with loud children. It is also opposite the neighbourhood rubbish bins which creates a lot of noise from loading and unloading by regular collections
