- Belle (8/5): Decent, minimal- will book hotel directly next time - It’s decent- bed is kinda hard so those who love soft beds- you’d probably have to make do with the thick duvet a bit. It’s minimally equipped with what you’d need, and good enough for a short stay. Loads of stairs, don’t think there’s a lift! I think the room is for smokers as I saw an ashtray, but it wasn’t really bathed in any particular smells. Reception is a hardworking sweet man who looks like he’s too tired. I think it’s better to book the hotel directly, I ended up paying rm30 on this app- not feeling so vip now

- Chong (8/5): Overall, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel and would highly recommend. - was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I could tell that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The room was spotless, with fresh linens on the bed and a sparkling clean bathroom. The bed is abit hard and they did not provide mini fridge. should add holde in the toilet to put our own bring soap.

- Ali (10/5): Excellent Service, Cleaning and a family hotel. Best in town 👍 - Excellent Service, Cleaning is like 5 star hotel, value for money. Good place for family stay. Staff is very friendly, provide immediate service. I would say it is the best Budget Hotel. This experience has changed my views about budget hotel. During my visit in December I was staying in a 4 star hotel in JB but due to some reasons I had to cancel my hotel stay with that hotel and I booked the Milan Hotel. Milan Hotel is exceptional as Budget Hotel. Nothing.
