Las fotos. - Ubicación, limpieza, es cómodo pero no fue lo que pedi Me dieron una habitación en vez del apartamento que salía en las fotos; sin cocina, sin ventana, sin escritorio o mesa alguna para trabajar. Cuando expuse mi descontento no recibí mas reapuesta a. Ni siquiera una excusa por parte de Ganem Siutes. Booking si lo hizo y reacciono positivamente.

- GUY (5/5): Confusing procedures and facilities - Location was good Incredibly it has one window with a wall 6 inches away with almost no light whatsoever and very small bedroom. I believe I paid an extra cleaning fee but somehow they said that cleaning and towel change was somehow optional or I had not paid for it or something like that. I saw the cleaning lady on day two and I asked if she was going to clean the room and she said she would the next day, but they never did and when I enquired I was told I hadn't paid for it. Eccentric and unsatisfactory morning coffee arrangement in the room. Peculiar payment issues that I did not understand supposedly related to credit card in my profile, and they requested direct payment. The room did not appear to match the pictures. Reception staff indifferent to the point of rudeness. They seemed to request information and copies of documents unnecessarily, even through it had already been provided.

- JESSEE (3/5): Poor host communication and an inconvenient check-in process negatively impacted the stay. - The property itself was decent and well-located. The experience with the host was disappointing. They were unresponsive and difficult to communicate with when I needed assistance. I asked about bringing a guest for a short visit and was not given a clear or reasonable solution. Even when I offered to register the person properly, the host stopped responding. Additionally, the check-in process is inconvenient. Guests are required to wear a bracelet on the first day, otherwise you have to go through the check-in process again, which feels unnecessary.

Lits confortables, rangements pratiques, bonne taille pour un court séjour. Climatisation très agréable. La douche fuyait et la salle de bain se retrouvait inondée après chaque utilisation. De manière générale le logement ne disposait pas d'aération, hormis la climatisation, ce qui rendait difficile de sécher le sol ou de faire sécher serviettes, vêtements qui restaient humides.

Apartment has most essentials , even little fridge . Bed was big and comfortable , AC and TV worked well . Check in was easy . We mostly liked it , except that picture of the apartment shows the full kitchen, and that was our expectation. so they should update the picture if there is no full kitchen.

Lamentablemente había una construcción durante nuestra instancia y empezaban a trabajar a las 8am incluido el sábado. Tuve una boda el viernes y me fue imposible dormir al día siguiente porque se les ocurrió taladrar el piso. Una pena (para mi y mi mal humor al no poder dormir). Al menos me dejaron hacer checkout una hora más tarde.

Our maid was so nice Window opened up to a very ugly reconstruction or service area. Solution? Just leave the window closed. There was a pipe in the wall that transmitted a low frequency gurgling sound that impacted my wife’s ability to sleep. We detected some unpleasant smell in the area of the kitchen’s sink.

Wall City is a very busy area to stay in, but this property is situated on the outskirts in a quiet setting, which made it very relaxing. The room itself was great, but the highlight was definitely the bed and pillows — they were incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The elevator is very small, and it can take a while to go up and down. Because of that, I sometimes chose to take the stairs to my room instead.

Well there is no room in the apartment, but in the bedroom there is a big window that opens, just a pity it's a photo of the square in town that's behind it. It made us laugh. They say it's residential and to keep the noise down. The noise the cleaners make early morning was a joke. Room nothing like the picture on booking.com and description was a little stretched.

Yo había hecho el requerimiento de una habitación tranquila y con luz, pero hicieron caso omiso. La ducha tuvo un escape de agua, al igual que la claraboya permitía la entrada del agua y se mojaba el piso de la habitación.

Caminando al lado de todo, lugares históricos, restaurants, bares y clubs, tiendas, etc., pero silencioso. Único edificio en la zona q cuenta con ascensor. Seguro para una mujer sola, incluso de noche. Hay porteros 24/7 en recepción. Habitación con vista y cortina roller blackout. Tiene A/C y la salita cuenta con otro A/C. La cama es muy cómoda, y el wifi y TV con streaming funcionan perfecto. El frigobar tmb. Baño limpio y moderno. El personal de aseo y mantenimiento muy amables. Y el fono central en WhatsApp responde 24/7 y resuelve rápido. Las toallas son blancas y varias están manchadas. Sugiero no quedarse en apartestudio, tiene olor entre humedad y pintura. Y la ventana (pequeña y en altura) tiene un roller eléctrico pero no es blackout. Es mucho mejor el depto normal.

Se salía el agua de la ducha y terminaba encharcando el baño y la habitación, y como el aseo de la habitación no estaba incluido, se vuelve incómodo el secar y retener el agua que se salía con una toalla de manos por 5 días.

Muito confortáveis, com ar condicionado, roupas de cama de qualidade, banheiros grandes e bem equipados, bastante conforto. Fica bem localizado, dentro da cidade murada, pode-se caminhar por toda a área murada e também para além da muralha. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. A hospedagem tem uma pequena sala com sofá e frigobar, mas falta uma pequena cozinha. Não há nenhum equipamento para preparar comida, apenas uma chaleira elétrica. Também não tem uma mesa para comer. A iluminação é fraca, nenhum ambiente é adequado para ler. O check-in atrasou. Em uma mensagem foi informado que seria às 14h, mas em outra mensagem dizia 15h. Mesmo às 15h o quarto ainda não estava pronto para entrar. O código para entrar na hospedagem só nos foi enviado quando solicitamos pelo número de WhatsApp. A mensagem oficial chegou depois das 16h, com outro código. Ou seja, bastante desencontro nas comunicações. Mas, no final deu tudo certo.

- Luis Enrique (8/5): Días en PH Ganem Cartagena - Bueno la ubicación es excelente Por ser muy impersonal todo pasas alguna dificultad a la entrada y salida porque no recibes el código hasta que te conectas a Internet....recibimos el código pasada las 3 pm....la ducha de Baño no.acorde a lo que cobran muy floja la presión de agua y la mezcladora de agua muy difícil regular....destacando que si.lei los comentarios anteriores NO tiene ventanas y pocos ganchos para colgar ropa...es muy difícil secar la ropa y exceso de humedad pero.en general bien me gustaría para 70 o 80 usd sería bien precio...debo destacar el desayuno donde lo recomiendan es excelenteeeeeeee muy bien servido y con mucha presentación y sobre todo buen precio ...recomendado reitero excelente...voy por negocio y por la ubicación pienso repetir

- Pablo (8/5): - La ubicación del lugar es muy buena si se quiere estar cerca de lugares para comer y visitas culturales, permite acceder caminando a los 3 principales barrios y es seguro. La climatización y el espacio eran muy buenos y permitían estar cómodos. Tenía plancha y secado, muy buen punto. Falta algo dónde poder tender la ropa y además el baño tenía filtración en la ducha que hacía que se mojara el piso. Faltaba un basurero además del del baño. Sin embargo, lo recomiendo.

- Marina (7/5): Met my needs but could be improved - Location is great and room was described: modern, quiet, and secure - these were the main reasons I chose Ganem Suites as I was traveling alone and this was my first time, and sleep is very important to me. I took the minibus from Santa Marta to Cartagena and was able to easily walk from their office stop to Ganem Suites. My room had a separate space which seemed under-utilized; it did have a kettle which is great for a tea drinker like me, but with a microwave and coffee maker, it could be marketed as a kitchenette. Space was clean and AC worked great. The description stated that staff speak English (reason I booked). However, the gentleman at the lobby. Luckily, he was able to call someone who did. It would have been nice to have the call occur proactively when I arrived rather than have me struggle to communicate. As others have mentioned, the shower in my unit (12A) drained slow and there is very little leg space between the toilet and shower wall. There was also hardly any counter space in the bathroom. Having another way to identify guests other than the wristband would be nice.
- Anastasiia (3/5): - Excellent location of the property. They gave me the wrong room category and tried to convince me that a 23-square-meter studio with no window was a superior apartment. When I asked for a room upgrade, they stopped responding. The soundproofing was poor. There was no reception. I recommend finding another option.
- Courtney (9/5): Convenient and comfortable stay within the walled city. - Great location inside of the walled city. Room was comfortable and private. Easy check in process. Parking lot is located adjacent to the hotel which made parking very convenient. It would have been nice to have a window that let some light into the room or had a view.

MELISA en recepción hace un gran trabajo con mucho carisma. Es un lugar no lujoso con todas las comodidades Me hizo falta que recargaran en cafecito de la cafetera cada día.
- Carmen (2/5): Nos sentíamos como en un zulo - Lo único bueno es la localización. El primer día no tuvimos agua caliente. A primera hora del segundo día la arreglaron. A pesar de eso no podías regular bien la temperatura, o te salía fría o te quemabas. No hay servicio de guardamaletas. El check in se hace a partir de las 15 h, antes no te permiten dejar las maletas en el apartamento. Llegamos a las 11 am y tuvimos que cargar con nuestras mochilas hasta encontrar una consigna de pago en el centro histórico. El dueño se puso en contacto conmigo el día antes para preguntarme a qué hora llegábamos a Cartagena, pero no nos advirtió de esto a pesar de que le dije que llegábamos a media mañana. El salón esto una especie de hall con un sofá muy incómodo y una pequeña mesita de unos 40x 40 cm , nada más. La almohada de la cama quedaba plana según apoyabas la cabeza. NO HAY NINGUNA VENTANA . No puedes ventilar el apartamento. Hay dos falsas ventanas, una en la habitación , con un mural pintado de las vistas que tiene el edificio a la ciudad. Otra al entrar, que da al pasillo de acceso al apartamento, cerrada y translúcida.
- André (9/5): - Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, cama confortável e chuveiro com água quente. Bem localizado, o que possibilitou visitar todo o centro histórico a pé. Check in, o proprietário precisa enviar uma chave para acessar o apartamento. Porém passou do horário e não havíamos recebido nada. Tivemos que ficar aguardando o hall de entrada até receber um retorno.
- Priscila (9/5): Gannem - As instalações parecem de um condomínio antigo porém o quarto é moderno e confortável, amplo, cama boa, banheiro limpo, chuveiro quente, tomada perto da cama e perto de tudo em Cartagena. Não tenho o que reclamar. Talvez, se tivesse café da manhã seria perfeito porém tem locais muito próximos para café.
- Tatiana (1/5): Experiencia FATAL - Se anuncian como un hotel en Booking pero resulta que llegamos temprano y comprendo que no nos den habitación hasta la hora del check in, pero que no tengan un lugar para dejar las maletas mientras, FATAL. No se les ocurra llegar antes de las 3:00 pm porque tendrán que irse a pasear con las maletas. Obvio me fui, no me devolvieron el dinero pagado pero me fui a un hotel de verdad y que diferencia en trato e

Had to wear a wrist band to enter property, no facilities since it was basically an apartment building and not a hotel, no room service. Forgiven because the price was good.
