• Akiko (10/5): 快適な滞在でした - 地下階のお部屋でしたが、明るくて清潔なお部屋でした。 ベッドルームが2つ、いずれもバスタブ付きのバスルームで、4人での滞在でも快適に過ごせました。 (ソファベッドもリクエスト) 綺麗なキッチンには必要なものが全て揃っていて、洗濯機があるのも長期滞在には助かりました。 困った事などはメッセージを送るとすぐに返事をくださり、滞在中のサポートも万全。 鍵はスマートキーなので、出入りも自由に出来ました。 次回またロンドンに行く際には是非利用させて頂きたいです。 バスタブに浸かりたい日本人にとっては、お湯を使い過ぎるとお湯の出が悪くなるので注意が必要。 これはイギリスでは仕方がない事で、少し時間をズラして入ると問題は解決しました。

• Ilinca-Ioana (9/5): I would definitely recommend staying here if you are at least 5 people and want to stay at a nice and secure location. - I loved the location and the amount of space! The beds were not the most comfortable and the upstairs neighbors were running around a lot during the day and sometimes the night as well.

• Rim (10/5): - We stayed in this apartment with a group of six, and it was perfect for us! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The place is clean, cozy, and has everything you need—comfortable beds, a nice living room, and a kitchen where we could cook easily. The location was great too, quiet but close to shops and restaurants. The team was very responsive and quick to solve any issues we had, which made our stay even better. Definitely a great spot if you’re traveling with family or friends!
• Reem (1/5): Very bad - The owner canceled last minute The apartment owner canceled our reservation at the very last minute, just 5 minutes before our flight departure, without any prior notice. The booking had been made a month in advance or more than month. We arrived in London during a very busy season at the end of November, and it was extremely difficult to find another place to stay. I do not recommend dealing with this host at all — a very bad experience.

• sara (8/5): It was a great value, the cost compared to the property location and status is teally nice and location is very good - Its spacious for family of 4-5 and there is a kitchen for cooking I like house keeping, maybe if this is provided without extra cost would be fantastic

• Lilach (8/5): Spacious clean appartment - The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is located in a basement floor, so we felt a bit unsafe to sleep with open windows. The beds are rather small. Great to have two showers. It was clean and nice. The location is good, 5 min walk from Paddington station.

• Gaynor (8/5): Near the tube, spacious would be great if the apartment didn’t smell and the showers were sorted out - Spacious and clean The apartment had a funny damp smell all the time and the shower heads in both bathrooms pointed down so you had to hold them up while you were showering which was difficult when using shower gel and shampoo. • Amna (6/5): Pleasant - The location is decent, with easy access to Paddington and Leicester stations. Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean, but the furniture was falling apart. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, and although the pillows were fine, the apartment smelled musty due to being on the lower ground level. Despite requesting the sofa bed to be prepared before our arrival, it wasn’t ready. We stayed for 4 nights, and on the last night, the hot water and heater stopped working. This left us cold during a chilly October night, and despite contacting the property, they failed to send anyone to fix it or offer a late checkout to resolve the issue. As a result, we couldn’t freshen up before traveling home, which was very distressing. Overall, the apartment had potential but the poor maintenance and inadequate customer care ruined our stay
