• diagne (3/5): La experiencia no fue la mejor. Desde el inicio el apartamento tenía un olor desagradable, principalmente a tabaco. El b -
• Samperdon (2/5): Funcional pero muy caluroso - La situación en el Puerto de la Cruz. Muy buena y cerca del comercio y el centro y la maravillosa terraza de la que disfrutamos por la noche. Además de notarse muy antiguo, (aunque bien equipado) el calor que hace en el apartamento TODO el día. Lógico que tenga un ventilador, sin el es IMPOSIBLE estar y por supuesto imposible dormir. No entiendo que no tenga Aire Acondicionado o al menos un toldo. Al ser el último piso y estar orientado al este, esto se acentúa.

• Pamela (7/5): OKAY - No physical key to apartment. Worst thing was the very complicated method of gaining entrance to the building.
• Justyna (1/5): Bad - Good location. There was a terrible smell of mold, especially in bathroom, which did not dissapear during all day and night of opened window. When informed personel that due to health conditions we are not able to stay until end of our booked time and informed about early check out, Casa Isabel started to now answering our messages or delaying answers for few days. Finally after more than a month they came with unacceptable reason to not make a refund. Really dissapointed of how the situation was handled from personel side, thus would not recommend.
