• Paul (2/5): Above are all very fixable problems. If owners spend only a few hundred dollars the apartment could be very good. Howeve - Good location and communication (only after I initially texted owner for address). Zero ventilation in apartment. Very stuffy and hot. Had to leave front door and window open to get some draft / ventilation through the apartment. No A/C. Dirty frying pan from previous renters. Only one fork and knife. Utensils mismatched and poorly stocked kitchen. Mattress thin, uncomfortable and hollow - must be replaced. Dishwasher available but no detergent/pods so dishwasher can be used. Old, stained and used kitchen sponges and cloths. Some furniture old and worn out. No communication from owner about address or other info related to apartment prior to the rental.

• corinne simone juliette (6/5): Je y retournerai pas photo 1 maison 2 et 3 appartement - La proximité du centre, dommage il y a un gros potentiel de l appartement , le quartier est bien le garage pratique mais nous avons eues une expérience désagréable, qui c est bien terminé mais je ne me suis pas senti bien pendant le séjour à cause de l hygiène On m a proposé une maison entière j ai dit si vous voulez , arrivée sur les lieux rien a voir avec ma réservation, vraiment très très sale lit , sol , j ai donc demandé le logement que j avais loué, nous devions la suivre mais elle roulait vite nous n avons donc pas trouvé de suite , je pense que le lit ( draps couleur marron n avait pas était changé ni les serviettes , je n ai pas réussi à faire marcher le lave linge la porte fermait pas, le sol n était pas propre et de la poussière même sur des poignets de cuisine, lors de la prise du logement elle a voulu que j annule la location booking alors qu ellle venait de me faire payer , je pense qu elle essaye d arnaquer les gens , c est dommage car le logement un peu mieux équipé et nettoyé serait parfait , peut être prendre une femme de ménage et augmenter légèrement le prix serait une solution

• Janine (6/5): - Good location, excellent safe secure parking .. Excellent large bath towels. Bed only had 2 sham pillows? Could use sleeping pillows with pillow cases. There were no clean kitchen towels.The AC doesn’t work, however opening the window does cool the apartment.

• Elisabeth (4/5): Sehr unsaubere Wohnung in guter Lage - Lage - die Unterkunft war unsauber (schmutzige Oberflächen überall, schmutzige Griffe, Krümel in den Schubladen, Reste in den Fächern … ) - nur 1 Tasse für 2 Personen, keine Abtrockenhandtücher, schlecht ausgestattete Küche - die Wohnung befand sich nicht bei der in booking hinterlegten Adresse - Vermieter brachte nach 2. Hinweis Kaffeemaschine und Tasse

• Caralyn (3/5): Disappointing and not as advertised, the owner offered a rollaway cot but there is no room for that. - The location was good. The fact that it was advertised with a queen bed and a pull out couch when there was no pull out couch, the excessive dust, dirty utensils, very little dish soap or dishwasher soap, no functioning dryer and filthy blinds. My husband had to buy sheets and an air mattress as he was not going to sleep with his sister. The bathroom door squealed so bad he had to buy oil and lubricate it and the bedroom door didn’t close.

• Nina (9/5): Lovely and Perfect - Booked for my daughter's stay. The host, Lisa, was very helpful from start to finish, even provided airport pick up services, which was really convenient. Stayed there for seven days. The location, downtown, was safe and perfect, walking distance to almost everything i.e. cafes / supermarkets / local attractions / parks / convention center etc. Was very lucky to have found this place

Finger prints and dirty handles from fridge to cabinets. Sofa needs replacement as it was taterred and shedding fake leather. The washer was broken.
