• Krasimir (1/5): Не бих си го причинил втори път - Единственото положително на тази стая,която е по-малка от гараж е местоположението. Прекалено малък"АПАРТАМЕНТ".Хавлиите и спалното бельо миришеха гадно.Захабена баня,"БАЛКОНА" е някаква издатина от не повече от 30 см,където е трудно да излезеш да изпушиш една цигара.Дограмата лопа цялата,долния чаршаф не покриваше дори матрака....не препоръчвам

• Milan (7/5): Bylo by to pěkné, ale něco chybí - v sousedství stanice metra - nepohodlná postel, pérová matrace tlačí a pohyb jednoho ruší druhého, byla by vhodná výměna za lepší matrace 2 samostatné ; - netěsná okna, mezera po celé výšce cca 5 mm, fouká dovnitř velmi studený vzduch, bude vhodné provést seřízení a utěsnění okna,; - pouze minimální výbava nádobí

• Tetiana (10/5): Сподобалось - В помешканні було все необхідне не зважаючи на розміри. Чисто та комфортно. Гарний район, легко дістатися машиною. В центр добиралися на метро, воно поряд.

• Nikola (8/5): - The apartment was well equipped .With everything necessary. The mattress was not comfortable.It needs to be changed.The parking lot was available in the neighbourhood but not in private parking area which belong to the building. .

• Ivelina (7/5): Good - Convenient location, close to metro station Beli Dunav, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The studio is situated in a new clean and tidy building. Possible to park outside the building. Too small. It is not a 1-bedroom apartment, but a tiny studio. The photos and the name in Booking are misleading. There is no terrace (balcony), no sofa, as there is no space. Convenient for one person, not comfortable for two.

• Saygun (4/5): Could have been a good stay if I could take a shower, but that wasn't the case. - The location is easily an 8 out of then. It's not quite the center of the city, but very close to the subway and a pretty big supermarket. I felt totally safe, and it's nice to have a restaurant downstairs even if it's nothing to write home about. I was able to check in really early too, literally at breakfast time, with flawless instructions that were easy to follow, which was awesome. When I had an issue and called the hosts, someone answered the phone right away, and that also felt good. The Wi-Fi was excellent too. The bed was on the uncomfortable side, and the room is smaller than it looks. The soap was almost finished and hard to get out of the dispenser, and there was no shampoo whatsoever. I had brought my own, so I didn't want to bother the hosts with it even though it would normally be a major issue. But there was a far worse problem, hence my low rating: I couldn't shower at all during my four-night stay! This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when the average daytime temperature in town is in the high 20s. There was no hot water, and when I called to complain, the host told me there was a local outage and it wasn't their fault. My Bulgarian friends thought she could be telling the truth, as this tends to happen in Sofia from time to time. But then I started wondering if Russians or Ukrainians bombed the water supplies in the area by mistake, as the outage somehow saw out my entire stay! The first time I had to take a brief cold shower. The second time I kept the water running for about a minute hoping to get some warm water, but the place was already flooded before the water turned even lukewarm. It took me over half an hour to wipe it dry. Thankfully I was in Sofia to rent an apartment to live, and so I did and showered there for the rest of my stay.

• Patryk (8/5): I highly recommend for any solo travellers - great location, good price, decent amenities. - Alis Savana was a great Apartment! I stayed for 16 nights, and it had almost all I needed for my stay. You mostly pay for the location with this apartment, it is 5 minutes away from the metro station, 2 minutes from a supermarket and has a restaurant and store downstairs. It is based in a quiet location too, with modern amenities. It is an incredibly small apartment, but unless you intend to stay in it for long each day, it has enough - a bed, shower and kitchen. The AC, WiFi and other facilities (washing machine, oven, stove-top) worked perfectly (though you do need to bring your own detergent for the washing machine - there was plenty of soap and washing-up liquid, alongside cleaning supplies) There were two of everything in regards to bedding, towels and pillows, so you could rotate them on longer stays. The apartment was clean, smelt nice and was generally comfortable and well stocked, barring the cutlery. The TV was a pain to use, and the fridge didn't keep food fresh for long. There was a lack of drying space in the apartment, with only a vertical radiator in the wet room to dry your clothes, which was enough for a few shirts at a time - this was okay however, as the fan in the wet-room made for quick drying. The kitchen cabinets were also incredibly high, and impossible to reach without something to step up on - they had more wine glasses than butter knives, which was mildly frustrating, and only a massive pot and pan that made cooking small meals senseless. On the windiest days, you could feel a breeze through the window even when closed, which did mean it got quite cold at night. The balcony was small, and did not have a mountain view as advertised.
• Nencho (8/5): Very good - Everything looks like it is new and there are no damaged things at least I haven't noticed. It's a really small appartment. Basically there is not much space left. Parking the car could be very challenging in this area and it is very noisy from outside cars, people and etc. It wasn't warm at night even that the appartment orientation is south and I put the air conditioning on 28°C.

• Ye (10/5): Exceptional - New building, everything is clean, near supermarket and Metro station, very convenient, we stayed two nights, and will choose it again if we going back to Sofia.
