The rooms are beautifully renovated — everything is fresh, high quality, and stylishly designed. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive — truly rare to find such hospitality nowadays. They brought us little gifts, always kept the coffee stocked for the machine, and responded to every request immediately. They even bought a knife exactly the size we mentioned — such a thoughtful gesture! The location is perfect — everything is just a short walk away: the beach (only 1 minute), the town center, shops, restaurants, markets. Super convenient and peaceful at the same time. Even though our room didn’t have a sea view, the comfort and care we received made the stay unforgettable. I give a full 5 stars with distinction — warm, welcoming, and absolutely worth it. • Melinda (10/5): Perfect location and the best hosts - This apartment was perfect for our stay. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages. Photos were as exactly as pictured. So clean and everything you need in the apartment for a perfect stay. In the middle of town so perfect and close to the beaches and many restaurants. Very clean and they refreshed towels and sheets after 3 days, great coffee machine that pods were supplied, water and toilet paper were provided 2 days in for extras. Claudia was very efficient in replying to messages and arranging anything you needed. They even organised a lift back to Sarande port for us at the end of our stay. Very kind people and newly renovated apartment. Highly recommend 😊 Nothing

• Susana (9/5): Spacious and modern apartment close to the beach and all amenities. - Large, modern, and very comfortable apartment for 4 people. Excellent location – close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions, all within walking distance. On-site parking was very convenient. The host was always available on WhatsApp. A bit noisy until midnight because of nearby bars, but it quieted down afterwards. The nearby beaches are mostly private, crowded and noisy for our taste – but of course that’s not the property’s fault.

Z plusów mogę wymienić duże, wygodne łóżko i wygodne poduszki. Przy łóżku szafki i lampki nocne, Gospodyni zadbała o dodatkową kołdrę i koc. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Dobre Wi-Fi. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko i do plaży i do sklepów czy restauracji. Mili Gospodarze, mówiący po angielsku. W oknach moskitiery. Ładna łazienka, fajna kabina prysznicowa i gorąca woda. Dostępna suszarka do włosów. Zapewniono miękkie i pachnące ręczniki oraz żele do kąpieli i malutkie mydełka. W aneksie kuchennym na wyposażeniu jeden ogromny garnek i patelnia, 4 głębokie talerze i miski, kubki i szklanki, deska do krojenia, i sztućce. Był też płyn do zmywania naczyń, zmywak i ściereczka z mikrofibry. Powitalna woda i kapsułki z pyszną kawą do ekspresu – dziękujemy :) Skuszeni pięknymi zdjęciami i pozytywnymi opiniami zdecydowaliśmy się na Vilę Murati. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji upewniłam się, czy nasz apartament mieści się na pierwszym piętrze i czy posiada balkon. Właścicielka na moje pytanie odpowiedziała twierdząco. Podekscytowani zjawiliśmy się w obiekcie w wyznaczonym terminie. Od razu powitał nas przyjaciel Gospodyni, wskazał miejsce parkingowe i zaprowadził nas do pokoju nr 4. I tu pierwsza nieprzyjemna niespodzianka – apartament mieścił się na parterze, a zamiast balkonu miał miniaturowy tarasik, na którym z trudem mieścił się maleńki, ruchomy stolik i dwa krzesła... Okazało się, że zaszło nieporozumienie, ponieważ ,,first floor" w Albanii to... parter... Z racji tej sytuacji dostaliśmy niewielki rabat do pierwotnej kwoty wynajmu. Kolejne rozczarowanie to metraż – w opisie podano, iż jest to 30 metrów. Zdecydowanie nie, chyba, że wliczy się ten mini taras i miejsce parkingowe. Ładny wizualnie, ale bardzo niepraktyczny. W rzeczywistości w apartamencie było bardzo mało miejsca do swobodnego poruszania się i przechowywania bagaży. Zdjęcia zdecydowanie ładniejsze niż zastana rzeczywistość. Tuż koło naszego wejścia parkowały samochody. Na tarasie brak osłony przed słońcem. W aneksie kuchennym za mało blatów roboczych. Zbyt mała lodówka. Brak mniejszego garnka. Brak kuchenki mikrofalowej, brak czajnika elektrycznego, brak ręczników papierowych, brak dywanika łazienkowego. W łazience zbyt wysoko zamontowana umywalka – niska osoba jak ja, miała problem z komfortowym korzystaniem. Pod drzwiami wejściowymi wielka szpara, przez którą do pokoju wchodziły mrówki inne owady. Spodziewaliśmy się, że będzie lepiej.

• Radoslava (10/5): Great vacation - We had a wonderful stay at Villa Murati! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the host made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely love to come back! The only thing I would recommend is to have a bit more space available for storing luggage. 😊

• Sammmmmy (10/5): - Very close (4-5min walk) to some of the nicest private beaches in Ksamil. Very clean accommodation with modern amenities and nice bathroom. Great coffe/espresso machine!Parking at the property was a huge bonus. The host (a teenage girl) was very friendly and even offered to do laundry for us for no additional charge. Many restaurants and a small kiosk store right next to the property. Air conditioner and TV in both rooms. Because of the location being so close to the beach clubs, the music was a bit loud for us as a family with small children. But that's not the owner's fault. Luckily the party noise stopped around midnight. Probably perfect for outgoing guests who like to party into the night. The living room with two sleeping sofas was very comfortable. But it didn't had blackout curtains so it was quite bright in the morning. The bedroom was good to sleep in late. Having a small kitchen with a large fridge was a bonus, although it would have been nice to have some basic cooking essentials such as: cooking oil, salt & pepper.

• Krzysztof (10/5): - Mogę wszystkim polecić ten apartament oraz całą willę Murati. Dawno nie byliśmy w tak czystym apartamencie. Nie pamiętam nawet czy kiedykolwiek byliśmy w takim czystym apartamencie. Lokalizacja idealna. Wszędzie blisko. Do plaż i na promenadę kilka minut spacerem. Apartamwnt wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Wspaniały kontakt z właścicielką od samego początku do końca pobytu. Przed odjazdem dostaliśmy jeszcze cenne wskazówki na dalszą drogę. Nie ma się nad czym zastanawiać tylko trzeba rezerwować. Polecam z całego serca.

Гарне місце для паркування. Було трішки шумно, поруч готель з басейном ввечері там було весело, зранку постійно щось гуло. А та все добре не сильно заважало, і можливо це особливість номеру.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Appartement op begane grond met de zee op loopafstand. - Heerlijke banken en een fantastische koffiemachine. De locatie is prima tov de zee. Prima bed en douche ook. Parkeren bij het appartement. Aardige host. De keuken is klein en het ruikt muf in de kasten. Zijn ook niet zo schoon en de keuken heeft weinig faciliteiten. Het stadje straalt uit dat er vele, jonge, toeristen kunnen komen. Kleine strandjes vol met bedden en clubmuziek. Minder geschikt voor ouderen.

For the price we got even more than what we expected - the room was very clean, the owners were extremely nice and even offered us water free of charge. We were able to park directly at the property, which was a big plus.

• Κουπατσιάρα (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν φανταστικό και είχε όλες τις παροχές .Άνεση, λειτουργικότητα, καλαισθησία και καθαριότητα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ευγενικοί , φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε κατά τη διάρκεια των διακοπών μας. Η παραλία καθώς και όλα τα μαγαζιά βρίσκονται σε απόσταση τριών λεπτών από το κατάλυμα. Όταν ξαναπάμε θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα.

The owners were so kind and generous, and provided excellent recommendations and help throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying at this charming place right in the center of Ksamil, but far enough away from the party scene for a good night’s sleep. Nothing!

Camera molto grande e ben curata, parcheggio privato e veranda. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi aiutandoci a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Soggiornare a Villa Murati è stato come sentirsi a casa. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo al 100%
