- Sylvia (5/5): Great location, key instructions last minute and confusing, property clean and tidy. Stairway narrow - The kitchen facilities were great and included a washing machine that was very handy. No hosts but the other people staying were very friendly. Great location to the shops/supermarket/pub. The advertising was deceiving as the property was closer to White City not Kensington. The instructions for getting into the property were left to the last minute.My son had to go four blocks away to retrieve the keys in the dark. Why were they not left closer? A blanket would have been helpful.
- Roberto (4/5): Misleading property - It was clean and functional. The bathroom was spacious. The advert is for a 1 bedroom apartment which is misleading. Its just a double room with private bathroom. No living room and the kitchen is shared. The check in and check out process is really bad. We have to walk 10 minutes to a shop to pick up the keys and to drop them again on check out. The place was clean but the mattress was not very comfortable.
