- Zoe (5/5): ITS OK - Its pet friendly Management was rude
- Castledine (1/5): - Cock roaches everywhere very rude disrespectfull and rude made me leave for having a geust
- William (1/5): Terrible! - Nothing! Only entry door lock was loose, floppy & security could not be trusted (I had the coffee table & chairs stacked in front of the entry door as I felt so insecure)! Windows, ground floor, large enough to clamber through did not lock. Someone tried to break in @00:30, I screamed at them & they retreated. I spent the rest of the night fully dressed, packed & ready to evacuate! Used bar of soap lay on the shower floor (I did not use the shower). TV had sound but no display. Sleepless & totally stressful night!
- Donna (1/5): Disgraceful and reading all reviews I’m not surprised. Being an urgent option at the time we had to make do but what a f - Dirty place and grounds filthy grubby and dirty.

Was informed by a staff member this cabin had recently been renovated- NO WAY IT WAS!!!
- Sheila (8/5): -
- Caleb (1/5): Icebox cabin in caravan park - Caravan park was within walking distance of High street station. The cabin I booked had no private bathroom and toilet despite it was listed on booking.com. The cabin must have paper thin walls as there was no insulation to keep the freezing cold air and noise out because I just about froze my bum off whilst listening to cars and freight trains thundering and rumbling past all night as the caravan park was situated right next to a busy main road and only metres away from an active railway line. The cabin had a tv in it which didnt work. The cabin itself was very scungy. First time and last time staying at this abysmal place.

- Susanna Sevander (8/5): Great. Easy. Good price. I could live there permanently! - I liked that the room had a full sized fridge. Oven. Toaster. Kettle. Kitchen utensils etc, unlike a hotel room. I loved the grounds. Clean, green. Well kept. The van was clean. The key waa easy to retrieve after hours. The bed kept moving as the rollers were off the stoppers. The mattress was an unconmfortable spring mattress. Not enough toilet paper for 3 nights. Had to buy our own. No clean towels offered during stay.

- Dr Shaz (8/5): Good place to stay, close to Newcastle and the Vineyards - The cabins are quite compact and comfortable. A few additional items in the kitchen would be helpful for those who like to self cater. The staff were friendly, the area is quiet. Overall good value for money. It would be good to have glasses in the kitchen to drink out of and the fridge too a bit small. The cabins are not luxurious and a bit run down, but clean and comfortable.

- Diane (10/5): It was peacefully, charming and friendly. - I liked the location in South Maitland very historical. The sliding door in cabin 5, the main bedroom door wouldn't stay shut it needed something to prop it shut.

- Dana (1/5): -
- Jeffery (10/5): Good - Everything Nothing
- MUHAMMAD (1/5): Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service ,Dirty Rooms and Rude staff - Nothing to like about from this place other than un hygienic I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a total of three units well in advance and specifically requested that all three be next to each other. I even called ahead to confirm the booking and my request. However, upon arrival, I was given only one unit of the type I had booked.
When I tried to explain the situation and clarify the issue, the staff member was extremely rude and uncooperative instead of trying to help resolve it.
The place was very dirty and poorly maintained. The beds were also very uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse. Unfortunately, I had no other options at that time, so I had to stay.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, organization, and comfort were far below expectations. I would not recommend this place.
- Amanda (5/5): It served the purpose of somewhere to sleep on a quick turnaround. - We arrived late at night and the keys were left in a drop box. It was a convenient location for what we needed. The shower was good. Full size fridge/freezer. It was old and run down, there was no second bedroom in the 2 bedroom unit, the bunk beds were outside the bathroom in the hallway. The bed mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The towels were blue with white stains on them. The room slept 4 but plates and cutlery for 2, we just took it in turns eating breakfast. But it was only $100a night so didn’t expect high quality.
- William (1/5): Don’t stay there it’s a dump and rude staff - Nothing staff were rude because apparently I sped in park when I was idling in my car speed limit was 10km and I was doing limit but got abused Staff were rude place looks like a dump didn’t end up staying
- Richard (5/5): - Was a good price the area was a little noisy.
- Craig (5/5): It's ok - Not a lot, A lot
- Chapman (10/5): -
- Brooke (1/5): - The location was great, easy to find. Both cabins were full of dust and absolutely filthy, due to allergies we had to all bunk in one cabin. This was extremely frustrating as we had just driven 8 hrs and one cabin was very uncomfortable for us, hence booking 2. When I informed the staff member she didnt seem to care, told me they are cleaned regularly. I was then accused of smoking marijuana in one of the 2 cabins we had booked. Sounded more like an excuse to not have to deal with my complaint. Very disappointing, we will not be staying here again.
- Steven (8/5): . - Very pleased... .

- soury (1/5): Read peoples reviews....before you meet Karen - the best one you can come across.... - Facilities at price Disgusting Owner/Managers behavior/attitude. Not sure how they run this business with such bad mouth/ attitude. Have stayed at over 100 parks/ moteks across Aus.Never faced such a terrible exp. Regret not reading the reviews. They depict the truth about the lady managing this business. Shame on you for making the kids feel so uncomfortable.
Booking.com needs to take responsibility as the description about the property is a mismatch to what we found. Call the contact number and u r reminded that you have booked through Booking.com and its wht u booked.
There is a sofa counted as bed but where is the linen for that??
AC stopped working. No response.
Understand that no extra car is allowed, bit cant you have a couple of mins to unload before taking it outside to the street to park??
At last, the park is next to a very busy rail line. At nights for an hour or so, trains run every few mins.
- Samantha (8/5): - The location not too far from shops and water, and got self contained caravan
- Bailey (7/5): -
- Beale (7/5): - Room large & clean. Quiet aircon. Surrounds could be better dressed up for attraction.
- Leonie (1/5): We COULD NOT stay there. Terrible place & staff. - Absolutely putrid!
Broken wooden ladder on bunk beds unsuitable for us over 60’s. No linen at all on bunk beds (we booked well in advance for 3, no excuse there)
Only 2 chairs, there were three of us.
Dusty & stuffy with dead
bugs & flies everywhere. We arrived shortly after 1pm after a four hour drive & were promptly reminded it was a 2pm check in. We left less than 10 minutes after arrival, we DID NOT STAY! No apologies from staff. It was disappointing & would not recommend this place! There was absolutely NOTHING at all to like.
- Marianella (2/5): - Nothing really. Really disappointing Everything
- Pam (10/5): -
- Alaka (1/5): -
- Whiting (7/5): - Affordable, clean, comfortable bed. Met my expectations. Would have liked a bedside table and a holder for soap/shampoo in the shower.

- Russell (10/5): -
- Gayle (8/5): Quick stop on the way through. - Great location for a quick one night stop on the way through. Close to friends and plenty of food options. Being in the corner cabin, parking was a little tight - manageable, but tight.
