- Simon (6/5): Better quality price for sure in Saigon - Pictures of the hotel doesn't reflect the reality. Hotel old and dirty... I will not recommand it. no elevator.
- Gerald K W (2/5): Bad service and false advertising - Did not managed to check in to the booked room. Staff didn't speak English and hotel do not have lifts (although advertise as multingual and have lift access). The reception lady says the only one room on the 5th floor. I cannot check-in as I had sprained back. After an hour of negotiations, the hotel refused to cancel my booking and will only pay me back partially in cash VND280,000. This is the worst experience. Never book this hotel ever.

- Phat Thuan Quynh (10/5): Wife approved - I booked this hotel for my wife a few times for her stays in Ho Chi Minh City and she has nothing but good things to say. From the spaciousness of the rooms to the friendliness of the owner - everything made her feel comfortable during her stays. I think this is an excellent hotel at this price point.
