Guest Reviews
- Manuela (9/5): Todo bien - Era muy espacioso y cómodo.
- Ira (7/5): Flat and locatoin great, if you come late in the evening, can be a problem getting the key - Location and the flat were great We had trouble getting the keys because our flight was late and the staff weren’t very flexible about waiting, we need to really beg them to wait so that was a bit unfortunate.

- declan (6/5): - good location in tourist area absolutely ridiculous I had to collect keys to flat from suburb outside the city as our flight got to the airport after 8.30pm, paid Uber €52 to collect keys at night (driver got lost even he found it hard to find house in suburb to collect keys for flat, he kept on saying it was loco) then went back to airport to get metro to city. Checking out 11am 3 people turned up at 10.30am to collect keys!. booking.com should not list any property where you are not able to get keys at the property location. I would of cancelled but had prepaid we would of lost all of the fee payment.
- Héléna Catherine (7/5): Very nice clean apartment in old town. - Very central location in Valencia. We could stroll through the old town & enjoy local amenities at our ease. Apartment is 2 bedroomed, it's comfortable, fresh & clean. We liked it so much, we stayed there in Spring & again in Summer. Host was helpful also. My husband got trapped in the lift one day during our stay in Summer, which was upsetting. Thankfully the maintenance man arrived within 30 minutes & fixed lift. This was very unfortunate as the apartment itself was lovely.
- Laurene (9/5): Séjour sympa dans un logement moderne et bien situé - La propreté, l’emplacement Manque d’isolation entres les appartements et la douche qui manque de porte coulissante
- Julie (4/5): Quite expensive for what it is. - Good location. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to this time because the flat was quite expensive (we paid 2000 € for one week) and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Here’s why:
- Check-in was complicated, as the keys were not delivered on-site, which made arrival more difficult than it needed to be.
- There was no available parking nearby. While that’s understandable, we received no assistance or guidance despite asking.
- No instructions were provided for how to use the appliances in the apartment.
- The apartment was extremely noisy — we could literally hear the neighbors snoring or using the bathroom. The walls are very thin.
- The bed was uncomfortable.
- As another reviewer pointed out, there was no soap provided, and the shower was quite poor — water splashed everywhere.
- No coffee machine in the apartment.
The apartment looks and feels quite cheap. The décor is extremely minimalist, with only the bare minimum provided. That could be fine at a lower price, but at this rate, it doesn’t feel cozy or welcoming.
- Sara (8/5): Great location! - This apartment was in a great location. The bus stop, grocery store, and a coffee shop or steps away. The water pressure was good, the hot water was plentiful, the beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were very quiet for Spanish standards. The bed linens were average. The hard flooring of the apartment was clean, however, the rugs could have used some vacuuming. The staff was very accommodating with regards to our check-in time. Perhaps because we stayed during La Fallas, our room rate seems a little high for the quality of the apartment. While very comfortable, it was very basic. Many apartments that we have stayed in offer both bath and hand towels as well as basic amenities, such as soap.
Also, due to the design of the shower, the bathroom floor was always wet, but only one bathmat was provided.
- Cora (9/5): Superb -
- Siobhan (10/5): Great location. Lovely apartment. Walked everywhere. - We were attending Spanish lessons at a school that was located 5 minutes away. The apartment was ideally located for our needs. As the apartment is in the old city, many of the city sites are really accessible. The supermarket was across the road and there were many restaurants in the area.
- Aurelija (10/5): Perfect apartment in perfect location - Perfect apartment in the city center, but at the same time very quiet, very clean, spacious and comfortable We missed the iron but it was a minor issue
