Ristorante internazionale pessimo e senza prodotti, servizio disastroso, livello di inglese imbarazzante, prezzo veramente molto alto rispetto alla media anche dei 5 stelle.

Barbara (9/5): - Modern, clean There is no night light to guide us to bathroom at night. The lobby had too few seating and we had to stand waiting for friends who were late. The night receptionist who checked us in was very flustered.
Haiou (8/5): overall, I am happy with stay, except for the early exercisers in the park nearby with loud sound - Convenient location, next to big shopping mall, robot delivery, cleanness, friendly staff. central park next to hotel the hotel room faces directly to a central park, some guy singing Karaoke with microphone very loud in the park lasts several hours during the morning and night, which is really annoying.
jean francois (9/5): Expensive but good quality - The room was huge. The breakfast and supper buffets were superb , with a huge choice of Chinese and more Western cuisine. There is a very nice gym too. You need transport to go anywhere, but no problem getting a Didi each day.

Agata (8/5): Very good - Room service very nice food, nice gym and pool Personel can’t really speak In English, we used a translator, but there was couple of issues where we didn’t understand each other correctly. Check in and check out took about 10-15 mins, no mini bar, and over the phone they cant speak in English so can’t order a food, or it takes about an hour. In lobby they can’t speak as well in English that was confusing and caused issues

Amazing choice in the buffet (we had BF and dinner) Amazing food quality according to local standard but also very high for international taste (some difference in cooking) Service is at top level The wine choice is limited for now. (I am half french so... maybe we are picky) The tea serving service in the Cantonese restaurant is not at cantonese standard. (My wife is cantonese so maybe she is picky :) ) We had a smell issue from our first room due to the building new design but it was immediately changed.
