• Hugh (10/5): - Tha apartment is brilliant and in a great location! It has everything you need and more. The kitchen is modern and practical. Huge bed in the bedroom. It's spacious and light and thoughtfully put together. Every detail has been thought of. The location is perfect with literally café s and restaurants within a few meters walk. The location has a very upmarket feel and also very safe. We used Cabify to get around because it was so easy and cheap. But local bus stops and metro lines are nearby as well. The lovely Silvana who looks after you was brilliant. We had issues when we arrived which were totally our own fault but she was great in helping us out and couldn't of been more helpful. Out of the now hundreds of places we've stayed, this is one of the best! Nothing, perfect 😊
• Hans (9/5): Wonderful apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in BA. Nothing to complain - The location, the room itself and the host are simply perfect. I needed to drop my things a bit earlier (3 hours) which was no problem for Silvana. The room itself is spacious, smells nice and has all you need. It looks all clean and well maintained and also Silvana responds quickly to your questions. The lack of light was not necessarily an issue. You don’t really have an outside, but why would you stay there if you have such a beautiful neighborhood at your feet. Please take into account that you need to pay in cash, so you know

• KARINA (10/5): Espectacular, soñado - El departamento es precioso, la decoración de muy buen gusto, la cama tan cómoda que no te da ganas de levantarte. El resto de las instalaciones son impecables, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, queda cerca del centro, el subte, comercios. Sobre todo para los que vienen sin vehículo y les gusta caminar. Muy segura la zona, preciosa. Y un párrafo aparte es Silvana, súper amable, nos proporcionó, lugares para visitar y siempre a disposición. Pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje antes y después de los horarios de ingreso y egreso. Sin dudar lo recomiendo, y vamos a volver!!!! Hermoso para estar unos cuantos días

• loremont (10/5): We had a very comfortable stay in this cozy apartment at a very desirable area at a reasonable cost. - The host set a good Malbec wine bottle as a welcome gift, as well as a large water bottle in the refrigerator. The apartment had a plethora of amenities, a full kitchen, a washer (but not a dryer), a large TV set with a multitude of movie channels, Netflix and Apple. She stayed in touch with us to help make our stay a success. The water heater tank is a bit too small: you run out of hot water sooner than desirable.

The whole block is protected with double entrance door and 24 hrs electronic surveillance. The apartment is extremely well equipped and the bathroom is very nice. The shower has hot water with good pressure. The location of the apartment, at the back of the building, helps in having NO street noice. During our stay there was no noice from adjacent apartments. The owner was very nice and very responsive to any enquiries. She sent us a lot of information for the local area before we arrived at the property. Nothing
