-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.

- Klára (8/5): The studio is cute, cozy and clean base for 2-3 people. It is well located. You can pretty easily reach Park Guell and S - We loved the location and comfort of the studio. The free coffee tablets and sangria was a nice touch. Also the guy who let us in was very nice and responding quickly via whatsapp. The flat lacked some common kitchen utensils such as sharp knives, plates and so on. We also think the prize is pretty high for flat for two people.

- Oleksandr (10/5): I would definitely recommend to stay here. - Good location, have everything you need for comfort stay, nice owner. Have super tasty bakery store just 60m walk. Has access to metro. (3-4min walk) The kitchen knife wasn’t sharp enough. The building elevator has capacity 180kg. 2 big adults not feet by weight.

It also has a nice, quiet view of the Sagrada Família. the elevator is not working properly. I ordered Glovo, and the delivery guy got stuck there for a while

- Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - The host was great and helpful. You could open the door to the flat as well as street door using a sent link. The apartament was clean. It is situated on the 4th floor so you can take the stairs or use an elevator. The location was very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dinning. There should be hangers for jackets near the door and a large mirror glued, for example, to the flat door.
- Ģirts (9/5): Awesome and comfy space in a great location - Everything was really great. Great location, cool terrace above the apartment, clean and spacious kitchen. Few wall hooks in the bathroom would have been a great addition.
- Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was really good, I have nothing really to complain about. Nice too see that the appartment is equipped with iron, washing machine and dishwasher. The appartment itself felt newly renovated. For this price, I doubt you could get much better.
