• Schwalme (9/5): Top Lage, super netter Vermieter und gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis - Das Apartment ist super gelegen, direkt an der Metro mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Forum Romanum und dem Colosseum. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und antwortet sofort. Er hat uns direkt bei einem Problem mit der Klimaanlage geholfen und sie repariert. Die Ausstattung ist völlig in Ordnung, ein Highlight ist ein Whirlpool in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer. Insgesamt waren wir super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein, ein Waschbecken lief sehr langsam ab. Einige Steckdosen sind etwas zu locker da könnte man noch was optimieren.

• Elizabeth (6/5): - The view was amazing and I felt so safe with the guards just next door 24/7. The only thing about the property was the beds were not comfortable and the pillows sucked. The hosts were so accommodating and accessible!

• kyriakopoulou (3/5): I would not recommend. - The location is amazing. It was very complicated the check-in. While we were all coming from different places there was not possible to check in earlier or at least store our luggages, which is available in almost every other accommodation in Rome. Also we were three ppl in the apartment that we had to share one key. Additionally, we had to pay for the tax of staying in Rome, despite the fact it was stayed on Booking that was included in the price. Apartment is in a great location but inside the furniture are quite old not well maintained.

• Ekaterina (10/5): - What an incredible view! This apartment is simply stunning! It's a real find for anyone who loves this city. The only one minus is that it's impossible to sleep with such a magnificent view from the window!
• Maria (10/5): Vista spettacolare sul Colosseo e posizione perfetta! - Soggiorno semplicemente fantastico! La posizione è impagabile: proprio di fronte al Colosseo, con una vista mozzafiato che lascia senza parole in ogni momento della giornata. Fare colazione o rilassarsi la sera con uno scenario così iconico davanti agli occhi è un’esperienza unica. Inoltre, l’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalla metro, comodissimo per spostarsi e visitare tutta la città senza difficoltà. L’alloggio è accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. Non manca davvero nulla! Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la sua cortesia e attenzione. Super consigliato, torneremmo senza esitazione! -

• Сенчук (7/5): - Место положения отличное.Мы попросили что бы нас заселили раньше и хозяин любезно пошел к нам на втречу и заселил нас раньше.Нас встретил парень и все показал отдал нам ключи ,мы оставили вещи и пошли гулять пока он убирал.Когда он закончил уборку он нам написал.🫠 .Розетки прикреплены плохо,я боялась что бы не замкнуло.На кроватях вместо пододеяльника простынь,что очень не комфортно.Плохо сходила вода в ванной комнате и плохо пахло ,сливы в раковинах и в душевой видно было что не мылись и не чистились очень давно.Ну вообще квартира требует небольшого ремонта.Также в кухне гремел ужасно холодильник,и нам пришлось под него подкладывать бумагу и его выставить,что бы убрать грохот.Над нашей квартирой все время что то работало стоял грохот походу там все время стирали .Не было половой тряпки ,что бы вытирать воду возле душевой кабинки после купания,так как нет бортиков ,а шторка короткая ,когда купаешься вода вытикала на пол.И вообще в квартира требует небольшого ремонта.

• B (9/5): estancia en una ubicacion privilegiada y estrategica. - La ubicacion es inmejorable, un lugar privilegiado con facil acceso a pleno centro-historico, en el que las ventanas tiene como vista el coliseo, monte palatino... el anfitrion está pendiente en todo momento de la estancia y es un plus de seguridad.

• Nataliya (7/5): - Sono entrata prima del orario di check-in, appartamento abbastanza grande e in ottima posizione Tutto. Appartamento non è vista Colosseo, dal balcone si vede un pezzettino di Colosseo. Da ristrutturare , le prese si muovono tutti avevo paura di caricare telefono. Famosa vasca idromassaggio in stanza non è utilizzabile, perde acqua da sotto, abbiamo messo un ora per pulire, perché si allagato tutto. Se proprietario vuole annullare prenotazione per non pagare % a Booking ci sta, ma almeno avvisa o chiede se per me va bene. Conclusione: meglio prendere qualsiasi albergo o appartamento su via Cavour.
• Eni (2/5): - location bathroom and bedroom doors wouldn't close, heat was controlled by them, they would turn it on just at a certain time and it was very cold the whole time, so low degrees, the double bed was actually two singles united, not comfortable. We didn't have cleaning tools for the floor, the apartment didn't have house shoes, the balcony was so tiny hardly enough space for 1 person, coloseeum view? you could see 10% of the colosseum, jacuzzi very tiny it looks big in pictures but it's actually just for one person. The check in time is 6PM and check out 10 AM, so I'm paying 180€ to stay 16hours? Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Not worth your money!
