• Lavine (8/5): Would come back! - It was beautiful and spacious. The locks were not reliable and felt a bit flimsy
• Jürgen (3/5): Nie wieder - Nichts Alles. Angefangen damit das die Adresse nicht zu finden ist. An der unter Booking com apostrohierten Adresse ist nichts. Erst bei Ankunft erfuhren wir, dass erst an 17:00 Einlass ist und die online Anmeldung hat wiederholt nicht geklappt. Frustriert ob der fehlenden Hilfe haben wir in Not kurzentschlossen Zuflucht in einem anderen Hotel gesucht, wohlfürchtend das wir auf der Vorauszahlung werden verzichten müssen. Definitiv keine Empfehlung eher Warnung!

• THEAUDIN (6/5): Bon séjour malgré un début compliqué , pas sûre de rééditer avec booking , on verra le SAV. - Calme , bien situé , propre Nous avons eu du retard à l’arrivée et le code de la porte d’entrée n’a pas fonctionné . Nous avons contacté l’hôte et booking à 1h30 sans succès. Nous avons dû trouver un hôtel pour dormir ce qui nous a coupé 100€. Nous avons dû payer aussi des frais de séjour dès le premier jour , en liquide laissé sur le bord d’un bureau , je trouve ça limite.
• Vasko (8/5): - There was no breakfast but there are plenty of options near by, location was very convenient for those who want to roam in and around Rome, extremely close to Terminus, so every transport was near by, busses, trains, metro... Plus it is the center of Rome so the location was excellent. Rigid check in and check out times, we do a lot of travels but have never seen 17:00 as check in time and never was asked for extra pay if we exceed our check out for couple of hours (when there are no immediate quests waiting for the room).

La comunicazione è fatta di poche cose.. - Stanza nuova e pulita, all' interno di un appartamento nuovo e pulito Il check in on line, non sempre è possibile: bisogna dare la possibilità di farlo all' arrivo , camera sprovvista di piccoli comfort come buste thè, shampoo e balsamo ecc. Anche in cucina mancava la macchina del caffè e qualche bustina di zucchero e di the. In 3 giorni non ho visto né sentito ( dopo il check-in e la consegna credenziali per accesso) nessuno. Per ultimo, l' host scriveva solo in inglese, anche se gli rispondevo in italiano.

• Nicola (5/5): - Mi è piaciuto l'accoglienza dello staff e come era arredata la stanza. Non mi è assolutamente piaciuta la pulizia delle lenzuola, delle federe dei cuscini e degli asciugamani. Erano presenti numerose macchie di sporco e, inoltre, le lenzuola non erano stirate, dando l’impressione che fossero già state utilizzate in precedenza. Considerando che nella fattura di pagamento risulta un costo totale della camera pari a 183 euro, di cui 123 euro per una notte di pernottamento, trovo la cifra in linea con i prezzi medi della zona Termini di Roma. Tuttavia, alla luce della voce “costi di pulizia” pari a 50 euro, ritengo che lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e ben stirati siano il minimo che un ospite possa aspettarsi

• Nursen (4/5): I don’t stay there again. - It was clean and location is 5 mins by walk to central train station. Hotel manager was very rude and antipathetic. We went to Rome to be relax but she made us stress. She always disturbs you by message to ask something.

• Tina (6/5): Pleasant - Very Clean, close to the train station. Mario was very helpful. We were met by Mario on the street while we looked in vain for Eutierra BLeisure. He luckily recognized my husband from his passport picture and brought us to the location which was not where the map indicated as it's under a different name. The wifi wasn't working. And we were charged a cleaning fee of $150. which was not mentioned when we booked.
• David (8/5): Close to Termini Station. Walking distance to major attractions (if you like to walk). - I liked the proximity of the train station. the security of the bedrooms. I didn't use the kitchen, but it is a good option if you want to prepare something. The person in charge of check-in was very friendly and helped us. I stayed for 5 days and when I made the booking it was not very explained about the charge for an extra bed. That's what they call it when there are 4 people and you reserve the suite apartment type. Anyway, I had to pay it in cash. I disputed the fact of my extra bed. where is it? but it is just an expression of an extra charge that I never saw, when booking.com told me this you have to pay. I saw the taxes, arriving early, storing suitcases, ... nothing about the extra bed. Then I received the email with the extra charge. Simply, next time, check when it is a large group.
• Raj (6/5): Pleasant - Trash between began to overflow since there was no pickup during our 3 night stay. Only one towel exchange was promised in 3 nights and that never happened. The A/C never quite got cool enough during the day or night.

• Guy (9/5): Superb - My family rented 2 of the 3 rooms in this apartment, which meant sharing the common kitchen and front door with other travelers. At no time did we feel unsafe. The rooms and bedding were comfortable. The location was very convenient to the Metro station and several mini-markets. The place is a short walk from the Roma Termini station, but our train from the airport stopped at the back end of the station and since we were unfamiliar with the area, we ended up walking through a very sketchy neighborhood that did not feel safe. Our walks back to the station to ride the Metro, right near the main entrance were much better. From the outside, the apartment building does not look impressive at all, but things change quickly once in the apartment. Very safe and secure. Fairly well furnished. We rented 2 of the 3 rooms in this apartment. One was the "Family Room" but the price paid did not cover the family of 4 staying there. During WeChat conversation with the owner, it was clarified that all rooms are priced for 2 people each, so we had to pay more for the additional guests even though it was clear that we had 6 total people in our group during booking.
• Sandy (9/5): Friendly guest house, comfortable and walking distance from Rome Termini Train Station - The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful and made us felt welcomed. Thank you! The photos from the website are true. Everything was very nice, clean, and neatly organized inside the ensuite and the apartment on the 2nd floor. There were other guests in the apartment and they were quiet and polite. The apartment location is very good and one block from Rome Termini train station. We very much liked staying there for 2 nights and recommended the ensuite. We will be back again and plan to stay in this lovely place. The guest house is inside an old building that it looks like it is being renovated so outside the guest house the stairs were not clean. There was no construction noise at night or during the day.

• Chandra (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - the property is huge, perfect for group & family. the interior seems brand new, beautifully design, comfort, clean and fully furnished. bedroom spacious, water pressure in bathroom is perfect, kitchen is very well provided. the location is very strategic, walking distance to termini station, restaurant nearby, everything is within walking distance. the contact person is very responsive, easy to contact, and helpfull. the lift is quite old, they only fit the suitcase/luggage, not people.

It’s walking distance from the Termini train station and many popular places including restaurants. Our host was very nice and helpful. She was nice enough to rebook our train tickets from Milan to Rome during the train strike and our trip was seamless with her help. She also arranged our transportation to the airport on our return. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

• Beatriz (10/5): Great experience, great apartment and great location! - The place is super clean and well located! The hosts are amazing people, they took our lugagge since we got there earlier and surprised us with a beutiful basket of fruits, chocolate and champagne (since it was our honeymoon). The apartment is near the main station and this made our stay easier. I definetly recommend it to everyone!!
• Buğra (1/5): Bad - Close to train station. New designed rooms. They are demanding 25 euros for a late check-in, and they absolutely won't negotiate. They imposed a condition for my 2-year-old son to stay in a crib. I was forced to rent the crib. ( Even suggested that I should come without my child just to avoid paying this money.) A daily city tax of 6 euros was demanded for my 2-year-old son, a fee that no other place has ever asked for. I don't know if children under 3 are included in this tax. I notified them about the noisy operation of the air conditioning unit, but they failed to provide any solution. It's impossible to sleep with that noise.

• Dumitru (10/5): Exceptional - The descriptioin of accomodation is accurate and it is very nice for such price. A very convinient location. Train station Termini, metro stations, city bus and tram station, as well as a large supermarket are just 5 minutes from here. A great number of restaurants and stores are situated near this accomodation. Just 10-15 minutes walking to Colosseum and Forum. Didn't have problems at all with this accomodation and people from outside. It was a pleasure to communicate with owner of the accomodation and her great and kind team!
