• Konstantyn (10/5): - Вторую часть отпуска мы решили провести на северной части острова. И выбрали эту усадьбу, расположенной на склоне горы. Мы приехали после полудня, нас встретил приятный мужчина, хозяин этого дома, провёл нам полный инструктаж (на испанском), но было всё интуитивно понятно. Дом имеет отличное расположение в центре горной долины, откуда открываются прекрасные виды на океан, город Puerto De La Cruz и вершину горы Тейдэ. В утренние часы когда солнце выходит из-за горы приятно постоять на крыше дома с чашечкой ароматного кофе и наслаждаться неимоверной красотой этой части острова. Описание дома и фотографии соответствуют действительности. Все комплекты постельного белья и полотенец, посуда и кухонные принадлежности имеются. Так как дом находится на северной части, то температура воздуха в конце марта в доме была 17-18 градусов это немного прохладно для нас, но так как мы целый день исследовали остров, а домой приезжали только переночевать, то в принципе нормально. Плюс в каждой спальне есть кондиционер, который можно использовать как обогреватель и перед сном нагреть комнату под комфортную температуру. P.S. Так как дом находится на горе, то без машины там делать нечего. Автобусы туда не ходят. И последние метров 200 нужно проехать по узенькой бетонной дорожке в верх, к чему правда быстро привыкаешь, после пары спусков и подъёмов. И чувствуешь себя уверенно. Минусов нет.

• Lorand (9/5): Beautiful location and garden, great hosts, large house, sligthly difficult to drive up. - Great location, with wonderful view. The communication with the host was good, they presented a fruit basket and a bottle of (I guess) local wine upon arrival. Well equipped house, very nice garden. The road up to the house is a little steep, but manageable.

L'accès difficile.En janvier, la température dans la maison est basse.Heureusement les 2 chambres sont équipées de clim réversibles, le reste de la maison n'a pas de chauffage.

• Danguole (9/5): stay near La Orotava feel like in Finca - Wonderful Stay! The house is very nice, spotless, and beautifully kept. It has its own lovely garden with some fruits and vegetables, which adds such a charming touch. The design has a cozy Canadian style, and everything feels fresh, clean, and comfortable. We found absolutely everything we needed — the kitchen is incredibly well equipped, and we enjoyed having relaxed lunches on the terrace, which is a perfect spot to unwind. Everything was prepared with great care; it honestly felt like staying in a hotel. We especially appreciated the warm blankets for the cooler evenings. The welcome fruits and water were a very thoughtful detail. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again!

Good for introverts and hiking amateurs There are technically two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but in fact you want to use only one bedroom and one bathroom. The double bed is a bit too small
• Isabelle Comtet (8/5): Très chouette et idéalement situé pour avoir un peu de frais et faire de la rando - L’endroit est idéal, situé dans la très jolie ville de la Orotava. Et la situation de la maison fait qu’elle est toujours au dessus de la mer de nuages (qu’il y a très très souvent l’été dans le nord), avec un petit peu d’air. La maison est grande et très calme ( il a faut aimer le chant des coqs, du paon et des ânes aux alentours surtout l’été quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes). Mais cela ne nous a pas gêné; il y a deux grandes terrasses. Et un très joli jardin de vignes et arbres fruitiers. La montée ☺️. C’est écrit dans tous les commentaires. Elle est très pentue mais ce n’est pas le problème. Elle est très étroite et au début c’est un peu flippant avec les voitures de location. Mais on s’y fait !
• MARIANO (8/5): Casa comoda y bien situada - El sitio es muy tranquilo. No hay ruidos ni coches. La casa es amplia y tiene dos amplias terrazas para tomar el sol. Tambien tiene buenas vistas y una parcela con viñas, arboles y miradores desde los que se ve el valle de la Orotava Por poner alguna pega, una habitacion no tiene ventana y resulta un poco oscura

• Arman (9/5): Brrrrr - Great location and friendly hosts. The roof top terrace was our favorite spot when the sun was out. This uninsulated house sits at an altitude of 500m. It is well ventilated and is designed to keep the heat out, not in. It got rather chilly inside in the evenings in early January, even with the small electric heater turned on.

• Susan (8/5): Beautiful views and Quiet - We were warmly welcomed by the family. We appreciated the extras, bowl of fruit, bottle of wine. Beautifully clean and well equiped. Great to park the car. Super security. For us it was too far from historic center of Orotava. We are walkers so did walk In to town and back. But be aware of a very steep return. Even the drive up the steep hill didn’t encourage us to drive out some evenings! I work with animals and did not appreciate their dog being locked in his big cage for 3 days while we were there, it really concerned me. Though the dog was lovely and did not bark. The owner did reassure me that the dog was out when they were around. So we felt bad for the dog.

• Isla (9/5): We really liked the quietness of this house and the beautiful garden. - The property was very quiet and away from the busy parts of La Oratavia. It had beautiful views and was good for seeing sunsets. It had a lovely garden with lots of different fruit trees eg lemon It is up a short steep narrow track. We left our car on the road. It would be more convenient if there was a hot tap in the kitchen sink.
