- Valerie (10/5): - Z ubytování jsme byli nadšeni. Na pokoji byl klid, vše čisté, pokoj a koupelna prostorná. Nádherný výhled. Snídaně bezchybné. Nic nám nechybělo. Otevírání všech dveří jedním kódem a bez klíčů chválíme. Velmi pohodlné. Na nic jsme nepřišli. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

- Helmut (7/5): Der Aufenthalt ist für Leute geeignet, die absolut abschalten wollen. - Das Frühstück war gut, aber jeden Tag gleich. Das Personal war freundlich und ist auf unsere Wünsche beim Frühstück eingegangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön über der Stadt. Das Zimmer war relativ groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gut. In der Stadt gibt es gute Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider hat der Fernseher kein einziges deutsches Programm angeboten! Das war für uns sehr ungewohnt, da wir schon öfters in Tschechien Urlaub gemacht haben. Auf Anfrage beim Gastgeber wurde uns gesagt, dass man an dem Problem arbeitet. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn tagsüber Jemand da gewesen wäre, mit dem man Probleme klären kann.

A v ranních hodinách dlouhodobě slyšitelný hluk z venkovního prostoru, něco jako generátor, který ustal až někdy po 8.h
- Guest (9/5): Great place to stay overnight. Big and fresh breakfast and very friendly hosts. - We stayed only one night on our travel through the northern Bohemia. We only stayed one night on our way through the northern part of the Czech Republic. The biggest shoutout belongs to the employees Lenka and Chena who were very friendly, helpful and made the best breakfast. Thank you both for your warm welcome and effort to accommodate us as best as possible.
- Alexandra (9/5): Beautiful hotel in a picturesque location - We know this place well as we had our wedding here 10 years ago so we love it. This is our first time back for a visit. The location is amazing. Great views, great garden with the castle ruins. The rooms are spacious and clean. Just a beautiful place. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the guy in the window selling refreshments and nibbles. As this is a remote location, any form of refreshment is very much appreciated withing having to go down hill to town. Disappointed the restaurant / pub is not there anymore and that there is no staff in place. It takes away from the atmosphere. But I guess that's just what I was used to. If I was a first time guest with no expectations I would not have any complaints. The room is expensive for the location. That is the only minus.

- Martin Brno (9/5): Super místo - Nádherná lokalita s výhledem na Krupku, Teplice a do dalekého okolí. Bydlení opravdu na hradě :-) v blízkém okolí není žádná restaurace

- Jindra (10/5): - Milý a vstřícný personál, snídaně dobré. Škoda, že nefunguje restaurace, venkovní posezení s malým občerstvením by bylo velmi příjemné, zvláště za horkých letních večerů. Uvítali jsme poslední dny našeho pobytu i provizorní čepování piva. V koupelně bychom uvítali poličku na mycí potřeby a věšáčky na ručníky či oblečení.

- Jiří (8/5): Všechno v naprostém pořádku a spokojenosti až na ten nesťastný PIN. - Celé místo hotelu bylo perfektní, včetně pana kuchaře, kterého jsme si teda užili pouze při snídaních. Ty ale udělal vždy úžasné!!! Přístup do hetelu pomocí PINu je dost nešťastná zálešitost, hlavně když cestujete ze skoro osmdesátiletou maminkou, která si kód samozřejmě nikdy nezapamatuje, takže sebou všude musíte nosit kódy dva, jelikož je potřebujete do dvou pokojů a vlastně všude po hotelu. Jen třikrát ho musíte použít než se dostanete zvenku na pokoj. Zlatý klíče nebo bezpečnostní karty... Ono i než ten PIN zadáte, tak se většinou, tak dvakrát spletete...
- Matt (8/5): Übernachtung in einer Burg - Es ist eine alte Burg🤩, die Zimmer erinnern etwas an ein Kloster bieten aber einen unglaublichen Blick. Der Check-in geht ausschließlich online. Die Betten sind bequem, wenn Mensch eine feste Matratze mag. Parkplatz befindet sich im Burghof. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist in gutem Zustand. Es gibt Frühstück in der Burg, ansonsten leider keine Gastronomie mehr. Zimmer könnten sauberer sein. Frühstück ist " überschaubar".

Kuchař ranních snídaní velmi ochotný, komunikativní, velice pozitivně naladěný člověk přenášející svou dobrou náladu i na hosty. Moc nám chutnalo, děkujeme. Matrace v postelích by bylo vhodné vyměnit

- Kinga (8/5): Ciekawa lokalizacja z ładymi widokami. - Bardzo ładna okolica, piękne rozległe widoki. Duży czysty pokój, lodówka, zestaw do parzenia kawy/herbaty. Właściciel wymaga dodatkowego uzupełnienia danych osobowych min. nr paszportu wysyłając link przez sms. Bez tego nie dostaniesz kodu dostępu mimo opłaconej rezerwacji. Nie odbierają telefonu. Na miejscu brak kuchni a restauracja jest nieczynna.

- František (8/5): Bydlení na hradě za skvělou cenu - Snídani chystala velice sympatická a ochotná obsluha, byla v podstatě "na přání" (vajíčka, palačinky). Výběr z bufetu velice skromný, ale vzhledem k charakteru zařízení a ceně naprosto OK. Zařízení, jakkoli je čisté a opečované, už má to nejlepší za sebou, typické podhorské retro. Možná by pomohl jen jednoduchý refresh interiéru.

- Harald (8/5): Geschichtsträchtiges Haus - perfekt geeignet, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. - Haus mit Geschichte in sehr ruhiger Lage! Der Frühstückskellner war großartig und umsichtig! Es gibt keine genaue Beschilderung, wie man zur Unterkunft kommt.

- Oliver (9/5): Private place for a romantic retreat. - Great big room, very clean and with a great view! the castle yard is overlooking the valley. Recommended during high seasons. It was hard in the beginning to find the way to the entrance, when needing to go up a hill on a small road. Note that there are no options for dinner onsite or nearby.

- Eva (8/5): - Tichá lokalita, možnosť samostatnneho check in aj v noci. Jednoduché čisté ubytko, úplne postacujuce na prespanie. Prostredie krásne, výhľad pekný. Na hornom poschodí bolo v lete pomerne horúco.
- Nemecek (7/5): - Zajímavá lokalita, klidné místo. Jakékoli možnosti stravování jsou prakticky mimo dosah pěšky. V místnosti je slyšet hovor ze sousedních místností. Zcela nevhodné pro kuřáky, protože při návratu z nádvoří je vždy nutno třikrát použít kód pro otevření dveří.

- David (8/5): Live like a lord in a medieval castle! - Fantastic location and wonderful property. Lots of nature hikes nearby, and other activities within walking distance or a short drive. The kitchen was closed during our stay. It would have been nice if we could have had access to cooking facilities. We were there for a long stay and it was hard to feed our children without toaster / microwave / stove / oven.

- Ladislav (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita,vyjímečná lokalita svým genius loci,bydlet na hradě je skutečně neobvyklé,zvlášť v tak krásném,čistém a příjemném ubytování.Majitel byl velmi vstřícný a komunikativní.Zatím nepodávají snídani,ale od 1.9. 2024prý ano,tak už to nebudeme mít chybu.Určitě mohu doporučit,oceňuji také prostorné nádvoří na parkování a klid.
