• Giuseppina (7/5): - La posizione dell appartamento è eccellente. Si trova in una stradina stretta, pedonale, molto molto silenziosa. L appartamento è munito di 2 bagni, uno per ogni camera, la cucina e l ampio ingresso dove si trova il divano letto (leggermente danneggiato nella struttura, ma comodamente fruibile). Le camere sono doppia e matrimoniale. La cucina è attrezzata con l essenziale, c è la lavatrice, il frigo ed il phon. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Vi è un intenso odore di muffa. Il divano è da cambiare perche, oltre ad essere rotto, i cuscini sono molto sporchi, ingialliti da aloni evidenti. Nelle doccia è chiaramente visibile la muffa nel soffitto. Visto che il prezzo non è esattamente conveniente, questi sono aspetti da curare.
• Claudia (10/5): - Hermoso departamento, muy amplio, super bien ubicado, no se escuchan los ruidos de la calle. Excelente la atención por parte del anfitrión.
• Gediminas (5/5): - Location was really excellent, in the heart of the oldtown, with lots of nice cafes around, and just few steps from Sevilla Cathedral. It was really untidy, with dust on the floor… The beds were uncomfortable. All the furniture old and bad maintained. The walls are dirty and damaged. Bathrooms are so small, and there is no place were to put your even small items. Bad smell. The apartment needs renovation and more love.
• Mercè (10/5): Apartamento con ubicación perfecta! - La ubicación es excelente y el contacto con los propietarios ha sido muy bueno; han sido encantadores y nos han ayudado en todo momento. Como único punto a mejorar, quizá faltaría un poco más de luz en la zona del baño, y la cama individual abatible de abajo está un poco deteriorada. Por lo demás, todo genial. Muchas gracias.

• Maria del Carmen (4/5): ..................................................................................... - Lo mejor la ubicación La limpieza, es pésima. El sofá cama sucisimo! Tanto las fundas como el colchón lleno de manchas. La cama nido,la cama de abajo tenía las balas del somier fuera, y los cajones con polvo. Llovió y ni un felpudo para limpiar los pies, al entrar, era un bajo, todo pingando. La cama de matrimonio, el colchón es horrible, te hundes. Una pena.

• Jane (8/5): Great location for visiting Seville - The apartment is at one of the best location in Seville. Nearby all the attractions and a lot of restaurants too. Very spacious living space and dining area. Two separate rooms with own bathrooms setting are very convenient for a family or group of 4-5 people traveling together. Each room has AC as well. Laura was very sweet to wait for us at noon to provide keys. Thanks ! There are things could be improved to make it even better: provide some basis daily life supplies like a bit coffee, teabags to help starting day on arriving. Cleaning paper towels hand soap, etc. Need Chairs in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen cookwares are really old and not at the best conditions , need to upgrade. We had a few rainy days during the stay, felt the room moisture level was pretty high but nothing we could do with that. Overall, we are happy with our stay just hope things could be better with some add ons.
• James (9/5): Great place in the center of most of the attractions. - The location was great. The apartment was spacious. The bedrooms were big. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Appliances worked well. One bathroom with the large bed needs tile repair and the shower handle holder doesn't hold the handle so you have to hold the shower head while trying to scrub yourself.
• Yin (10/5): Great space and location everything you need - Location Close to everything Our room had 2 separate bedrooms both with private shower rooms En suite One was with a double bed the other made up to be a single but could be changed to a double if needwd There was a large sofa. That was also a bed if needed It was comfortable seating There is a small. Compact. Kitchen with washer, dishwasher and electric kettle A small pack for cleaning with dish cloth and tea towel. The beds were comfortable And both rooms had large fluffy towels and hand towels There was soap and shower gels to use Very comfortable good size space Good WiFi I will rebook next time I visit Seville which is most months Thanks

Kept us all awake until we figured out what we could do to stop it. Lack of electrical sockets in the bedrooms.

• Laura (7/5): Location was amazing - the checkin went super smooth and Osman was very nice. The location of the apartment was fantastic, the beds were very comfortable, the apartment is spacious and quiet. The issue with standing water (caused by heavy rain) was dealt with quickly. The smell in the department was awful.  I understand that old plumbing in an old building is always a challenge, but there are several things that can be done proactively to deal with it, including airing out the apartment before a guest arrives, room diffusers, covers for the drain. The smell made us really nauseous. Also, there is mold in the bathrooms, that can easily be removed by doing a deep clean. It would also be nice to have a real coffee machine.
• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, quiet apartment,two ensuites which is a bonus . Very spacious . Poor lighting in one bathroom. Only one small pillow per person and they were worn and super flat . There should be a minimum of two pillows per person. The two yellow chairs looked modern but were impossible to sit on as they were sloping down ,therefore making them very uncomfortable to sit on . No tea towels provided in the kitchen to dry the cups etc .but only nit picking as overall the apartment was great and we really enjoyed our stay .
