- Victoria (4/5): They need to declutter and leave instructions for guests. - The location was good very close to everything we needed. The basement flooded on the second day and when we contacted the owner she wanted me to pay for the plumber in order to get someone to come and clean up the mess. She was very rude on the phone call. Eventually they did come and take care of this. I was stressed as we were getting ready to attend my grandsons wedding and some guests had not showered yet. Very frustrating. She also wanted us to not flush any toilet paper down toilet after the mess was cleaned up. This is unreasonable. They did not leave any instructions for Wi-Fi or what we were to do before vacating the property. We made sure property was tidy with recycling and garbage put in bins in garage.
