- Paloma (1/5): Estafadores - Lo estafadores que son, te Dan un teléfono y no contesta nadie solo una maquina, el apartamento no abre nadie y está cerrado se los siglos, miras en Google sus reseñas y son una estafa, dejaron en la calle 1 adulto 1 adolescente de 15 años y un bebe de 2 años y para el colmo te cobran y te pide la fianza para quedarse con ella, luego te hablan por el chat de booking y te llaman mentiros@s, pues sintiéndolo por ellos tengo video y capturas de las llamadas y de estar allí presente.
Una y no mas ojalá lo quiten de booking y de todos sitios por estafadores.

Obiekt jedynie dobrze zlokalizowany, ale pokój był nawet nie posprzątany po poprzednim najemcy, śmieci, brudna pościel, brudne i mokre ręczniki, obiekt wynajęty został na czwarty osoby a tylko jeden komplet brudnej pościeli i dwa ręczniki z czego jeden brudny na podłodze w łazience. Niestety nie byłyśmy w stanie tam zostać.

- Tian (3/5): Dirty and should get new management or cleaning services - The place has some new furniture and looks like it has been renewed a few years ago. The location is quite nice The place is filthy and it looks like they don't clean it after guests leave. It's simple, the bedsheets were nasty (I think they weren't even changed), the sink and other things were nasty and in general it looks like after some guests leave, they just tidy things up and not clean anything. On the balcony the windows were broken and had visible cracks. The coffee machine looks like it was used 5min before we came in and I could go on and on. Also, you need to pay a security deposit of 100 eur per apartment, which then they return. They say they will return in maximum 2 weeks but in reality it's closer to 3/4 weeks. If the management of the apartment decided to clean the apartments, change the beedsheets etc. this apartment would easily get a much better review, but it looks like they don't care. I would love to rate it higher, but can't because I barely slept because I didn't want to touch the nasty bedsheets etc.

Less than 24hrs before the stay they demand a 100 euro deposit to give you the code to enter. They say you have to do this more than 24hrs before you arrive. Impossible. Especially if you’re out of signal ie Ona flight. They say they will contact you by WhatsApp: they don’t. All communication goes through the app and if you don’t have the app, you won’t know anything about the fact you have to register and pay a deposit. They close the payment link before your arrival time so you can’t pay. Try calling or messaging them:answerphone or no answer. You have to call booking.com to get any explanation. We witnessed three families not able to get in in the time we’re waiting. It took us 2hrs to access. Thank goodness we didn’t arrive out of office hours!! The flat was Very basic, squeaky, cheap bed, mould in the bathroom and at 80 euros per night! Disgraceful and dubious business. Let’s see if we get our deposit back

Whole apartment was fine, nice and clean. It was very hard to use the front door's key to get into the building.
No personal communication with the property. The deposit has not payed back even there were no damage caused.

We booked this apartment through booking.com and on our confirmation it stated that we would have to pay €100 deposit and receive the code on the day off arrival for the apartment. We paid the €100 deposit but never received a receipt or confirmation email. (It also took 18 DAYS, with no replies from the apartment and no help from customer service with booking.com to receive our refund!) I messaged the property on the morning of arrival to state we would be there at 15:00 (which was when we were allowed to check in from), we received no reply so I sent a further two messages and still no reply. It got to after 15:00 and my friend and I were standing waiting outside the apartment waiting to revive the code. We then got a message through at 15:13 stating ‘Congratulations, we had received an upgrade for a superior apartment’, which turned out to be 2.1 miles away from the original apartment. We had to pay for a taxi and I asked if we would be compensated as to which they replied we would not be as we were upgraded for free to a better apartment. The new apartment was filthy, the walls were disgusting, we had no hot water, the coffee machine didn’t work and we were expecting a full apartment with a full kitchen and living room space (as per the photos online) yet we received a one room with the smallest kitchen with barley any appliances. We were so disappointed and we were only three for two nights which completely ruined the start of our trip!

A few days before arrival they ask you to pay a deposit of €100 unexpected . It should be announced when you book it.

- Ian (3/5): For a little outlay from the owners they could make it a better staying experience. - Where it was situated and had what you expect for a holiday apartment, but for the reasons below. The bed was a thin sprung mattress on straps and we couldn’t sleep on it. Had to spend 10 days holiday on the couch bed which wasn’t ideal either. Only 2 towels are provided,and the only bedding is on the bed. Although there is a washing machine no facilities for drying so not workable. The door entry system is stressful we received 3 codes for one to eventually work. A family 5 days later had same problem and they left.

We arrived with our child, not enough towels were provided and not enough bedlinen. Also there is a hidden cost of reservation deposit (100Euros) that I wasn't aware of before I booked. I was promised that deposit will be returned within 14 days, I got it returned after 18 - I had to file a complaints and call booking.com for it. It is just hassle that you don't need when you travel.

- Friederike (6/5): Pleasant - We only arrived late at night and left early in the morning to get to the airport, the place was perfect for this and very close to the train station, otherwise i think it is very basic and not really cozy for a proper holiday stay. Pretty clean and the communication was easy, though. Thanks a lot.
