In der letzten von drei Nächten machte der Boiler regelmässig laute Klopfgeräusche wesalb die Nacht nicht wirklich erholsam ausfiel. Personal meist nur auf Abruf (telefonisch) verfügbar, wenn überhaupt. Erschien jedoch innert wenigen Minuten oder gab Anweisungen / Infos per Whats App.

• Yaprak (8/5): exceptional location, more than enough, can be more clean - location, helpfull staff, 1st floor with minimum stairs (around 20-30) not so clean, nights can be noisy while garbage collection
• Alan (6/5): It was fine for one night. - Location was spot on. Comms from host were great to get there and access the apt. It was clean. The room was small and the bedside lights didn’t work.
• Katharina (7/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Top Lage: 5 Gehminuten zur spanischen Treppe und zur Piazza del Popolo. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Trattorien in der direkten Umgebung. Direkt an der Einkaufsstraße Via del Corso. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage bekommt man vom Straßenlärm nichts mit. Check in/check out sehr unkompliziert, der Inhaber Adnan ist nicht immer anwesend aber jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Kleine Unterkunft mit nur 7 Zimmern. Zimmergröße für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend, Badezimmer auch nicht zu klein, Dusche für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Im Foyer steht eine kleine Kaffeemaschine und Tee zur freien/kostenlosen Verfügung bereit. Zimmer etwas hellhörig jedoch durch die geringe Zimmeranzahl in der Nacht immer ruhig. Toilettenspülung im Zimmer etwas abenteuerlich von der Abflussstärke aber es gibt auf dem Gang eine weitere Toilette die besser funktioniert. :) Zimmer und Bad könnten etwas sauberer geputzt sein aber es war zu keiner Zeit ,,dreckig''. Die Zimmertapete könnte wieder mal neu angeklebt werden diese löst sich an manchen Stellen schon sehr ab. Der Boiler im Badezimmer fängt mitten in der Nacht mehrmals an für einige Minuten zu schlagen was etwas nervig ist.

• Гаянэ (8/5): В целом впечатление хорошее, но уборка могла быть и лучше - Легкая регистрация заезда, удобное расположение, окна выходили во двор и было очень тихо ночью. У нас были 2 комнаты на семью. В одной из комнат не было полок для одежды и чемодана, дверка душевой кабины не закрывалась плотно и вода выливалась, сам душ тоже был неисправен.

• Lisa (10/5): We had a great time in Rome!!! - The property was very quaint! We almost felt like we lived in Rome for the time we were there. The space was small but had more than we needed. The location was incredible! Great restaurants and steps from major sites. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

He got my messages but i couldn’t receive his. after being there for over 15 minutes waiting outside he didn’t come down to check and open the door, some resident had to let me in. Check out I kept messaging from the night before to the day of that i had to check out early and asked how but he didn’t answer at all and was no where to be found. I better not get charged extra.

• Truc (10/5): Exceptional - The location was just perfect given our first trip to Rome. It did not waste my considerable time to find out and book this place - the convenient store is just a door step offering "everything" you need and their butcher store offer a variety of great food products which we called "the local would buy". Worth to note that being selective on the surround restaurants to dine-in as the food quality and service was for traveller, personally this is not what I am interested. It is a bonus if you can do own research of where to eat. Neighbourhood are within considerable safe, clean and within luxury shopping stores district. Therefore we can expect the type of patrons around, given that the general care of your belongings should be taken in account no matter where you are in Italy. I do highlight the host Adnan who is very attentive and responsive to ensure your enquiry is attended and assisted. He is very polite and pleasant to deal with. In overall I do recommend the experience of the stay.

The suites boast an excellent central location in Rome's city center, within the Spagna district. They are conveniently situated on or near Via del Corso, a major shopping street. Many famous landmarks are within easy walking distance, including: Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna) (a few minutes walk) Piazza del Popolo (4-minute walk) Trevi Fountain (10-15 minute walk) Pantheon (10-15 minute walk) Piazza Navona (10-15 minute walk) Nothing

• Abdurrahman (8/5): Very good - Simple & minimalistic just how I like it maybe it was due to the fact that the building was old but the doors let in sounds from the bathroom in the room to the bedroom and from the main door inside footsteps and people walking outside could be heard. Housekeeping went in the room when we were outside, maybe it’s a normal behavior in Italy but it wasn’t expected from my end, there was no instructions in english to specify if we need to mention that we don’t need housekeeping. Nevertheless nothing was touched and/or moved, very helpful and professional staff. I would however recommend leaving instructions for costumers, it’s a bit weird to find that someone went in your room while you were out eating pasta 😂
• Stavroula (7/5): Just as we thought it would be. - We visited in January. The rooms are in the center of all things. I loved that our bed and towels were changed daily. The rooms were easy to access and modern. The bed was ok. The personel was there to help us with any issue we may had. I would prefer it if the heating wasn't with A/C. Also the walls are super thin, you can hear everything from the around rooms, as they are super close. However, we were too tierd to listen to anyone and I belive that with earplugs we wouldn't have an issue.
