• paul (10/5): - Dans un quartier animé et typique de Hanoï, l'appartement Fusion Gates, est spacieux et très confortable. Il est calme et bien situé pour découvrir la ville. L'appartement est grand et très bien meublé. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil est charmant et efficace. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

• Lorenzo (10/5): - Well positioned on a relatively quiet street just north of the old quarter. Clean apartment, comfortable bed, helpful host and smooth check-in /payment procedures. Definetly recommend!
• Paulina (7/5): Good location but not for everyone same comfortable - The owner was very kind and let me check out earlier as I didn’t noticed that the window in the apartment I booked is not getting enough light. Not too clean but looks most of Hanoi apartments looks that way :/ No light 😕
• Holly (10/5): Great value and comfort in a central location. - Fantastic location. Incredibly quiet and tucked into a small side street but very accessible to walk to many destinations. Occasionally a little noise from downstairs piano practice or neighbors but in a city environment we were shocked at the quiet. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen suitable for our needs, and plenty of hot water for showers. Wifi was fast and stable, no issues for working/zoom/streaming. We would absolutely stay here again. Staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is a gem! The only downside was that the shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor, but it wasn't a big deal. The couch is a bit firm but otherwise everything was great. There's a bit of wear and tear, but it was clean and well kept.

• Phương Nam (10/5): Very goods - Sạch sẽ, tươm tất, tiện nghi, đầy đủ dụng cụ (à cái chổi, đồ hốt rác và cây lau để nếu có dơ mình có thể tự lau), vị trí yên tĩnh, gần phố cổ nhưng là rìa nên yên tĩnh, còn vô trung tâm thì hơi xa chút. Là căn hộ nhỏ nên yên tĩnh và gần như làm chủ tự do. Chủ không có tại căn hộ nhưng hỗ trợ khá nhiệt tình. Not Answer

• Zura (9/5): If I were to visit Hanoi again, I would definitely book this apartment. - Location was good. Walking distance to most shops. The apartment was clean. Although there was no aircon in the bedroom, only a standing fan, it was not warm. The owner Ha Trung was very responsive. He replied to messages fast, helped us booked a car back to the airport on the last day & allowed us to leave our luggage after we check out cause we had an evening flight. The place was busy, noisy in the day & quiet at night. Nothing.
• Donelle (9/5): I've extended my stay! - A great location on the edge of the old town between the lakes, with the major sites within walking distance. The neighbourhood has a great vibe and the street is relatively quiet. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished to a high standard, with high quality air-con and a comfortable bed. The host is welcoming, proactive and responsive, and I appreciated the flexibility of self check-in.

• Kal (10/5): Perfect! - Fabulous property with everything you’d need for both a short and long stay. We found it particularly useful that there was a washing machine in the room as laundrettes aren’t very available in the area, or even in Vietnam as a whole. The bedroom is cosy and has a comfortable bed, alongside ample storage for clothes and bags in the built in wardrobes. The bathroom is also very functional and the bath is an added luxury. The property is also pretty well soundproofed. It is about a 15 minute walk from the old quarter and taxis are able to drive down the street pretty easily. The only small things that I would change would be: * Add hand towels to the kitchen and bathroom * Could do with a clothes airer. * Add a covering to the bathroom as flies are able to get through the vent thing.
• Steven (10/5): Great choice for an authentic stay! - Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment with plenty of space, full amenaties, great bed and a nice balcony overlooking an active neighborhood street. 10 minute walk to the Old Quarter area in a less touristy area of town which for us is a big plus! Great communication. Initial lobby entry keypad was a bit tricky for us but the magnetic entry card worked flawlessly.

• Kay (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very well located and very clean, with all of the things needed for a stay in Hanoi. The only downside is that there is no window in the apartment which was a shame and made it difficult to wake up in the morning 😞

• Ileana (8/5): Nice small apartment in Hanoi - Apartment with all the conveniences including washer and dryer. Excellent for those not expecting windows. It is located in the outer limit of the French Quarter. However, close to several attractions and landmarks. It’s nice for people willing to learn from the local culture. It has a very nice restaurant in the same block. The hosts very cooperative and friendly. It has no windows.

• William (9/5): Great place, helpful host, would stay again. - Host is very helpful. Help me arrange for tours and gave decent price. Place is at slightly outskirt of old quarter. near enough to most attractions, yet not too noisy. It is easy to grab bike anywhere. Place is a lot cleaner than expected. Provides detergent for washing machine too. Which is great because I underestimated how... hot Hanoi was. Would stay again. As some have mentioned, the AC is on the other side of the room to the bed. So even switching to max, it takes awhile to cool the bed area. If you like to sleep really really cold, not for you. Also there were some dead spots for phone reception in the room, but probably just my own carrier. Wi-fi is provided in the room tho, so only sms and calls might be affected. But overall not much of an issue to me.
• Maksim (10/5): Probably the best place in Hanoi - Wonderful apartment, very new, everything is clean. Very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed spending a few days here and would happily return. Very pleasant and responsive staff. Definitely recommend, one of the best places in Hanoi. Nearby is a Michelin-rated restaurant as a nice bonus!

• Nikita (10/5): Helpful willingful and pleasant stay - Very easy to self checkin, use door code, have security camera in public areas.. Get in to big room and all brand new facilities. Location is great with all you need just by a look and a minute of walk. Quiet street with local living activities, love this street. Airport car drop and pick us up at the door of the house. Host is super nice to advise and arrange tours for us with amazing Halong bay also Ninh Binh trips. Will be back compare price and all we got!!!
